Perbedaan Kadar Hemoglobin Sebelum dan Sesudah Pemberian Jus Jambu Biji Merah Pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III di Desa Cibunarjaya Kabupaten Sukabumi Yuliana Yuliana; Fathia Rizki; Irma Suryani

Abstract

ABSTRACT Anemia is a condition of deficiency in hemoglobin levels mainly caused by a lack of absorption of iron. In Indonesia, 2018 stated that 48.9% of pregnant women had anemia, West Java province, namely 63.25%. Sukabumi Regency is 11.2%, and in the village of Cibunar Jaya in 2021 it is 33.9%. Efforts made to prevent anemia, namely consuming Fe tablets, can also be given non-pharmacological therapy, namely red guava juice. To determine differences in hemoglobin levels before and after administration of red guava juice in third trimester pregnant women. This study uses a pre-experimental design, One-Group Pretest-Postest design within 7 days. A sample of 30 pregnant women in the third trimester of gestational age 33 weeks – 35 weeks met the inclusion and exclusion criteria using purposive sampling technique. This study was conducted for 1 month with primary data from checking hemoglobin using a digital HB meter before and after giving red guava juice. The average hemoglobin level before giving red guava juice was 10.823gr/dl. After giving red guava juice for 7 days, the average hemoglobin level was 13.993gr/dl. The results of the study with the parried T test p-0.001 so that the value of p<0.05. There are differences in hemoglobin levels before and after administration of red guava juice in third trimester pregnant women. Keywords: Anemia, Red Guava Juice, Hemoglobin Levels  ABSTRAK Anemia adalah suatu keadaan kekurangan kadar hemoglobin terutama disebabkan oleh kurangnya penyerapan zat besi. Di Indonesia 2018 menyatakan 48,9% ibu hamil mengalami anemia, provinsi Jawa Barat yaitu 63,25%. Kabupaten Sukabumi sebesar 11,2%, dan di desa Cibunar jaya tahun 2021 sebanyak 33,9%. Upaya yang dilakukan dalam pencegahan anemia yaitu mengkonsumsi tablet Fe, dapat juga diberikan terapi non farmakologi yaitu pembeian jus Jambu biji merah. Untuk mengetahui perbedaan kadar hemoglobin sebelum dan sesudah pemberian jus jambu biji merah pada ibu hamil trimester III. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Pre-eksperimetal, designs One-Group Pretes-Postest dalam waktu 7 hari. Sampel 30 orang ibu hamil trimester III usia kehamilan 33 mgg – 35 minggu yang memenuhi kriteria  inklusi dan eksklusi dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 1 bulan dengan data primer dari memeriksa hemoglobin menggunakan HB meter digital sebelum dan sesudah pemeberian jus jambu biji merah.Rata-rata kadar Hemoglobin sebelum pemberian jus jambu biji merah adalah 10,823gr/dl. Setelah pemberian jus jambu biji merah selama 7 hari kadar Hemoglobin rata rata 13,993gr/dl. Hasil penelitian dengan paried T test p-0,001 sehinga nilai p<0,05. Ada perbedaan kadar Hemoglobin sebelum dan sesudah pemberian jus jambu biji merah pada ibu hamil Trimester III. Kata Kunci: Anemia, Jus Jambu Biji Merah, Kadar Hemoglobin
