Abstract

Abstrak: Dinamika pendidikan Islam dan revolusi industri 4.0 seringkali dipandang sebagai masalah yang kompleks. Dengan demikian, Pendidikan Islam sebagaimana ditafsirkan oleh Az-Zarnuji melalui magnum opusnya yang berjudul Ta'lim Muta'allim dapat mewakili dimensi sakral dan dinamika Pendidikan Islam dalam konteks Revolusi Industri 4.0 dapat direpresentasikan sebagai identitas profan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara teoritis model perpaduan Pendidikan Islam antara yang profan dan yang sakral untuk menarik titik konvergen di antara keduanya. Kajian ini membahas bahwa Pendidikan Islam memiliki respon yang unik dalam menyelesaikan revolusi industri 4.0 dengan mengedepankan prinsip tarbiyah untuk mencegah “konflik” dan mengimplementasikannya dengan pendekatan interdisipliner yaitu open mindedness oleh teknologi, media dan modernitas. Studi ini juga memberikan bacaan alternatif kontekstual antara Pendidikan Islam dan Revolusi Industri 4.0.Kata kunci: pendidikan Islam, revolusi industri 4.0, sakral dan profan. Abstract: Islamic Education and the 4.0 Industrial Revolution is seemed like a complex matter. Thus, Islamic Education as interpreted by Az-Zarnuji’ideas through his magnum opus entitled Ta’lim Muta’allim could be represent the sacred dimension and the dynamic of Islamic Education in the context of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution could be represent as the identity of profane. This study uncovers the description on the integrated vision of Islamic Education between the profane and the sacred to draws the convergent point. This study focusses on the Islamic Education has a unique response in resolving the 4.0 industrial revolution by emphasizing the spirit of tarbiyah to prevent “conflicts” and optimizing through interdisciplinary approach which open mindedness by the technology, media and the modernity. This study also gives the contextual alternative reading on the intersection between Islamic Education and the 4.0 Industrial Revolution.Keywords: Islamic education, sacral, profane, revolution industry 4.0

Abstract

The dynamic of da’wah among students have special characteristics in packaging da’wah content, selection of da'i and contextual trends in it. In addition, student figures of da’wah activists are representations of urban Muslims who are closely related to religious symbols, especially in the digital arena. Da’wah and religious activism in the digital arena, especially within the scope of urban youth, are the core topics of this research. This study took a sample on the Instagram posts of UKM BDM al Hikmah Universitas Negeri Malang by focusing on the da’wah narratives used. Through Bourdieu's habitus theory, Weber's theory of religious authority and visual semiotics, virtual da’wah narratives and the existence of da'i chosen by BDM al Hikmah, UM and the selection of da’wah content are two important problem formulations in this research. The findings of this study provide an overview of the position of preachers in the digital space having at least three capitals, namely social, charisma and rational. Meanwhile, in the visual semiotics review, the choice of language and discussion of da’wah that is carried out is more in accordance with the contexts and contemporary problems faced by listeners, there has been a dynamic negotiation process between the da’i and the listener
