Abstract

Abstract: Discipline is one of the characters that must be possessed by students, so it needs to be trained and accustomed to students, especially when in the school environment. To familiarize discipline, one of which is the Dhuha prayer in congregation, the Duha prayer was chosen because in addition to training students to practice the sunnah of the Dhuha prayer, it can also be used as a discipline habituation tool. The method used is a qualitative method using interview data, observation data, and documentation. The results of the study showed that in the implementation of the dhuha prayer in congregation there were several obstacles experienced, especially at the beginning of the implementation of this obligation. Among them are the age of the students who are still small, who have just graduated from elementary school and their backgrounds are mostly graduates from formal schools, so it is still rare to be able to perform this dhuha prayer. In the end, the implementation and habituation of prayer was able to improve the discipline of the students. Not only in the implementation of the dhuha prayer but also in other matters such as going to school, studying, reading Quran or others. Abstrak: Disiplin merupakan salah satu karakter yang harus dimiliki oleh peserta didik, sehingga perlu dilatihkan dan dibiasakan kepada siswa terutama ketika di lingkungan sekolah. Untuk membiasakan kedisiplinan salah satunya dengan kegiatan sholat Dhuha berjamaah, sholat Dhuha dipilih karena selain melatih siswa untuk mengamalkan amalan sunah Sholat Dhuha, juga dapat digunakan sebagai alat pembiasa disiplin. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan data hasil wawancara, data hasil observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan sholat dhuha secara berjamaah ada beberapa kendala yang dialami, terutama pada awal diterapkannya kewajiban ini. Diantaranya adalah usia para siswa yang masih kecil yaitu baru lulus SD dan latar belakang mereka yang kebanyakan lulusan dari sekolah formal sehingga masih jarang yang bisa melakukan sholat dhuha ini. Pada akhirnya, dari pelaksanaan dan pembiasaan sholat mampu meningkatkan kedisiplinan para siswa. Tidak hanya dalam pelaksanaan sholat dhuha saja tetapi juga dalam hal-hal lainnya seperti berangkat sekolah, belajar, mengaji ataupun yang lainnya.

Abstract

Service Quality is the main foundation for the growth of an activity. Moreover, Islamic financial institutions are engaged in services. This study aims to look at the Service Quality Si Mudha (Simpanan Mudharabah) in terms of Islamic Economics in Koperasi Syariah Serba Usaha Harum Dhaha Kediri. Using a qualitative approach, this type of research is a case study. The method of obtaining data is through observation, interviews, and documentation which is finally analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of Service Quality carried out with a family system and have implemented five Service Quality determinants, namely: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible, all of which have been carried out well. It is proven that there is an increase in members Si Mudha (Simpanan Mudharabah) from 2018 to 2021. Meanwhile, when viewed from the perspective of Islamic economics, it has not met the scale of Sharia Economic principles, namely: professional attitudes at work have not been fully formed because there are still some miscommunications between employees and members. The trust has not been covered because there are still delays in shuttle services, especially Si Mudha (Simpanan Mudharabah) The work ethic is also not optimal because it is seen from the professional and trustworthy principles in working that there are still problems. There should be regular evaluation of each performance and a clear division of tasks, so that Service Quality can be carried out optimally. Considering that members are the driving points, Service Quality polishing must be packaged properly. Keywords: Service Quality, Mudharabah, Islamic Economic

Abstract

Health and work safety (K3, Re: Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja) is one of the requirements to improve employee performance, in that K3 is right of each worker and to win free competition. Where health and work safety become one of requirements that should be fulfilled by every company in Indonesia. Therefore effort to improve health and work safety should be priority and commitment for every part either government or private part, from stake holder level to all employees in company management. Ergonomics is a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary approach that seeks to harmonize tools, techniques and work environments against the capabilities and limitations of the workforce so as to create healthy, comfortable, safe and safe working conditions.In this case ergonomics also seeks to create health and safety for the workforce so that it can increase work productivity. The goal of K3 and ergonomics is almost same that is to create health and safetywork. Therefore K3 and ergonomics need to be applied in the workplace to improve health and safety work for employee in order to increase employee’s productivity.However, the implementation of K3 and ergonomics in companies, especially in small and medium- companies is still far from what is expected. K3 and ergonomic programs often have low and final priorities for company management. Health and work safety is not everything, but it cannot be denied that without health and safety everything does not mean anything to a company.In that health and work safety is the main principal for employees at work which will certainly affect their performance in the company.

Abstract

Halal refers to the laws outlined by Allah in the Quran for permissible actions and practices based on Sharia principles.  As a Muslim-majority country, Indonesia aspires to be a global leader in the implementation of the Halal lifestyle, with higher education institutions acting as change agents. This research combined quantitative and qualitative methods. The results of the analysis revealed that all dependent variables have a significant relationship simultaneously with the independent variable, namely Lifestyle. There are two types of effects on lifestyle: positive and negative. Reference Group, Family, Personality, Perception, Motives, and Demographics are the factors that show a positive effect. Culture and Experience, on the other hand, have a negative effect. Overall, the academic community at Kediri's Islamic Religious College is very supportive of the halal industry.
