Abstract

This research was conducted to see the internal and external faktors on Zebra Soy Saouce Company in facing a more competitive rivalry and providing some alternatives that can be used by the company in facing the business enviromental change. Basic analysis of matrix IE,and industrial rivalry analysis )five Factors of Porters) were used to direct the company positioning. Industrial rivalry analysis of the Soy Sauce industry in Indonesia indicates that the degree of competitiveness within the industry is medium. The degree of threat from the new entrant and product substitute are medium.Barganing power of the supplier and purchaser is also medium. From the analysis, it’s shown that the strengths of Zebra Soy Souce Company are the acces to the supplier of a good quality product, strong market network, its product varietes, good company image and competitive product price. The weaknesses of the company are human resources, location of the company, type and the degree of sophistication of technology, and its capacity. The present opportunities of the company are the change of customes way of the life and consumption level of the soy sauce,exchange rate of rupiah,export policy, investment policy, the depelovment of processing technology, transportation and use of internet and e-commerce. On the other hand, the threats among other are a slow down of the economic growth, fluctuation of soybean price, political and secury situation, environmental policy, infalation and interest rate. Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) Does mudharabah savings have a significant effect on bank profits? (2) Does musyarakah financing have a significant effect on bank profit? (3) Do mudharabah savings and musyarakah financing together have a significant effect on bank profits? The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression with the total profit being the dependent variable and two independent variables, namely Mudharabah Savings and Musharaka Financing. The results of data processing have obtained a regression model Y = 36964 + 0.021X1 + -0.002X2. The regression coefficient shows that if each mudharabah savings is 0.021 one unit, it is predicted that it will increase the amount of savings by 36964 units and vice versa. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.564, this indicates that the mudharabah savings and musharaka financing variables contribute or influence 56% on the variable amount of profit. Partially, the t test results indicate that each variable the amount of mudharabah savings has a significant effect on the amount of profit so that the hypothesis is accepted and the musyarakah financing has a significant negative effect on the amount of profit. Simultaneously, the results of the F test show that together mudharabah savings and musyarakah financing have a significant effect on total profit so that the hypothesis is accepted. Abstract

This research is motivated by the rapid internet users. This is due to the increasing needs of the community. One of the people's needs for internet users is the need for bank facilities that can facilitate people in transacting. With good quality bank facilities can affect customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of the Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) on customer satisfaction at Bank BRI Baranangsiang Branch, Bogor City. (2) The influence of Mobile Banking on customer satisfaction at Bank BRI Baranangsiang Branch, Bogor City. (3) The effect of Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) and Mobile Banking services on customer satisfaction at Bank BRI Baranangsiang Branch, Bogor City. The purpose of this research is to examine the significant effect of Automatic Teller Machine and Mobile Banking on Customer Satisfaction at Bank BRI Baranangsiang Branch, Bogor City, partially (individually) or simultaneously (together). The result of this study shows that partially Mobile Banking had positive and significant effect on customer statisfaction. Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) have a positive and significant effect on customer statisfaction. And simultaneously Mobile Banking and Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) have a positive and significant effect on customer statisfaction.The number of respondents in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data in this study were collected using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. This study used a quantitative approach. Sampling by simple random sampling method. The data used are primary data obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. In this study using multiple linear regression analysis method by fulfilling the classical assumption test. Abstract

Currently, Indonesia is experiencing a national disaster in the form of the Covid-19 which is a virus with a very fast transmission rate.pandemic Covid-19 is allegedly not only attacking health but also affecting the global economy. In the end, many people use digital transactions such as Mobile banking during this pandemic. Mobile Bankingaservice provided by banks to facilitate their customers in transacting anywhere and anytime. Mobile banking useful for customers in carrying out government policies of stay at home and physical distancing to break the chain of virus spread during the covid 19 This study aims to determine the effect of Stay at home (X1) and Physical distancing (X2) on interest in using Mobile banking (Y) during the Covid-19. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, this is an analysis that describes the form of influence between one or more variables with other variables. The type of data used in this study is a secondary data source that was processed from 100 respondents from customers of Bank Central Asia Tbk Bogor Main Branch Office. Based on the results of data processing, there is a significant positive effect between stay at home on interest in using Mobile banking services at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Bogor Main Office, there is a significant positive effect between physical distancing on interest in using Mobile banking services at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Bogor main office. There is a joint influence of stay at home and physical distancing on the Interest in Using Mobile banking Services PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Bogor Main Office. Abstract

Tujuan dari Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah untuk melaksanakan salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Perhatian ini termasuk mendukung langkah pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kekuatan ekonomi rakyat. Denan pengabdian kepada masyarakat keberadaan perguruan tinggi dapat memberikan kontribusi besar kepada pengembangan dan penerapan keilmuan yang diharapkan bisa memberikan kontribusi positif guna pengembangan perekonomian tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam beberapa kegiatan yaitu tahap survei yaitu sosialisasi dilakukan dengan menyusun berbagai hal yang akan disampaikan pada saat kegiatan pengabdian yang akan dilakukan yang meliputi: penyusunan materi yang akan diberikan, penyusunan jadwal pemberian materi, pembagian tugas tim pengabdian dan survei ke lokasi pengabdian. Tahap sosialisasi yaitu sebelum kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan terlebih dahulu dilakukan tahap sosialisasi yaitu melakukan silaturahmi dengan kepala sekolah, menyampaikan maksud dan tujuan pengabdian ini. Pada tahap ini juga dilakukan jalinan kerjasama dan menentukan jadwal kegiatan pengabdian. Tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah dosen Fakultas Ekonomi jurusan Manajemen sebanyak 3 orang. Tim pengabdian memberikan materi tentang Pelatihan Membangun Jiwa Kewirausahaan Dan Stategi Bisnis Skala WUB di Kota Bogor. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang diperoleh adalah bertambahnya keilmuan bagi Para Peserta Ukm Pemula di Kota Bogor agar mereka memiliki keterampilan tambahan dalam memanfaatkan potensi yang dimiliki sehingga mereka memiliki bekal tambahan untuk menghasilkan pendapatan sendiri. Keterampilan dan pemahaman yang diperoleh pada Pengabdian Masyarakat diharapkan mampu memberikan memberikan motivasi serta berkontribusi bagi generasi muda Kota Bogor. Abstract

This research is meant to test the effect of Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), And Operational Efficiency Ratio (BOPO) Toward Return On Asset (ROA) Of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. The population of this study is PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. The data is the secondary data which has been obtained from the banking annual financial statements which have been published at wbsite bank Mandiri in 2011-2020 periods. The sample collection technique has been carried out by using purposive sampling with 2 criteria and the samples are 40. The analysis method has been done by using multiple linear regressions analysis. The classic assumption test shows that normality test has been normally distributed, the heteroscedasticity test shows that heteroscedasticity does not occur, the autocorrelation test shows that autocorrelation does not occur, and the multicollinearity test shows that multicolinearity does not occur. The hypothesis test which has been done by using t test shows that NPL variable has negative and significant influence to the ROA, LDR variable has negative and significant influence to the ROA, and BOPO variable has negative and significant influence to the ROA. The result of this study indicate that the NPL, LDR, and BOPO variables have a simultaneous effect on ROA in the F test with a significant value f 0,00 < 0,05. Keywords: NPL, LDR, BOPO and ROA.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Effect of Third Party Funds, Loan To Deposit Ratio and Credit Interest Rates in this study partially and simultaneously affect profitability as measured by Return On Assets (ROA). The population in this study were book IV banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period as many as 7 companies, then the sample was determined using the Purposive Sampling method, namely the sample was selected from a population of certain criteria, either expertly or scientifically. The analytical method used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, partial test of determination coefficient test (t test), and simultaneous test (f test). Data testing was carried out using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 Software. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Third Party Funds (X1) have a significant effect on Profitability (ROA), because the more funds collected by the public in the form of savings, demand deposits, deposits, the more banks will distribute interest costs on the product so that it can reduce the income or profitability of a Bank. 2) Loan to Deposit Ratio (X2) has a significant effect on Profitability (ROA), because the more loans that are disbursed, the higher the interest income that will be obtained by the bank with the assumption that if the loans disbursed are in a smooth state, it will increase the bank's profit. the. 3) Credit Interest Rates (X3) have a significant effect on Profitability (ROA) because the more people who make credit, the credit interest income will increase so that it will increase the profitability of a Bank. 4) Third Party Funds, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Interest Rates Credit has a simultaneous and significant effect on Profitability (ROA).
