Abstract

AbstractThe objective of this research is to investigate: (1) which of the TPS learning model with Quantum Learning approach, the TPS learning model, and the conventional learning model results in a better learning achievement of the students; (2) which of the students with the high, medium, and low learning interest levels have a better learning achievement; (3) which of the students taught in the TPS learning model with Quantum Learning approach, the TPS learning model, and the conventional learning model have a better learning achievement with the high, medium, and low learning interest levels; and (4) which of the students have a better learning achievement in each of the learning interest levels with the TPS learning model with Quantum Learning approach, the TPS learning model, and the conventional learning model. This research used the quasi-experimental method with the factorial design of 3 x 3. The population of this research was all of the 12th-grade students of the engineering vocational secondary schools in Kebumen regency in the academic year of 2012/2013. The data of this research were gathered through documentation, questionnaire, and achievement test. The test on the hypothesis of the research was conducted by using unbalanced Two-way Analysis of Variance. The results of this research are as follows: (1) the TPS learning model with Quantum Learning approach and the TPS learning model result in an equal learning achievement whereas the TPS learning model with Quantum Learning approach results in a better learning achievement than the conventional learning model. However, the TPS learning model and the conventional learning model result in an equal learning achievement; (2) the students with the high learning interest level have an equal learning achievement to those with the medium and low learning interest levels; (3) the TPS learning model with Quantum Learning approach results in an equal learning achievement to the TPS learning model but results in a better learning achievement than the conventional learning model in the high, medium, and low learning interest levels whereas the TPS learning model results in an equal learning achievement to the conventional learning model in the high, medium, and low learning interest levels; and (4) the students with the high learning interest level have an equal learning achievement to those with the medium and low learning interest levels in the TPS learning model with Quantum Learning, the TPS learning model, and the conventional learning model.Keywords: Learning achievement, TPS, Quantum Learning, conventional, and learning interest

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perilaku berbagi pengetahuan, persepsi dukungan organisasi dan person job fit terhadap perilaku inovatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 150 karyawan UKM industri kreatif di Kabupaten Kebumen. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini dilakukan mengunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku berbagi pengatahuan, perspesi dukungan organisasi, dan person job fit berpengaruh positif terhadap periaku inovatif. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan adalah perilaku berbagi pengetahuan.

Abstract

This study examines the entrepreneurial empowerment strategy of former female migrant workers who are members of the Village community concerned with Migrant Workers. After returning from work abroad, former female migrant workers again experienced an economic downturn, making it difficult to meet basic family needs. This study aims to determine the economic conditions of former female migrant workers after returning, strategies for fulfilling post-return life needs, and entrepreneurial empowerment strategies carried out by various institutions. This research approach uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, in-depth interview techniques, and library studies and documentation. Taking informants is done by using informant techniques aimed at. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman analysis model which consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the entrepreneurial empowerment process of former female migrant workers was carried out because there were indications of weakening economic conditions after stopping work abroad. The goal of empowering former migrant workers is to alleviate economic weakness because it is seen that it still has the potential to be able to regain power in meeting economic needs. The empowerment process carried out by cross institutions is well integrated, where each institution coordinates with each other to complement each other's empowerment programs. The synergy of entrepreneurial empowerment carried out on former female migrant workers in Kebumen District has resulted in improved capabilities such as operating business activities, completing business licenses, increasing production capacity, expanding market reach, networking with other communities, increasing turnover and profits, and continuously being encouraged to develop.Keywords: Empowerment, Former Female Migrant Workers, Entrepreneurship

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the organizational commitment, organizational culture and environment towards the Family Hope (PKH) companion program at the Social Service Office of the PPKB Kebumen Regency. This research is a survey research with the influence of Self efficacy (X1), locus of control (X2), and organizational commitment (X3) on the performance of companion in the Social Service Office of Kebumen Regency PPKB. The population is all companions taking 240 people, while the sample is taken 150 companions. The collection of data using a questionnaire that has collected validity and reliability using the help of the SPSS program for Windows. The data collected from the results of the questionnaire were then analyzed using regression analysis, which had previously been subjected to analysis prerequisite tests using normality, multicollinearity, and heterokedasticity tests. After analyzing the data, the following results and conclusions are obtained: (1) self efficacy influences the performance of the companion. (2) The locus of control shows a positive and significant effect on the performance of the companion. (3) Organizational commitment shows a positive and significant impact on the performance of the companion. (4) Self efficacy, locus of control and organizational commitment have a significant (simultaneous) effect on the performance of PKH Social Assistance in Kebumen District and provide a 56.10% increase in the performance of PKH companions (R² = 0.561), according to variable needs variables other than these three variables amounted to 43.90%. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, pemberdyaan psikologis dan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada guru SMK Yapek Gombong. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah guru yang berjumlah 40 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan statistika dengan bantuan program SPSS 22. Dalam metode statistika dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, pengujian asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada analisis regresi linier berganda variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, variabel pemberdayaan psikologis tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan lingkungan kerja, pemberdayaan psikologis, dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behaviorKata kunci: lingkungan kerja, pemberdayaan psikologis, kepuasan kerja, OCB

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan pemberdayaan terhadap Loyalitas dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan bantuan program SPSS 25. Dalam metode statistika, dilakukan uji validitas, reliabilitas, pengujian asumsi klasik dan analisis jalur, uji t dan analisis korelasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengujian Hipotesis pada analisis jalur variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan variabel pemberdayaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan kontribusi 75,7%. Pengujian Hipotesis pada analisis jalur persamaan II variabel pemberdayaan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas, variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas dan variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas dengan kontribusi 73,5%.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed many things. Likewise, the world of information technology is developing so rapidly. The lesson is, when these two conditions meet, it will have an impact on the acceleration of the process of adopting information technology in all lines of life, including the world of education. Like it or not, the teachers have to prepare materials and an online learning process. One of them is using the OBS Studio application. The implementation method of the service includes lectures, demonstrations, exercises / practices, mentoring, and questions and answers. The result of the training activity was an increase in participants' understanding of using OBS Studio to make communicative and easy videos so that they could support online lectures during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai di suatu instansi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Faktor tersebut berasal dari dalam diri dan lingkungan tempat kerja. Dalam pengelolaan pemerintahan Desa di Kecamatan Sempor masih menemui kendala khususnya kinerja sumber daya manusia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini Aparatur Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Sempor Kabupaten Kebumen. Penlitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dan sampel yang di ambil adalah Aparatur Pemerintah Desa terdiri dari Sekretaris dan Kaur Pemerintahan Desa di Kecamatan Sempor berjumlah 32 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data degan cara menyebar kuisioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji rebilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan koefisien determinasi. Alat bantu pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah SPSS for Windows versi 23.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Komitmen Organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Sempor Kabupaten Kebumen. (2) Kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Sempor Kabupaten Kebumen. (3) Internal Locus Of Control mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Sempor Kabupaten Kebumen. (4) Komitmen Organisasi, Kompetensi dan Internal Locus Of Control secara bersamasama (simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Sempor Kabupaten Kebumen. Hasil uji (Koefisien Determinasi) diperoleh nilai 0,863 sehingga besarnya variabel independent penelitian ini mempengaruhi variabel dependent sebesar 86,3% dan sisanya sebesar 13,7% adalah penelitian lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.
