Abstract

In children, the incidence of acts of violence (KDRT) is the main thing to worry about and is getting more serious from time to time. Violence that occurs in children (KDRT), which is so increasing, can inhibit the growth and development of children both cognitively, psychomotor, emotional, socially and morally. The purpose of this literature is to analyze theoretically what therapies can be used to help overcome the impact of domestic violence on children. The method in writing this article is a simple Literature Review. By analyzing 10 articles related to effective therapy to reduce the impact on children of domestic violence. The result is that all the therapies that have been analyzed are quite effective in overcoming the impact on children who experience domestic violence (KDRT). The average results in the group of children who experienced domestic violence (KDRT) who were given the intervention were quite significant. The conclusion from the literature review is that all the therapies that have been analyzed have an effect on overcoming the impact on children who experience violence. This literature review recommendation can be used as an additional intervention or alternative therapy that can be used in children with domestic violence problems. Abstract

Child trafficking as the social issues in the form of crimes against humanity, violations of human rights, and degrading human dignity, especially children. Trafficking victims in general are children and underage women where the victims are those who experience difficulties in the economic field. Purpose: this article aims to find out the child protection program for victim of child trafficking. Methods: this article was written using a literature review approach, article searches from Google Scholar got 7 articles, Science Direct got 1 articles, Neliti got 2 articles. Articles in the last year (2011-2021). Results: from the literature that we have reviewed, there are programs implemented by either the government or institutions in dealing with child trafficking, in this case they have been implemented and show changes in dealing with child trafficking victims. Conclusion: there are several programs that have been implemented to deal with children with trafficking victims, including preventing, protecting, and saving children from the crime of selling children.

Abstract

Abstract Sexual violence against children is a crime that must be overcome and is a deviant activity carried out forcibly by adults on children. The impact of sexual violence affects the development of children both physically and mentally. Sexual crimes can cause problems with pregnancy in children and sexually transmitted diseases in the form of reproductive disorders. Writing methods using databases and search websites include Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct, SAGE, Semantic Scholar, PlosOne, ProQuest, Taylor & Francis. In the search for articles, the keywords “Therapy”, “Nursing Therapy”, “Nursing Interventions”, “Child victims”, “Children sexual abuse”, “Sexual abuse” and “rape with the specified inclusion criteria, are articles on the topic of violence prevention. sexual abuse in children with counseling, articles on the topic of therapy or interventions in the treatment of children with sexual violence. articles in English and Indonesian. The purpose of providing play interventions, drawing therapy, providing sexual health education so that children and parents know the importance of sexual knowledge which is violence against children physically and mentally. From the actions that have been taken, the results have proven effective in dealing with and preventing trauma due to sexual violence in children, so it is hoped that these interventions can be used in mental health services and can increase knowledge, attitudes, positive behavior of children and families in preventing and dealing with trauma due to sexual violence in children.
