Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs in recruiting and providing compensation for the performance of employees in hospitals in recruiting employees and providing compensation for performance, employees of the Abdul Moloek Hospital are still not running openly so there are still many employees who have not felt satisfied, and compensation for non-medical employees is still often late (not on time) From the description of the background of the above problems the author will do Based on the formulation, the research objectives to be achieved are as follows: To find out the effect of Recruitment on employee performance of Voluntary Workers in Abdul Molok Hospital? To find out the effect of compensation on the performance of employees of Voluntary Workers in RS.Abdul Moloek Lampung Province? To determine the effect of recruitment and compensation on the performance of employees of the Voluntary Workers Hospital. Abdul Moloek Lampung Province From the results of this study it can be drawn a conclusion that: Recruitment variables have a persistent effect on employee performance by proving T count> T table (2,319> 1,666) with significant 0,002 <0,05) Compensation variables have a persistent effect on employee performance with proof of T count> T table (8,754> 1,666) with significant 0,000 <0,055) Recruitment and Compensation variables influence Simultaneously on employee performance by proving F count> F table (80,441> 3.12) with significant 0,000 <0,05) Recruitment, and compensation affects the performance of Abdul Moloek Hospital employees by 69.07%, and the remaining 30.3% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of training on employee work productivity with motivation as a mediating  variable. This study took a sample of 54 with a population of 115. The data collection technique was to  distribute questionnaires to respondents. The analysis method itself uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Linearity Test, Simple Regression Test, t Statistics Test, f Statistical Test, R2 Determinant Coefficient Test, and Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the training variable has a significant effect on the motivation variable because it has a t value of 5.177 t table 1.675, the training variable has a significant influence on the work productivity variable because it has a t value of 4.249 t table 1.675, the motivation variable has a significant influence. significant to the work productivity variable because it has a t value of 5.920 t table  1.675,  and  the  training  variable  does  not  have  a  significant  indirect  effect  on  the  work productivity variable through motivation as an intervening variable, which is  0.299. Based on the decision making, the result of the indirect effect is 0.583 x 0.513 = 0.299. Based on decision making, the result of the indirect effect is 0.299 from the direct effect of 0.583. So, Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. Keywords: Training, Work Productivity, Motivation

Abstract

Currently the focus of marketing strategies that are often used by business people is to manage individual customers carefully and in detail. marketing strategy is no longer something fancy but rather an absolute necessity for it requires an idea of marketing strategy so that one can maintain its existence by using customer relationship management practices. Information and technology is now increasingly rapidly making it easier for the strategy to establish relationships with customers, Yamaha Bahana Pagar Alam dealers provide SMS services. The population in this study was 9,903 units to determine the number of samples using the Isaac and Michael Formulas obtained a total sample of 247 respondents. The results of the regression equation then the most dominant customer relationship variable influences customer loyalty at Yamaha Banaha Pagar Alam Bandar Lampung dealers is technology, this is due to the technological variables having the greatest beta coefficient values when compared with human resources and process variables.
