Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengelolaan laboratorium fisika (1) perencanaan laboratorium fisika (2) pengorganisasian (3) pelaksanaan (4) pengawasan dan evaluasi program kerja laboratorium fisika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara observasi dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif yang meliputi pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan laboratorium fisika (1) perencanaan kurang efektif karena jadwal kegiatan praktikum tidak dilaksanakan sesuai jadwal,tidak ada anggaran penambahan alat dan bahan praktikum (2) pengorganisasian belum optimal karena hanya memiliki papan struktur organisasi saja,tidak ada jadwal dan tata tertib praktikum (3) pelaksanaan juga belum efektif karena praktikum dilaksanakan tidak sesuai jadwal,tempat penyimpan alat dan bahan sudah tidak layak,banyak alat yang rusak dan tidak memiliki laboran (4) pengawasan dan evaluasi belum maksimal karena evaluasi dilakukan secara lisan tanpa ada laporan tertulis dan pengawasan dilakukan pada waktu tertentu saja.

Abstract

Research m aims to project the role of parents in increasing the interest of child learning in online learning this research uses a qualitative method to describe an object in the field, how parents are involved in increasing the interest of child learning in daring- study, myth-collecting techniques using observas, and data analysis methods in the imi research used is data-quality data reductive, data presentation, and plupluses. Based on the results of research shows that the iua people’s role in improving interest in child learning in juvenile detention at SDN 101 Makale 4 Kec. Makale stating that the roe of parents in improving is that some children enjoy doing online learning, without waiting for their parents’ direction to learn yet, there are still people who are less lilely to learn.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the Meaning and Value of Toraja Carving in the Ornamental Variety of Flora Carvings as a Source of Character Education. Toraja carving is one of the original Toraja traditional arts that are usually found on the walls of Tongkonan houses (Toraja traditional houses) and Alang (rice barns). Toraja carvings are referred to as “Passura”. This research is qualitative research and the type of research is descriptive. The results of the research obtained are the meaning and value of character education contained in Toraja carving as a variety of ornamental flora carvings. The meaning contained in every Toraja carving is that the family in “Tongkonan” is facilitated in seeking fortune, in life it is expected to always be calm and abundant in rice, always maintain the ropes of brotherhood, always maintain the mind and nobleness, the owner of the traditional house (Tongkonan) has fertile and vast rice fields, we must obey so that we always get protection from the Creator, must not be convoluted when talking, symbolizes joy and gratitude, always maintains unity, is always humble, cultivates unity so that the work becomes light. The values contained in each Toraja carving are religious, peace-loving, honest, caring for the environment, hard work, aggressing achievements, and creative.

Abstract

Tongkonan is a traditional house located in the Toraja area, precisely in the mountainous area of ??the northern part of South Sulawesi. Tongkonan is shaped like a boat facing north. Tongkonan is a special building erected by a community leader or a family clump where Tongkonan has a special function in society which is not only used as a house for community leaders, but also functions as a guardian of various rules in Aluk Todolo that regulate social life, beliefs and Toraja culture. Tongkonan also has a very deep philosophical meaning for the Toraja people. Based on observations made by the team, there are still many students at Lembang Tondon Elementary School who do not understand and are fluent in reading and arithmetic, at their current age, they should have understood and understand reading and arithmetic. so that the team carried out teaching activities for elementary school students about reading, counting and drawing the types of carvings and understanding the meaning of the carvings which were carried out at Tongkonan Tella. From the results of these activities which were carried out for approximately 2 months, it was clear that the development of these children, who previously had not been able to distinguish letters, were now able to spell little by little. In addition, children who previously had not been able to sort numbers properly and correctly, are now able to sort and even can do addition and subtraction well

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the teacher's strategy in improving students' speaking skills in the fourth grade learning process at SDN 7 Kesu'. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The source of this research is the fourth grade teacher at SDN 7 Kesu. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique with data reduction stages, data study, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study concluded that strategies that can improve students' speaking skills are by conducting simulation activities (simulation games), storytelling and telling stories, inviting students to play characters in a story, and inviting students to have conversations.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan manfaat media Youtube dalam proses pembelajaran siswa kelas V SDN 7 Kesu’. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan Jenis deskriptif. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah Guru kelas V serta siswa kelas V SDN 7 Kesu’. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Milles and Huberman dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa manfaat media Youtube dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu membuat pemahaman peserta didik meningkat, pembelajaran lebih fleksibel dan terbiasa dengan Tren Perkembangan Teknologi.

Abstract

Pertanian organik merupakan sistem pertanian yang holistik dan terpadu, tanpa menggunakan bahan kimia dan hanya menggunakan pupuk oraganik yang berasal dari bahan-bahan alami. Salah satu sumber daya alam yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pembuatan pupuk organik adalah bonggol pisang. Bonggol pisang adalah batang tanaman pisang yang berupa umbi batang yang mengandung unsur-unsur penting yang dibutuhkan tanaman. Meskipun sistem pertanian organik memberikan keuntungan kepada pembangunan pertanian masyarakat namun penerapannya tidak mudah. Beberapa hal yang menjadi kendalanya adalah masyarakat belum paham sistem pertanian terpadu, tanah yang butuh perawatan lama, tingkat hasil dan produktivitas belum meyakinkan petani pada umumnya, belum adanya insentif harga yang memadai untuk produsen produk pertanian organik, dan permodalan yang belum menyentuh semua petani. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan sekitar bulan Juli hingga Agustus 2023 di Lembang (desa) Batu Tiakka’. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode demonstrasi yaitu menjelaskan teori tentang manfaat bonggol pisang sebagai pupuk organik. Kemudian mempraktikkan bagaimana cara membuat pupuk dari bonggol pisang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pembuatan pupuk kompos sangat membantu masyarakat dalam memahami bagaimana manfaat bahan organik, mengenal bahaya pestisida, masyarakat dapat membuat pupuk organik dengan bahan yang mudah diperoleh di daerah sekitar yaitu bonggol pisang dan mengetahui bagaimana mengelola lahan dengan baik.
