Abstract

A notary is an authorized public official whose main obligation is to make authentic deeds based on a professional code of ethics, related to the widespread indications of forgery of the authentic deeds, of course this needs to be accounted for by the notary himself. This study aims to identify and explain the criminal liability of a Notary against an authentic deed made and indicated forgery and to find out the legal status of a deed made by a Notary that caused a dispute. The data collection carried out in this research is by interview and literature study as well as the applicable legislation. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that if the notary is proven to have falsified or falsified the authentic deed he made and caused harm to interested parties, the notary can be sentenced to criminal, civil, and administrative sanctions. The legal status of the deed that is proven to be falsified by the Notary who made it, which can be canceled, null and void, has the power of proof as an underhand deed, canceled by the parties themselves and canceled by a court decision that has permanent legal force. However, the status or position of the Notary deed can’t be carried out jointly, but only applies to one, in accordance with a permanent court decision.

Abstract

Tongkonan is a traditional house located in the Toraja area, precisely in the mountainous area of ??the northern part of South Sulawesi. Tongkonan is shaped like a boat facing north. Tongkonan is a special building erected by a community leader or a family clump where Tongkonan has a special function in society which is not only used as a house for community leaders, but also functions as a guardian of various rules in Aluk Todolo that regulate social life, beliefs and Toraja culture. Tongkonan also has a very deep philosophical meaning for the Toraja people. Based on observations made by the team, there are still many students at Lembang Tondon Elementary School who do not understand and are fluent in reading and arithmetic, at their current age, they should have understood and understand reading and arithmetic. so that the team carried out teaching activities for elementary school students about reading, counting and drawing the types of carvings and understanding the meaning of the carvings which were carried out at Tongkonan Tella. From the results of these activities which were carried out for approximately 2 months, it was clear that the development of these children, who previously had not been able to distinguish letters, were now able to spell little by little. In addition, children who previously had not been able to sort numbers properly and correctly, are now able to sort and even can do addition and subtraction well

Abstract

The increase in waste production every year continues to increase along with the increasing rate of population growth in Indonesia so that the construction of landfills is something that needs special attention from the government. The disaster that has occurred related to landfills is the landslide disaster at the Leuwijgajah landfill, West Java, which claimed up to 156 people. Therefore, landfill slope stability analysis is a very important parameter in determining the feasibility of a landfill construction. This study aims to analyze the stability of slopes and embankments at the Banjar Bakula Regional Waste Landfill, South Kalimantan using Slope/W. The analysis was carried out using two models, namely using the initial planning design and analyzing based on the PUPR Ministerial Regulation 03/PRT/M/2013 concerning the Implementation of Waste Infrastructure and Facilities in the Handling of Household Waste and Types of Household Waste. The results of this study indicate that the slopes of the landfill and embankments at the Banjar Bakula Regional Landfill are declared safe with a safety factor value above 1.5, namely 1.558 – 1.651 for modeling with the initial planning design and 2.052 – 2.068 for modeling based on the PUPR Ministerial Regulation 03/PRT/M/2013, and 1.943 – 2.168 for the safety factor from embankment.

Abstract

This technical guidance partners with teachers who live in Bombongan RT.01 sub-district, Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency, as target partners for teachers who do not know how to use student worksheets that are integrated with the use of Conceptual Change Text . The purpose of implementing this technical guidance is to guide teachers in solving a series of pedagogical and technological problems at target partners related to the use of Conceptual Change Text (CCT). The problems that are the focus of this PKM depart from the findings in a preliminary study conducted in early 2022. The problem in question is that teachers who live in the RT.01 bombongan village do not know how to use conceptual change texts in student worksheets, where the use of CCT properly and correctly can minimize misconceptions experienced by students. The implementation method is by conducting socialization, training and evaluation stages. The results of this community service activity involved 8 teachers including (1) teachers were able to design and use student worksheets that were integrated with CCT properly and correctly, (2) teachers could develop their learning tools to be more creative and innovative

Abstract

Notaris adalah pejabat umum yang berwenang yang kewajiban yang utamanya yaitu membuat akta-akta otentik yang dilandasi dengan kode etik profesi, terkait dengan maraknya indikasi pemalsuan akta otentik tentunya hal tersebut perlu dipertanggungjawabkan oleh notaris itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pertanggungjawaban pidana seorang Notaris terhadap akta otentik yang dibuat dan terindikasi pemalsuan serta mengetahui status hukum akta yang dibuat oleh seorang Notaris yang menimbulkan sengketa. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan wawancara dan studi literatur serta perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa apabila notaris terbukti melakukan pemalsuan atau memalsukan akta otentik yang dibuatnya dan menimbulkan kerugian bagi pihak yang berkepentingan maka Notaris dapat dijatuhi hukuman secara pidana, perdata, dan sanksi administratif. Status hukum akta yang terbukti dipalsukan oleh Notaris yang membuatnya, yaitu dapat dibatalkan, batal demi hukum, mempunyai kekuatan pembuktian sebagai akta dibawah tangan, dibatalkan oleh para pihak sendiri dan dibatalkan oleh putusan pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap. Namun, status atau kedudukan akta Notaris tersebut tidak dapat dilakukan secara bersama-sama, tetapi hanya berlaku satu saja, sesuai dengan putusan pengadilan yang tetap.
