Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran yang dilakukan oleh Pemuda Lintas Agama dalam meningkatkan kerukunan umat beragama di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur sehingga mewujudkan sebuah tatanan kehidupan masyarakat majemuk yang harmonis. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data model interaktif yang dikemukakan oleh Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana, dimana analisis data ini terdiri dari pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data sekunder dengan melakukan penelitian kepustakaan dan sumber-sumber data sekunder lainnya serta melakukan penelitian langsung ke lapangan untuk mendapatkan data primer melalui wawancara yang mendalam. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, menunjukan bahwa Peran Pemuda Lintas Agama Dalam Meningkatkan Kerukunan Umat Beragama di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur menunjukan bahwa sejauh ini peran Pemuda Lintas Agama berjalan dengan baik, hal tersebut dikarenakan FKUB dan Pemuda Lintas Agama dinilai mampu menyangga kondusifitas dua elemen penting di masyarakat, yaitu orang tua dan para pemuda. Hal tersebut diperkuat dengan fakta kondisi keberagamaan di Kalimantan Timur yang relatif aman dan tentram.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how effective the innovation of the Eazy Passport service at the Immigration Office Class I Samarinda is in providing passport issuance services and seeks to find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for passport issuance services and find solutions offered so that they can be input for related parties to make the service available. Eazy Passport is better in later implementations. This study is a qualitative descriptive study with the aim of explaining the effectiveness of the Eazy Passport innovation in providing passport issuance services at the Class 1 Immigration Office of Samarinda City. Data were collected through the process of interview, observation, and literature study. The results of this study are immigration efforts in improving immigration services and the impact resulting from the implementation of the Eazy Passport service in immigration services. Immigration has carried out and will continue to innovate in order to realize integrated public services. The existence of a pandemic has an impact on government agencies which results in a decrease in the intensity of the services provided. Every Immigration Office in Indonesia has made various efforts to improve the quality of its services with an integrated service system. The Eazy Passport service is a policy issued by the Directorate General of Immigration that aims to increase the number of passport and PNBP issuances produced by each Immigration Office. The implementation of the Eazy Passport service allows passport application activities to be carried out flexibly and practically. This activity was carried out in accordance with the mapping of the work area of each Immigration Office while still implementing health protocols to prevent the transmission of Covid-19.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of the Interfaith Youth in increasing the harmony of religious people in East Kalimantan Province so as to create a harmonious pluralistic society. This research is descriptive qualitative. The data analysis used is an interactive model data analysis presented by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, where data analysis consists of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. This study uses secondary data collection techniques by conducting library research and other secondary data sources as well as conducting research directly into the field to obtain primary data through in-depth interviews. From the results of research conducted, it shows that the Role of Youth Interfaith in Increasing Harmony in Religious Communities in East Kalimantan Province shows that so far the role of Interfaith Youth has been going well, this is because FKUB and Interfaith Youth are considered capable of supporting the conduciveness of two important elements in society , namely parents and young people. This is reinforced by the fact that religious conditions in East Kalimantan are relatively safe and peaceful.Keywords: Role, Interfaith, Youth, Harmonious

Abstract

Kehidupan manusia saat ini tidak dapat dilepaskan dari unsur teknologi yang menunjang pekerjaan sehari-hari. Pemanfaatan terhadap perkembangan teknologi terkini semakin memberikan peluang bagi terciptanya interaksi yang erat antara pemerintah, organisasi bisnis, dan masyarakat. Kehadiran ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) semakin berkembang pesat dengan berbagai ragam fitur canggih yang menyertainya telah memberikan dampak kemudahan yang signifikan bagi pekerjaan manusia. Salah satu bentuk transformasi E-Government yang disediakan oleh Pemerintah Kota Samarinda adalah dengan menghadirkan Satu Aplikasi Terintegrasi (SANTER), sebuah perwujudan E-Government berupa aplikasi pendukung terintegrasi dalam satu platform yang diklaim sebagai super-app yang dapat memberikan solusi bagi setiap permasalahan warga dan masyarakat kota Samarinda. Melihat keberagaman fitur yang disediakan dalam aplikasi SANTER, kami tertarik untuk melaksanakan pengabdian dengan memberikan pelatihan kepada masyarakat mengenai pemanfaatan aplikasi SANTER guna memenuhi akses kebutuhan akan pelayanan publik bagi warga Kota Samarinda sekaligus memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang setiap fitur pelayanan yang disediakan dalam aplikasi. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode seminar untuk menjelaskan kepada masyarakat tentang berbagai fitur layanan yang disediakan dalam aplikasi SANTER guna memenuhi kebutuhan terhadap akses layanan publik bagi warga Kota Samarinda. Hasilnya masyarakat mendapatkan pemahaman mengenai fitur pelayanan yang disediakan serta cara memanfaatkannya, serta pengguna memiliki kepekaan untuk melihat setiap gejala yang terdapat pada aplikasi tersebut. Abstract

The internet revolution has brought significant transformation to the government in providing services to the public. Since the 1990s, governments worldwide have launched projects to simplify the service delivery process through electronic means. These channels are known as E-government or electronic government. One form of E-Government transformation provided by the City Government of Samarinda is by presenting the SANTER application. SANTER stands for One Integrated Application, an embodiment of E-Government in supporting applications for the City of Samarinda. The SANTER application, which is still being developed, needs to improve its features according to the needs of public services. One way to get a complete picture of how this application has been running is to research the various features provided and interpret the results to give an in-depth description of the utilization of the services offered. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data was collected through the trial process of the SANTER application, which was carried out jointly by 51 students of the Information Systems & E-Government course at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Widya Gama Mahakam University, Samarinda. The research findings show an overview of the application, the available features, and the advantages and disadvantages of the SANTER application. Based on the processed results of this research data, it can be concluded that the SANTER application is still not maximal in providing the services the community wants.

Abstract

In 2021, Indonesia is ranked as the fifth largest plastic waste producing country in the world after the Philippines, India, Malaysia and China. Garbage that accumulates without proper management can cause problems, such as disease and produce hazardous chemicals. Garbage that piles up in ditches and rivers also causes flooding which is a routine disaster in the country. Recognizing the types of waste from an early age by disposing of waste according to its type is a simple habit that will have a big impact on the environment and this attitude really needs to be formed so that it becomes a good habit for future generations. The purpose of this service activity is to foster the character of caring for the environment for children at an early age. The method of implementing the activity is in the form of observation to look for problems at SDN 022 PALARAN and carry out waste socialization and waste management activities using the 3R method (reduce, recycle, and reuse).

Abstract

Digitization is the process of converting information or data from a physical form into a digital format that can be processed using information technology. In an effort to improve the quality of public services, the government needs to utilize various online platforms such as websites, mobile applications and social media. This step aims to strengthen the E-Government system and facilitate public access to information and services provided by the government. Thus, digitization plays an important role in advancing public services and increasing interaction between government and society. The purpose of this study was to find out how the application of the concept of digitization in public services at the Manunggal Jaya Village Office. This study uses qualitative research methods aimed at describing, summarizing the various conditions, situations or variables studied. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and literature studies. The data collection techniques are purposive sampling and accidental sampling. The research focus includes elements of support, capacity, benefits, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the concept of digitalization. The results of the study show that as a form of implementing the digitalization concept, Manunggal Jaya Village has developed and activated an official website as an effort to improve the quality of public services. However, the obstacles found were the lack of public knowledge about the Village website and low participation in accessing it. For this reason, wider socialization and education that is directed to the community is needed regarding the use of the Village website.
