This study aims to (1) analyze the influence of education operational costs on educational output at Vocational High School/ SMK in Gresik regency, (2) analyze the effect of education operational costs on educational output with teacherâs work productivity as a moderating variable at SMK in Gresik regency. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research are vocational high schools (SMK) at Gresik regency. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques which used are documentation and interview techniques. While the method of analysis that used is descriptive statistical analysis techniques, statistical analysis techniques infrensial regression with SPSS. The results showed that the educationÂ operational cost does not affect the output of education at SMK in Gresik and education operational cost does not affect the educational output with teacherâs work productivity as moderating variable. Teacherâs work productivity less can be used as a moderator variable or can not be used as independent variables that have an influence on educational output variables

This article aims to study the anthropology of religious violence in Jack David Eller's perspective. The conclusions are: (1) violence, anthropologically, is not an objective quality of a concept and a judgment, depending on the person who sees it. Some violence is considered good and ordered as rights and obligations; (2) the factors supporting violence are: constituents of cultural violence, integration into groups, identities, institutions, interests, and ideologies; (3) religious violence is practiced in all religions because there are some aspects of violence in religious doctrine; (4) religious violence has various forms: sacrifice, martyrdom, persecution, holy war, ethno-religious conflict, abuse, crime and murder.

Cigarette industry is well known in Indonesia, therefore cigarette advertisements are common in television. Although there are regulations regarding cigarette advertisement recently, back in 1990s, cigarette advertisements were frank. The article aims to find out the construction of Indonesian cultural diversity representation in Djarum76 television advertisement. This article uses a qualitative design research method. Constructionist representation by Stuart Hall is used as the analysis approach in this research. The result of this research showed by analyzing 10 iconic scenes and the lyrics of trademark song from Djarum 76 advertisement, the advertisement visually constructs the Indonesian culture diversity, specifically East Java culture. Dominantly, the scenes visualize the iconic places in Indonesia. Therefore, it can be concluded that Djarum 76 wants to be seen as iconic as the cultural places and arts in the television advertisement while subconsciously, Djarum 76 leads the target market to believe in what the lyrics of the advertisement said. Hence, despite we are absorbed with the visual of the advertisement that is showing the beauty of certain places or arts, we also hear the enchanting lyrics which attached in our minds.

The objective of this research is to describe the effectiveness of guided discovery learning in improving concept mastery in hydrocarbon material. The guided discovery learning consists of 3 phases; they are exploration, discovery and concept application, and evaluation. Population in this research was all 360 Grade X students in State Senior High School 12 in Bandar Lampung in academic year 2011-2012 which were distributed in 10 classrooms; from classroom X1 to X10. Classroom X5 and X10 were used as samples which were collected with purposive sampling. This research used quasi experiment method and non equivalent control group design. Effectiveness of guided discovery learning was measured based on N-Gain values. The results showed that the classroom with guided discovery learning possessed higher concept mastery than classrooms with conventional learning. The averages of N-Gain values for student’s concept mastery for experiment and control classrooms were 0.539 and 0.402 respectively. This indicated that the guided discovery learning was more effective in improving student’s concept mastery in hydrocarbon material. Introduction: Drug abuse is a problem that occurs at the national, regional and global levels. Drug dependence can lead to psychological effects such as emotions, violent behavior, insecurity, depression, and so on. Psychological impacts due to drug dependence can be handled in the form of treatment, rehabilitation or other interventions. Written articles using a Literature Review approach to 11 articles on psychological treatment of drug abuse in the 2017-2021 period using the keywords "Psychological treatment", "Drug abuse", "Self-efficacy", "Therapeutic community" With the aim of knowing the effectiveness of psychological treatment for drug users. Based on the results obtained in psychological treatment of drug abuse from 11 articles in the form of therapeutic community intervention, ablution therapy, expressive writing, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, yoga therapy, group education, logotherapy can improve positive aspects in patients with drug abuse and can reduce the impact or psychological symptoms and dependence on drug users. The advantages obtained from various nursing interventions can help treat or rehabilitate drug users, but from the results of the study there are some limitations in the application of interventions to the treatment.

This research aims to develop Static and Inactive Archives at the Faculty of Economics into E-Digital Archives and conduct monitoring and evaluation. This study uses a development model (Research and Development). Monitoring and evaluation is carried out to find out the ease of implementing input and what obstacles are experienced when inputting E-Digital Archives. The results of the study show that the condition of archive management at the Faculty of Economics, especially static archives and inactive archives, is still in the process of being reorganized. The FE Record Center has organized manual archives consisting of cupboard A for accounting and financial records for 2013-2020, cupboard B for student and academic archives, cupboard C for general and personnel archives and mixed archives. For the development of e-digital archives, the results of monitoring and evaluation in the UNNES Digital Archive System show that up to October 31, 2022, 1,452 letters/archives have been uploaded, divided into dynamic, inactive and FE UNNES static archives
