Abstract

Abstract: Based on the above description in futsal players the running speed of a soccer player is also very influential for attack and defense. Whereas Based on observations in the field, it can be seen that there are many players at the Kelambir 38 Pekanbaru club who lack the running speed when carrying out attacks and when defending so that the defeat often sprints clash the ball with the opposing players. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of pathner resisted start training on the speed of Club Kelambir 38 futsal players in Pekanbaru. The population in this research were 12 Club Kelambir futsal athletes in Pekanbaru. The sampling technique is saturated sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample if all members of the population are used as samples, then the sample in this study was set at 12 people. The instrument in this study was a 30 meter running speed. Based on data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that there is an effect of pathner resisted start training on the speed of Club Kelambir futsal players 38 Pekanbaru as evidenced by the results of tcount 14,241> t table 1.796 at α = 0.05. This proves that by doing a start resisted pathner exercise, the speed can get better results.Key Words; Pathner Resisted Start, Speed.

Abstract

Abstrak: Letusan gunung berapi membawa banyak material vulkanik mengikuti aliran sungai dan mengendap di sepanjang aliran sungai yang dilaluinya. Untuk mengendalikan aliran sedimen dan mengurangi resiko bencana di bagian hilir maka perlu dilakukan konservasi pada bagian  hulu sungai agar  aliran sedimen dapat dikendalikan. Dengan metode Universal Soil Losses Equation (USLE) menggunakan bantuan aplikasi ArcView GIS 3.3, besarnya volume sedimen di DAS Nangka yang dihasilkan oleh laju sedimen hasil erosi lahan adalah 2.179,36 m3. Sedangkan volume sedimen sekali banjir (Vec) yang dihasilkan oleh aliran sedimen debris berdasarkan kala ulang 50 adalah 452.007,95 m3. Volume sedimen total yang terjadi di DAS nangka adalah 454.187,30 m3. Karena Sub DAS Tibu Dalam berada diluar alur Sungai Nangka sehingga total sedimennya tinggal 388.325,40 m3.Bangunan pengendali sedimen eksisting (Sabodam Belanting) pada saat ini hanya mampu menangkap sedimen sebesar 195.434,48 m3, sehingga tingkat reduksi sedimen (Dumping Efficiency) saat ini adalah sebesar 50,33%, dengan demikian volume kelebihan sedimen (Ve) sebesar 192.890,92 m3 harus dikelola oleh sabo sistem di bagian hilirnya.Keseimbangan kuantitas sedimen terhadap alternatif rencana bangunan pengendali sedimen ini dilakukan dengan menghitung kapasitas alternatif lokasi titik dasar sabo (Sabo Basic Point) kemudian dikalkulasikan ke dalam skema transportasi volume produksi sedimen (sediment yeild) di DAS Nangka dengan Sabo Eksisting. Lokasi bangunan pengendali sedimen terpilih adalah alternatif 3 mampu mereduksi volume kelebihan sedimen (Ve) sebesar 84,48 % dari sedimen yang yang harus dikelola dan menekan sedimen ijin (Va) sampai 7.73 %. Kata kunci : Erosi, ArcView GIS, Debris, Sedimentasi, Konservasi. Abstract: Volcanic eruptions brought a lot of volcanic material settles along rivers and streams along its path. To control the flow of sediment and reduce the risk of disaster in the downstream it is necessary to conservation on the upstream side of the river so that the flow of sediment can be controlled. With the method of Universal Soil Losses Equation (USLE) using ArcView GIS 3.3, applicationsthe volume of sediment in the Nangka watershed generated by the rate of soil erosion is sediment results 2.179,36 m3/year.Whereas once the flood sediment volume (VEC) is generated by the flow of sediment debris by return periode 50 is 452,007.95 m3. So that the total sediment volume is known that occur in the Nangka watershed is 454.187,30 m3. Because Sub Watershed Tibu Dalam located outside Nangka river flow so that the total sediment stay 388.325,40 m3. Existing building sediment control(SabodamBelanting) is currently only able to capture sediment at 195,434.48 m3, so that the rate of reduction of sediment (Dumping Efficiency) currently amounts to 50.33%, thus the excess sediment volume (Ve) of 192,890.92 m3 should be managed by sabo system in the downstream.The balance quantity of sediment to alternative building plans sediment control is done by calculating the capacity of the alternative location of Sabo Basic Point then calculated into the transport scheme production volume of sediment (sediment yeild) in NangkaWatrsheed with Existing Sabo. The location chosen building sediment control is the third alternative capable of reducing excess sediment volume (Ve) amounted to 84.48% of the sediment that must be managed and pressing sediment permit (Va) to 7.73%.Keywords: Erosion, ArcView GIS, Debris, Sedimentation, Conservation

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of the Remote Indigenous Communities (KAT), evaluates the condition and handling practices that have been taken by the government as well as the obstacles encountered during the process of empowerment KAT since 2010-2014, formulate a poverty reduction strategy is right for KAT in the district of Rio Pakava. As this study is categorised as survey research, data were obtained by conducted interview with respondents using interview guidelines, and the list of questionnaire. This study apply quantitative. Then, Microsoft Excell is used as tool to analyse the data of this study. This study found that the characteristics of existing poverty in the district of Rio Pakava (KAT ) include (1) human resources issues, there are some key issues in this obstacle, namely: Education and Knowledge, Technology, Health, and past orientation of KAT society; (2) KAT programs that had been done since 2010-2014 are: renovating facilities and Infrastructure, improving Education, Health Care, activities in the Remote and Border, Road Infrastructure to remote indigenous community area (KAT), Improving Agricultural Extension Activity and Economic Empowerment; (3) Based on the analysis found that the IFE and EFE matrix IFE's total of strength is higher than weakness by 3.90592, which means that the District of Rio Pakava fully able to overcome the existing weaknesses by using the advantages to reduce poverty in remote indigeneous (KAT) area. Moderate to EFE matrix was found that the factor of chance based on the calculation is equal to 2.78101, with the difference in value between the total score of the opportunities and threats is 0.89481. This shows that the respondents give a high response to the opportunity factor and lower response to threat factor. The total value weighted for external strategic factor by 2.78101, mean that the District of Rio Pakava can take advantage of existing opportunities and avoid the threat of poverty alleviation efforts for KAT; and (4) Based on the matrix of IFE and matrix EFE, suitable formulation strategy to reduce poverty for KAT in the district of Rio Pakava with SWOT analysis, as follows: Building partnerships and cooperation by utilizing local natural resources that exist, Using customs and culture as a bond to strengthening the unity and cohesion, more intensively to disseminate to the public about the creative economy, agriculture and PKAT, Optimizing all the potential that exists to address accessibility issues to remote indigenous area KAT and improving all the existing facilities and infrastructures. The recommendation of this study is to further optimize the system of mentoring as one of the factors supporting the success of this program.

Abstract

Implementation of facilities and infrastructure planning in improving the quality of education in SMA Negeri 1 Serbajadi. This research uses qualitative methods. The subject in this study is the implementation of facilities and infrastructure planning in SMA Negeri 1 Serbajadi. The informants in the research are Teachers and Students. how to interview, observation, and documentation. Data validity techniques using data triangulation and source triangulation. Data analysis techniques using interactive methods, data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study note that (1) the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management in improving the quality of education in SMA Negeri 1 Serbajadi is carried out with Planning and Infrastructure Planning (Planning, namely a coordination meeting, determining the program, and determining the need for educational facilities and infrastructure. Organizing Facilities and Infrastructure (Organizing) covers the organizational structure of facilities and infrastructure management, division of job assignments/job descriptions, setting tools and practice materials, and organizing practical activities. Implementation of Facilities and Infrastructure Management (Actuating) in the form of procurement, maintenance, and elimination of facilities and infrastructure Control and Infrastructure (Controlling (carried out with an inventory. (2) Constraints of management of facilities and infrastructure in SMA Negeri 1 Multipurpose is a storage area that requires funds for expansion or repair, lack of administrative staff, especially for the management of facilities and infrastructure, and SMA Negeri 1 Serbajadi still experience a shortage of administrative staff

Abstract

One of the places to pray for the Muslims is a mosque although in fact, in Islamic law the whole earth can be used to perform prayer, except in places where there is a prohibition to perform prayer in it.as the word of the Messenger of Allaah 'alaihi Wasallam which means: "It has been made for me this earth a place of prostration and in a holy state." (H.R. Abu Dawud). This type of research is field research, with a skin descriptive approach. The results of this study showed that the mosque not only serves as a place to pray, but there are other functions, among others, as social, economic, educational, political, arts and cultural development. The author wants to explain the function of the mosque as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad shallallaahu ‘alayhi Wasallam so that the existing mosques can become centers of educational activities as when the Prophet Muhammad shallallaahu‘ alayhi wasallam first.

Abstract

Antibiotik adalah zat kimia yang dihasilkan oleh jamur dan bakteri, yang bersifat mematikan atau menghambat pertumbuhan mikroorganisme lainnya . antibiotik termasuk kedalam golongan obat yang masih sering digunakan karena tingginya penyakit infeksi sehingga berbagai studi menemukan sekitar 40,0-60,4% peresepan antibiotik yang tidak tepat. Tujuan penelitian  adalah menganalisis faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap edukasi kerasionalan penggunaan Antibiotik di Rumah Sakit Sandi Karsa. Metode penelitian ini menggunaan metode cross sectional. Populasi penelitian 150 pasien rawat jalan di RS sandi Karsa, dengan metode random sampling, dengan sampel sebanyak 60 responden yang memetuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Data penelitian dianalisis univariat menggunakan persentase frekuensi dan analisis bivariat menerapkan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktoryang dianalisis yaitu pengetahuan. analisis Chi-square menunjukkan terdapat hubungan pengaruh faktor pengetahuan (ρ=0,022) terhadap edukasi kerasionalan penggunaan Antibiotik di RS Sandi Karsa. Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan responden merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap edukasi kerasionalan penggunaan Antibiotik di  Rumah Sakit Sandi Karsa Kata kunci: Antibiotik, Edukasi, Rasional
