Abstract

Social assistance, commonly known as Bansos, is a government program charged by the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget. According to the general provisions of article 15 of the Ministerial Regulation Number 32 of 2011 concerning the Provision of Subsidies and Social Assistance in the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget, the definition of social assistance applies to the provision of individuals, families, community groups that are unsustainable and selective in nature to prevent possible social risks. The Pematangsiantar City Government provides various kinds of assistance programs, one of which is the PEMKO Social Assistance which is distributed by the Martoba Village Office. In the selection process to determine the recipients of PEMKO Social Assistance at the Martoba Village Office, they still have not fully used information technology to support employee performance. So there are obstacles and it takes a long time. Therefore, we need a system that can help employees more easily determine beneficiaries. Application of Data Mining is a series of processes to find added value semi-manually in the form of unknown knowledge from a data set. In this study, it has parameters, namely, the number of dependents, work, income and home status. By applying the Data Mining Algorithm C4.5, it is hoped that it will make it easier and faster for employees to determine the recipients of PEMKO Social Assistance at the Martoba Village Office

Abstract

The purpose of this research is for the damage contained in the parabolic receiver using the forward chaining method and building an appropriate and accurate expert system application to provide information about the damage that is in the parabolic receiver. Sources of data were obtained by direct interviews with the owner of the workshop, ardi, whose address was Jl. Pabatu VI Village, Kec. Dolok Merawan, Kab. Serdang Bedagai, North Sumatra. The implementation of this application is in the form of an android application. The results state that it can be applied to damage to parabolic receivers using the forward chaining method which is caused by various kinds of problems that damage users of parabolic receivers so that this application can provide information on how to handle and how to prevent it, thus helping parabolic users in symptomatic symptoms and types of systems-types of damage. the symptoms experienced by users who receive a satellite dish

Abstract

Irrigation is the use of water in agriculture to divide water into agricultural land, this is one of the factors that support the success of plant productivity. The success rate of implementing the irrigation function is measured from the performance of the existing irrigation system, so it is necessary to conduct an irrigation performance assessment. Performance appraisal based on Permen PU No. 32/2007 is carried out on 6 (six) parameters, namely; Physical Infrastructure, Planting Productivity, Supporting Facilities, Personnel Organization, Documentation and Water User Farmer Association (P3A). Currently, performance appraisal still depends on the experience of field officers or observers. For that we need a method that can measure the performance assessment of irrigation networks. One method that can be used to assess the performance of irrigation networks is by using the Promethee method which aims to reduce subjectivity with the method used by the center which is based on the PUPR Regulation No. 12 / PRT / M / 2015 concerning Guidelines for Exploitation and Maintenance of Irrigation Networks. The input data used is secondary data from the results of the irrigation network performance assessment in 2017 in several Irrigation Areas which still cover the work area of the Irrigation Management UPT Bah Bolon, Dinas Sumber Daya Air, Cipta Karya and Tata Ruang in Sumatera Utara province. The final results of the tests carried out on 14 alternatives and 6 criteria show that the alternative DI. Bah Kapul (179 Ha) (Code A005) is in the first rank with the highest net flow value of 0.9048 while the 14th or last rank is occupied by the alternative DI. Javacolonisasi / Purbogondo (1,030 Ha) (Code A009) with a net flow value of -1.4286.

Abstract

Peternakan merupakan salah satu subsektor pertanian yang sangat diperlukan untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pangan masyarakat, terutama kebutuhan gizi protein hewani. Komoditas terbesar di peternakan saat ini berasal pada sektor per-unggas-an, hampir 70% di Sektor peternakan dan didominasi per-unggas-an. Berdasarkan data populasi itik manila di Indonesia dari beberapa provinsi menampilkan jumlah populasi pertahun nya yang memiliki nilai yang tidak stabil. Pada sampel data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil berdasarkan lima tahun terakhir yaitu 2017 – 2021, dilihat bahwa pada tahun 2017 – 2020 jumlah populasi mengalami penurunan namun pada tahun 2020 – 2021 jumlah populasi mengalami kenaikan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode back-propagation. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman peramalan atau prediksi pada jumlah populasi itik manila di masa yang akan datang dan juga penelitian ini memperkenalkan implementasi algoritma back-propagation untuk memprediksi jumlah populasi itik manila. Hasil penelitian dengan percobaan yang dilakukan arsitektur terbaik yaitu 3 – 15 – 1 untuk memprediksi jumlah populasi itik manila pada tahun 2022 dengan menunjukan hasil akurasi sebesar 85,3%. Mse Testing sebesar 0,0010. Dari model ini maka dapat dihasilkan prediksi jumlah populasi itik manila berdasarkan provinsi dari masing – masing provinsi yang ada di Indonesia.

Abstract

Store Wanda MS Glow (Magic Skin For Glowing) merupakan salah satu usaha jasa yang bergerak dibidang perawatan kecantikan yang sudah memiliki banyak konsumen. Store ini memerlukan tindakan eksklusif dikarenakan semakin banyak nya jumlah pesaing dibidang yang sama, dan diperlukan adanya evaluasi kualitas pelayanan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan analisis data yang melibatkan pernyataan konsumen. Sehingga nantinya diperoleh pernyataan konsumen terkait dengan beberapa aspek kepuasan konsumen dengan menggunakan metode data mining Naïve Bayes. Sumber data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diberikan kepada konsumen secara random sebanyak 100 konsumen. Variabel yang digunakan dalam kepuasan konsumen terhadap pelayanan Store MS Glow antara lain : pelayanan, respon, gift, promo, terpercaya. Kesimpulan yang dihasilkan oleh peneliti dan software Rapid Miner dengan data training sebanyak 75 data. Data pengujian sebanyak 25 data testing yang diolah didalam Rapid miner 5.3. mendapatkan hasil pengujian dengan akurasi sebesar 88.00% yaitu 13 konsumen Puas dan sebanyak 12 konsumen Tidak Puas.
