Abstract

Reksa dana saham merupakan reksa dana yang menawarkan tingkat pengembalian tinggi dengan risiko yang lebih tinggi pula dikarenakan dipengaruhi oleh tingkat fluktuasi harga saham pada bursa efek . Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja reksadana saham dengan menggunakan metode Sharpe, Treynor dan Jensen khususnya pada masa pandemi covid-19 dimana kondisi pasar sangat fluktuatif . Penelitian meerupakan penelitian dekspriptif comparatif yang bertujuan untuk menjawab hipotesis perbandingan dari setiap metode pengukuran kinerja portofolio reksadana, membandingkan kinerja portofolio reksa dana saham sebelum dan pada masa pandemi covid-19 dan membandingkan kinerja reksa dana saham dengan kinerja pasar pada masa pandemi covid-19 . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Pengukuran kinerja portofolio reksa dana saham dengan metode Sharpe, Treynor dan Jensen menghasilkan hasil yang konsisten, kemudian Kinerja  Reksa dana saham pada masa pandemi lebih baik daripada sebelum pandemi covid-19, dan kinerja reksa dana saham berada diatas kinerja pasar pada masa pandemi covid-19 2020.

Abstract

Perintisan Usaha Kifayat masih dalam bentuk perencanaan atau sering disebut dengan Bussines Plan. Usaha ini dirintis menjadi penyedia perlengkapan KIFAYAT yang berkualitas termasuk penyedia jasa pengurusan jenazah yang sesuai syari’at agama Islam serta tuntuan Rasululloh SAW. Dalam hal ini Kifayat Store menyediakan produk–produk yang berkualitas dan original termasuk di dukung oleh tenaga yang memiliki pengalaman dan ilmu pengetahuan yang mumpuni dalam melakukan perintisan usaha ini. Hal tersebut dimaksudkan untuk senantiasa memberikan manfaat secara luas bagi masyarakat sekitar Kuningan dan kaum muslimin pada umumnya. Tentu Perintisan usaha ini bertujuan memperoleh keuntungan yang sebesar-besarnya untuk senantiasa dipergunakan dalam memberi manfaat dibidang yang yang diperlukan masyarakat. Setelah mencoba membuat perencaan bisnis pada perintisan usaha ini yang dituangkan ke dalam bentuk business model canvas setidaknya akan mempermudah pelaku usaha menyusun perencaan bisnis tersebut mulai dari sumber pendanaan bisnis, bagaimana membuat produk, hingga bagaimana cara menjual produk tersebut sesuai dengan target pasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap perataan laba serta mengalisis good corporate governance dalam memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap perataan laba pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2016-2019. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian diperoleh sebnayak 19 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis uji asumsi klasik, regresi data panel dan moderate regression analysis (MRA) dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap praktik perataan laba, dan leverage berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap praktik perataan laba. Good Corporate Governance diproksikan dengan Kepemilikan Institusional tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh positif profitabilitas terhadap praktik perataan laba namun good corporate governance mampu memoderasi dengan memperlemah pengaruh positif leverage terhadap praktik perataan laba.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Independent Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and Audit Committee on Financial Performance. The object of this research is the banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period. The sampling technique used in this study is non probability sampling. The sample method uses Purposive Sampling. The data analysis technique used is the classic assumption test, panel data regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing using the software eviews 9. The partial research results show that Institutional Ownership has positive and significant effect on Financial Performance, Managerial Ownership has positive and significant effect on Financial Performance, Independent Board of Commissioners has positive and significant effect on Financial Performance, Board of Directors has positive and significant effect on Financial Performance, Audit Committee influences positive and significant impact on financial performance. Abstract

This research was to provide empirical evidence regarding The Effect of Trading Volume, Earning Per Share on Stock Returns, and their impact on Bid-Ask Spread in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The method of the research used data from 114 companies manufacturing industry sector that was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. Technique analysis data used path analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics software and hypothesis test used F test, t-test, and Sobel test. Based on the results of the t-test (partial) showed that Trading Volume had a significant positive effect on Stock Returns, Earning Per Share had no significant effect on Stock Returns, Trading Volume had a significant negative effect on Bid-Ask Spread, Earning Per Share had a significant negative effect on Bid-Ask Spread, Stock Returns had a significant negative effect on Bid-Ask Spread. Based on the results of the F test, is shown that Trading Volume and Earning Per Share together have a significant effect on Stock Returns. Trading Volume, Earning Per Share and Stock Returns has a significant effect on Bid-Ask Spread.

Abstract

Following the Covid 19 outbreak, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Kuningan Regency are working to establish themselves and create well-known products. However, there is still a lack of knowledge on licensing issues, including BINs and MSME Business Permits. MSMEs must also be familiar with various licenses, including those from the Home Industry Food (PIRT), Drug and Food Control Agency (BPOM), Halal Products (BPJPH), and Intellectual Property Rights (HAKI). The preliminary survey's findings demonstrate that MSME actors in Ciomas village still do not comprehend the significance of permits for their companies. By demonstrating the significance of permits—particularly Business Identification Numbers and Small and Medium Enterprise Permits—as well as a number of other types of permits required by MSME actors in Ciomas Village, Ciawigebang District, Kuningan Regency, these issues will be resolved. Starting with socialization on the value of licensing and the licensing procedure at the approved agency or institution, the counseling approach is applied. 30 MSMEs in Ciomas Village are expected to comprehend various kinds of business licenses as a result of this training, which is the goal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Overconfidence Bias, Mental Accounting and Familiarity Bias on investment decision making (case studies of victims of illegal binary option investments) either simultaneously or partially. The research method used was descriptive and verification methods. The research population is all victims of illegal Binary Options investment in Indonesia. The sampling technique used was the Probability Sampling Technique with the Simple Random Sampling method. Calculation of the sample in this study using the slovin formula. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed to all victims of illegal Binary Options investment in Indonesia, while the data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that Overconfidence Bias, Mental Accounting and Familiarity Bias simultaneously affect investment decision making. Overconfidence Bias, Mental Accounting and Familiarity Bias partially positive and significant effect on investment decision making.

Abstract

Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) launched an online-based platform, The Employment Information System (Sisnaker). Sisnaker enables all existing information systems in all ministries or agencies and local governments to work together across organizational boundaries. In addition to having implications for the effectiveness and efficiency of existing services, Sisnaker will also improve the integration of planning, implementation, evaluation, and control of labor development in Indonesia as a single national job market. Minister of Manpower (Menaker) M. Hanif Dhakiri considers that the presence of Sisnaker is very important so that the community can get good, excellent and real time services to be able to access all 16 services of the Ministry of Manpower. Abstract

Research objectives: 1)to determine the effect of work motivation on the performance. 2) to determine the effect of competence on the. 3) to determine the effect of work culture on the performance. 4) to find out whether leadership can moderate the relationship between work motivation and the performance. 5) to find out whether leadership can moderate the relationship between competence and the performance . 6) to find out whether leadership can moderate the relationship between work culture and the performance. The study population was all private madrasa teachers in Ciawigebang District, Kuningan Regency, totaling 127 Madrasa teachers. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample. The data analysis method uses SEM analysis with the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results of the study: 1) work motivation has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. 2) competence has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. 3) work culture has a positive and significant on teacher performance. 4) leadership cannot moderate the influence of work motivation on teacher performance. 5) leadership cannot moderate the influence of competence on teacher performance. 6) leadership is unable to moderate the influence of work culture on teacher performance.

Abstract

Research objectives: 1) analyze the effect of competence on teacher performance 2) analyze the effect of workload on teacher performance 3) analyze the effect of work facilities on teacher performance 4) analyze work motivation in moderating the effect of competence on teacher performance 5) analyze work motivation in moderating the influence of load work on teacher performance 6) analyze work motivation in moderating the effect of work facilities on teacher performance. The population in this study were all teachers in high schools in the Dukuntang district, namely Dukuntang 1st High School, Unggulan Bina Insan Mulia High School, Kramat Dukuntang High School and Yapisa Dukuntang High School. The total population is 100 teachers. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample.The number of samples is also 100 teachers.The analytical method used is the SEM analysis method with the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results of the study: 1) competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. 2) workload has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. 3) work facilities have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. 4) work motivation cannot moderate the influence of competence on teacher performance. 5) work motivation cannot moderate the effect of workload on teacher performance. 6) work motivation cannot moderate the effect of work facilities on teacher performance.
