Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the normative, ideal, and factual roles of BKM Citra Dharma Mulya as the maslahah economic base for problems in Trimulyo, Jetis, Bantul, Yogyakarta. This study is a qualitative field research with case study. The data collection techniques include primary data, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. While secondary data, namely the collection of books, articles, journals, documentation files, and library materials related to study. The study results showed that: (1) the ideal role of  BKM  in  accordance  with  the  guidelines  for  implementing  PNPM  MandiriUrban,  among  others: mobilizing citizens in a participatory manner to formulate plans for poverty problems, generating various empowerment activities for the poor, and so on. (2) The normative role of BKM Citra Dharma Mulya as a maslahah  economic  base  includes:  work  planning  for  BKM  Citra  Dharma  Mulya,  Secretarial  Work Program, special program for BKM Citra Dharma Mulya, and UPK, UPL, and UPS Work Programs. (3) The  factual  roles  of  BKM  Citra  Dharma  Mulya  include:  organizing  the  community  in  a  participatorymanner  through  decision-making  councils,  upholding  noble  values,  fostering  various  empowerment activities, and supervising the BLM implementation process.Keywords: Role, Community Welfare Agency, Maslahah Economics.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran normatif, ideal, dan faktual BKM Citra Dharma Mulya sebagai basis ekonomi maslahah bagi permasalahan di Trimulyo, Jetis, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan  penelitian  kualitatif  lapangan  dengan  studi  kasus.  Teknik  pengumpulan  data  meliputi  data primer  yaitu  observasi,  wawancara,  dan  dokumentasi.  Sedangkan  data  sekunder  yaitu  kumpulan  buku, artikel,  jurnal,  file  dokumentasi,  dan  bahan  pustaka  yang  berhubungan  dengan  studi.  Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa:  (1)  Peran  ideal  BKM  sesuai  dengan  pedoman  pelaksanaan  PNPM  Mandiri Perkotaan   antara   lain:   menggerakkan    warga   secara   partisipatif   untuk   merumuskan   rencana penanggulangan  kemiskinan,  melahirkan  berbagai  kegiatan  pemberdayaan  masyarakat  miskin,  dan segera.  (2)  Peran  normatif  BKM Citra  Dharma  Mulya  sebagai  basis  ekonomi  maslahah  meliputi: perencanaan  kerja  BKM  Citra  Dharma  Mulya,  Program  Kerja  Kesekretariatan,  program  khusus  BKM Citra  Dharma Mulya,  dan  Program Kerja  UPK,  UPL,  dan  UPS.  (3)  Peran faktual  BKM  Citra  Dharma Mulya  antaralain:  mengorganisir  masyarakat  secara  partisipatif  melalui  dewan  pengambil  keputusan, menjunjung  tinggi  nilai-nilai  luhur,  membina  berbagai  kegiatan  pemberdayaan,  dan  mengawasi  proses pelaksanaan BLM.Kata kunci: Peran, Badan Kesejahteraan Rakyat, EkonomiMaslahah.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Determine the influence of brand image and service quality on purchasing decisions 2) Knowing the interaction effect of the design to the purchasing decision. This research was conducted at the Art Shop Borobudur Silver in Magelang, populations are consumers who buy at Borobudur Silver Art Shop Magelang, sampling used purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used Patial Least Square (PLS), the SEM-based variance, with software SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that: 1) Brand Image (X1) positive and significant impact on the purchase decision (Y) in the Art Shop Borobudur Silver Magelang proved the value P.Sig (0.000). 2) Quality of Service (X2) positive and significant impact on the Purchase decision (Y) in the Art Shop Magelang Borobudur Silver proved the value P.Sig (0000) .3) Brand Image (X1) and Quality of Service (X2) positive and significant impact on the purchase decision (Y) in the Art Shop Borobudur Silver Magelang proved the value P.Sig (0000). 4) Design (Z) does not moderate the effect of Brand Image (X1) of the Purchase Decision (Y) at the Art Shop Borobudur Silver, Magelang. This can be seen from P Values 0834 (> 0.05) and the coefficient parameters -0016 (Tstatistik0.194 <Ttabel 1661).Keywords: brand image, quality of service, design, purchasing decisions

Abstract

This research motivated by the widespread behavior of flexing to promote personal branding by figures or public figures on social media. This research was conducted on millennial students in Yogyakarta, a research sample of 100 people was taken from millennial students who live and have the habit of living in Islamic boarding schools. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method. The conclutions of this research that flexing variable (X1) has an effect on the lifestyle of millennial Islamic students by ( 1,824 ) or 18.24% and the personal branding variable (X2) has an effect on the lifestyle of millennial Islamic students partially by (3,239) or 32.39%. Based on the determination test, the variables X and Y have a joint effect of (4.023) or 40.23% and the rest are influences from outside these variables, which are equal to 50.77%..
