Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji hubungan antara kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan prestasi kerja perawat di RSUD Tugurejo Semarang. Penelitian sebelumnya telah menunjukkan hasil yang kontroversial tentang bagaimana hubungan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja dan peran komitmen organisasi di atasnya. Untuk menganalisis komitmen organisasi sebagai mediasi / intervening variabel, analisis jalur digunakan untuk mengkonfi rmasi hubungan antara variabel. Ada 130 perawat dari RSUD Tugurejo Semarang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini dengan memenuhi kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komitmen organisasi memediasi hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja Ini berarti komitmen yang tinggi yang sesuai dengan kepuasan kerja akan membawa kinerja organisasi yang tinggi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan self-rating, sehingga dalam penelitian masa depan data aktual kinerja dapat digunakan sebagai pembanding.

Abstract

Abstract

Receiving proper healthcare is a primary need in society. Qualified healthcare can’t be apart from the optimal work performance of all parties in the healthcare industry, to this matter is from its employees. A good work performance can emerge if the employees applied the main values that organization used as its philosophies and guidance in order to run its activities, called organizational culture. The optimal work performance also can be yielded from the employees who like their job and comfortable with it, where they can obtain their job satisfaction according as they expected. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction to the employee performance in Panti Wilasa “Citarum” Semarang Hospital. Sample applied in this research is 100 employees. The data collected by using questionnaires which the sampling technique is simple random sampling. Analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS program. The result shows that organizational culture positively influence on employee performance, and job satisfaction positively influence on employee performance. Empirical finding indicated that to increase employee performance, the management should pay more attention to organizational culture factors and job satisfaction factors, because those factors proved influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Performance of a company is determined by the condition and behavior of employees who owned company. One form of employee behavior that can not be prevented the occurrence of a desire to move (turnover intention) that led to the employee's decision to leave her job. High employee turnover rate may result in the organization becomes ineffective because the company loses experienced employees and the need to retrain new employees. This study aims to analyze the influence of the variables of job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention of employees. The research was conducted in STIKES Widya Husada Semarang. The number of samples set at 98 respondents to the census methods and data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of testing of the hypothesis, suggesting that job stress variables have a positive effect on employee turnover intention. Job satisfaction is negatively affecting the turnover intention of employees. The results of a small coefficient of determination indicates that the ability of the independent variables (job stress and job satisfaction) in explaining the dependent variable (turnover intention of employees) is very limited.

Abstract

Performance is an overview of the level of achievement of the implementation of an action or policy in achieving the goals, objectives, vision and mission of the organization. In the achievement of corporate goals is usually the company experienced a high turnover rate, with a high turnover rate can affect the performance of the organization and lead to ineffective organizations. One step is to prevent the release of employee compensation that is intended to provide a sense of satisfaction will be compensation given by the organization to realize the goals, vision and mission. Research conducted at the headquarters of the Bank of Central Java is intended to analyze the effect of variable compensation satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance. The research was conducted at the Bank's headquarters in Semarang in Central Java. The number of samples is set as 96 respondents using judgment samples and methods of data analysis is the analysis of path (jalur) with the help of SPSS progran. The results of the testing of the hypothesis, suggesting that the variable compensation satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive impact on employee performance. The variable that has the most impact is organizational commitment. The implications of this study are compensated satisfaction and organizational commitment have an equally important role, both individually and together in improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style variables and organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction as a mediator. This research was conducted at a banking company in the city of Semarang, namely the Main Branch of Bank Jateng. In this study using various data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data.This study uses census techniques, so that the entire population in this study were made respondents. The research questionnaire was distributed to 58 employees of the Main Branch of Bank Jateng. Data analysis techniques in this study is using the SmartPLS 3.2.8 application to determine the path coefficient and the direct or indirect influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variables.The results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees and job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction. In addition, it can be seen that the variable job satisfaction can mediate an indirect relationship between transformational leadership style on employee performance and organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the extent to which a company implement environment-based sustainable improvement. In modern era, many companies put emphasis on improving economic sector while ignoring environmental sustainability. The faster the industrial growth in Indonesia is, the more waste it generates. Thus, in order to increase pro-environmental behavior at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Regional Division IV Central Java and Yogyakarta, it is necessary to have leaders who adopt ecological leadership and organizational culture models. Therefore, the specific aim of the study was to determine the role of employee environmental empowerment in this company. The results showed that ecological leadership and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee environmental empowerment and pro-environmental behavior. Employee environmental empowerment had a positive and significant effect on pro-environmental behavior. Meanwhile, as the total effect on ecological leadership had the highest effect value, the ecological leadership was the main key of this company. This suggests that the function of the ecological leadership has to be maintained and its quality has to be improved so that employees have a role model who is able to motivate and generate a spirit of caring for the environmental issues in the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention with creative work behavior as mediators. This study uses entrepreneurship education as independent variable, entrepreneurial intention as the dependent variable, and creative work behavior as intervening variable. This study took a study on students of the Faculty of Economics dan Business, Diponegoro University, Semarang. The sample in this study amounted to 120 respondents who were all students of the 2016 Faculty of Economics dan Business Faculty of Diponegoro University dan had taken the entrepreneurship courses. Partial Least Square (PLS) method as statistical tools used in this research. The results of the study are as follows: 1) There are significant and positive effects of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention, this is indicated by T statistic 4,774 (p < 0,05). 2) There are significant and positive effects of the entrepreneurship education on the creative work behavior, this is indicated by T statistic 7,918, (p < 0,05). 3) There are significant dan positive effects of the creative work behavior on the entrepreneurial intention, this is indicated by T statistic 9,281 (p < 0,05). The results of the mediation testing also show a VAR value of 0.617114 (VAR <0.8), which means that the role of the creative work behavior variable as a mediating variable is partial mediation, in which the entrepreneurial education variable is able to directly influence the entrepreneurial intention variable without going through or involving the mediator variable creative work behaviors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived organizational support on employee performance through employee engagement and proactive work behavior as mediators in one of the public companies in Semarang, namely PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop IV Semarang. This study uses data sources from primary data through the distribution of research questionnaires, and secondary data through journals, books, and relevant data obtained from the company. The samples of this reasearch is employees of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop IV Semarang. The method used in this research is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square with Smart PLS 3.2.9 application to find out the path coefficient, and direct or indirect effects of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. This results of this study show how perceived organizational support has a positive effect on employee performance, employee engagement has a positive effect on employee performance, proactive work behavior has a positive effect on employee performance. This study also shows that the influence of employee engagement and proactive work behavior variables as mediators between perceived organizational support on employee performance where proactive work behavior has the bigger role as the intervening.
