Abstract

The existence of Pura in Bali is not only as a place of worship for Hindus, but in the development of tourism in Bali, Pura has become a tourist attraction attracted by tourists to visit. Besides the cultural and religious values that tourists can get, the historical value and the architectural beauty and the natural location and the confusion that becomes part of the temple in Bali are included in the list of tourist arrivals visiting Bali. Characteristics of each temple can be used as uniqueness and competitive advantage, and help tourists when they want to choose a temple in Bali. Analytical techniques used in this study are Multi Dimensional Scaling (MDS) and Correspondence Analysis (CA) to determine the advantages of each attribute for each tourist attraction. The results of this study show the positioningof Uluwatu Temple as a tourist attraction in Bali has similarities with Pura Tanah Lot. Based on the assessment of the ten attributes assessed by the respondents, it appears that overall Pura Uluwatu has a positive perception that varies compared to other temples. Pura Uluwatu has an advantage on uniqueness and scenery attributes.

Abstract

Kesehatan yang merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar manusia, kini pun dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif gaya hidup yang dapat dipilih seseorang untuk mendapatkan kepuasan di dalam hidupnya, seperti medical tourism. Salah satu destinasi pariwisata yang memberikan peluang sangat besar untuk mengembangan medical tourism adalah Korea Selatan. penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan medical tourism dengan studi kasus di Korea Selatan, sehingga hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai pertimbangan dalam menggarap pasar medical tourism. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode desk research atau metode kepustakaan melalui sumber-sumber yang tersedia di publik seperti surat kabar, majalah, laporan riset, dan jurnal. Metode wawancara, juga digunakan untuk memperoleh data dan informasi yang diperlukan peneliti, dan wawancara akan dilakukan dengan pihak manajemen. Korea Tourism Organization (KTO). Hasil peneltian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 5 faktor-faktor pengembangan medical tourism yang telah dilakukan Korea Selatan dengan lebih banyak memanfaatkan segala potensi dan kekuatan telahyang dimiliki oleh Korea Selatan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi wisatawan terhadap destinasi pariwisata Nusa Lembongan dan pengelolaan wisatawan mancanegara di destinasi pariwisata Nusa Lembongan. Penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data mengenai karakteristik wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Nusa Lembongan sebanyak 103 responden dengan menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah persepsi wisatawan terhadap destinasi Nusa Lembongan dari indikator awareness 58,43% (setuju), attractiveness 65,2 % (setuju), availability 63,08% (setuju), accessibility 62,95% (setuju), destination appreciation (66,3%), assurance 58,2%, activity 45,6%, appearance 58,3% (setuju)

Abstract

One of the strategic efforts in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty can be done by maintaining service quality. Service quality can be defined as the level of guest or consumer satisfaction. The level of guest satisfaction is obtained from the comparison of real services received by visitors, with the previously expected quality values. This research will explore the extent of tourists' perceptions of the quality of Bali destinations. The respondents who will provide information in this study are tourists who meet the requirements as respondents to be able to fill in and provide the information needed when filling out the questionnaire. There were 200 respondents with a composition of 200 domestic tourists and 100 foreign tourists. The analysis technique used in this study was measured using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The results showed that domestic tourists and foreign tourists have different levels of satisfaction and performance appraisals. As a recommendation, the result of this study could be considered as an evaluation of the quality of tourism destinations in Bali.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the perceptions of tourists towards Nusa Lembongan as a destination and the management of tourists in Nusa Lembongan. The determination of the sample in this study was to obtain data on the characteristics of tourists visiting Nusa Lembongan with 103 respondents using qualitative analysis techniques. The results of the study are tourists’ perceptions of Nusa Lembongan from indicators of awareness 58.43% (agree), attractiveness 65.2% (agree), availability 63.08% (agree), accessibility 62.95% (agree), destination appreciation (66.3%), assurance 58.2%, activity 45.6%, appearance 58.3% (agree).

Abstract

This research aims to create an integrated promotional strategy to maintain relationships with tourists in Kuta tourism area in the new normal era. The strategy was formed using a reference from Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM). Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) is a marketing activity that aims to find, establish and maintain relationships with customers. Data collection techniques are carried out through documentation, literature studies, observations and interviews. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. The data obtained is analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Based on the research that has been done formed several strategies that can be used to maintain good relationships with tourists or customers. The strategies are grouped into 4 categories. The four categories are trust, commitment, communication and problem handling. In these circumstances maintaining a relationship with a traveler or customer is very important. The right strategy is needed so that when the tourism gate has reopened, then tourists or customers will not be reluctant to come visit.

Abstract

The emergence of various kinds of social media has an impact on the industrial revolution in  the tourism sector, marked by the ease of accessing information through social media. The  tourism transformation of the 4.0 era changes the entire cycle of the tourism ecosystem,  especially in terms of the dissemination and consumption of information on social media  related to travel activities. The purpose of this research is to see the impact of media social and  tourist attraction on the domestic tourist visit-decision in Melasti Beach, Badung. This  research was designed using quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis.  Using qualitative and quantitative data, with total sample of 250 respondents from domestic  tourists visiting Melasti Beach. Sampling was done by distributing 30 questionnaires to visitors  at Melasti Beach. The analysis technique was tested using the classical assumption test. Most  of the respondents came from Jakarta, most of whom were women. The results of this study  indicate that there is an influence between social media and tourist attraction on the decision  to visit domestic tourists classified as positive.

Abstract

One of the efforts to increase interest of visiting is to design a marketing strategy and one of them is an endorser strategy. Endorsers is celebrities or experts who have expertise, awareness and attractiveness, which can represent the image of the product they promote in order to increase visiting interest. Interest of visiting tourists can appear driven by the quality of information provided through promotional strategies carried out by a tourist destination. This research aims to see the influence of celebrity endorsers and destination image on the interest of visiting tourists in Ubud tourist destinations.This research belongs to the type of research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is millennial domestic tourists who has visited Ubud and sample a total of 200 respondents. The sampling method in this research used purposive sampling with data collection using a questionnaire distributed online with the help of google form and analyzed technique using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the analysis can be concluded that celebrity endorser and destination image hava a significant influence to visiting intention.
