Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that trigger and inhibit regional entrepreneurship and the development of regional entrepreneurship networks in terms of the economic environment, cultural environment, regulatory environment, business environment, and support environment. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics, where data were obtained from distributing questionnaires to 100 batik entrepreneurs in the Tegal batik cluster and the Klaten batik cluster. The results of this study indicate the factors that triggered regional entrepreneurship in the Tegal and Klaten batik clusters, including the desire to invest, the desire to be creative, the desire to have autonomy, the desire to have status, the desire to have wealth, and market opportunities. The factors that become obstacles to regional entrepreneurship in the Batik Tegal and Klaten Clusters are fierce of competition, risk and cost. The development of regional networks of entrepreneurship in the Tegal batik cluster is supported by the economic environment, regulatory environment, and business environment, while in the Klaten batik cluster, it is supported by the cultural environment, business environment, and support environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the supply chain map of raw materials from carrosseries industry suppliers; analyze supply chain management in the car body industry; and knowing the involvement of stakeholders in influencing the development of the bodybuilding industry. This research was conducted with literature studies based on literature sources in the form of articles and reports from previous research results. The supply chain that is applied is the flow of raw material from the supplier, goes to the purchasing department, then goes to the warehouse and production section. Supply chain management applied by the company is guided by the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in each part to maintain product quality. The development of car body industry companies depends on the involvement of stakeholders: government, suppliers, employees, distributors and consumers.Keywords: supply chain management, stakeholders, car body industry

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the relationship of principal leadership with teacher work motivation; Principal ethical behavioral relationship with teacher work motivation; Leadership relationships and principal ethical behavior with teacher work motivation; And the relationship of work motivation with teacher performance. Subjects of this study were 20 teachers. The implications are: 1) Principal is expected to lead and coordinate all activities in school thus results can be felt directly by teachers to improve their work motivation. 2) Principal’s ethical attitudes and actions make teachers feel cared for and respected, thus improving great passion to work. 3) Teacher’s work motivation cannot be used as a indicator to improve teacher’s performance, but work motivation can be directed to improve work productivity in school

Abstract

The study aims to determine the influence of the family environment, social environment and entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial interests. The subjects of this study were 54 class XII students of SMK PGRI Tegal, who were taken incidentally. The results showed that partially the family environment, social environment and entrepreneurial learning influenced the interest in entrepreneurship. Furthermore, it simultaneously shows the social environment and entrepreneurial learning influences the interest in entrepreneurship, while the family environment does not show a positive influence. Entrepreneurial learning has the most dominant influence in growing entrepreneurial interest for students. This research has implications for improving the quality of entrepreneurial learning in schools, in order to be able to foster student interest in entrepreneurship.
