Abstract

Penglipuran Tourism Village feels the negative impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on its tourism activities. Before the pandemic, the rapid tourism activity in Penglipuran Tourism Village made many rural communities dependent on the tourism sector. However, due to the prolonged pandemic, many people have to change professions to be able to survive and the economy can not run properly. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the economic resilience of the local community of Penglipuran Tourism Village in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses quantitative and qualitative methods (Mix Method). The study showed that the economic condition of the Penglipuran Tourism Village Community experienced a decline in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic, this was influenced by several things, namely the decline in tourism activities in the village due to restrictions on activities and government policies, livelihood sources that changed for the worse and a decrease in income and public spending. The Economic Resilience of the Penglipuran Tourism Village Community is carried out in tourism activities by implementing the CHSE health protocol, village promotion, and village planning through improvements and additions to facilities and infrastructure support livelihood resilience efforts are carried out by digitizing products with online promotions, as well as the existence of delivery services that benefit buyers, the role of the government in resilience is to provide direct cash assistance to the community.

Abstract

The managers and community leaders of Bakas Village admit that they are not ready to manage their village as a tourism village. Another problem is that good governance has not been established in terms of developing a tourism village and there are several conditions for local communities who are not ready to provide services to tourists who come because there is no clear management system. This community service is carried out in 3 stages with participants from all stakeholders. tourist village. The end result of this community service is to increase public understanding of the CHSE-based tourism village governance system, the formation of a tourism management system managed by a professional management agency in the Bakas Village area that accommodates the aspirations of local communities, and increasing the community's ability to provide excellent service with CHSE-based.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the priority of developing tourist villages during the new normal period in Petang District, Badung Regency Bali. The theory and concepts used to answer the problems in this research are the concept of tourism product components, the concept of a tourism village, the concept of new normal tourism. The research method used is qualitative research using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained through the process of observation, interviews and focus group discussions. The results of this study indicate that the priority of developing a tourism village in Petang District in the new normal era is an ancillary aspect as the main development priority. Then, the order of priority aspects of development that can be done next is attraction, accessibility, amenity, available packages and activity. Related to ancillary as the main priority aspect, there are institutional sub-criteria as things that can be prioritized first compared to the development of additional services. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the form of institutional development that will be implemented is by holding a collaboration between the Petang District Government and the tourism institutional where the assistance collaboration is carried out in stages starting with the establishment of a tourism management system. Abstract

One of the Super Priority Tourist Destinations is Labuan Bajo which has the Tanjung Boleng Tourism Village, which currently has problems regarding community participation. CBT-based tourism development in Tanjung Boleng Tourism Village needs to be implemented to increase local community participation in tourism development. This study aims to determine the development of Tanjung Boleng Tourism Village as a Community-Based Tourism Destination. This study uses qualitative data types with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling and accidental sampling. The informants in this study were the Head of the Tanjung Boleng Tourism Village Pokdarwis, the Tanjung Boleng Tourism Village Head, representatives from the West Manggarai Tourism and Culture Office, representatives from NGOs, and the Tanjung Boleng tourism village community. The results show that the development of Tanjung Boleng Tourism Village as a tourism destination based on Community Based Tourism currently needs to be improved from the economic, political, environmental, cultural, and social components by increasing human resources and managers. Tanjung Boleng Tourism Village also needs to hold key principles and elements in developing Community-Based Tourism. Keywords: Community Based Tourism, Tourism Development, Tourism Village

Abstract

The decline in the number of foreign tourist arrivals due to the Covid-19 pandemic has put considerable pressure on the tourism industry. Therefore, the tourism grant program is structured as an effort to restore the tourism sector for the tourism industry (hotels and restaurants). This research aims to; identify obstacles in the stages of implementing the grant program in Badung Regency and analyze the effectiveness of the tourism grant program for restaurants in Badung Regency. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative supported by quantitative with a measuring instrument, namely weighted average analysis. The results of this study indicate that obstacles are found at each stage of the implementation of the tourism grant program, both from the implementing team and the restaurant business side. Meanwhile, the effectiveness ratio of the tourism grant program for restaurant businesses shows a percentage of 74.4% with an achievement level of "Effective Enough", because; (1) program implementation factors; (a) the many players (actors) involved, (b) the complexity inherent in the program itself, and (2) the real change factor after the tourism grant fund, only short term supported by the average value on the real change dimension of 3.08 (77%) as the lowest value.
