Abstract

The Ombibus Law (UU Cipta Kerja) was created to facilitate the flow of investment and a healthy entrepreneurial climate in Indonesia, by cutting various kinds of bureaucratic rules that overlap and are mutually counterproductive. The Job Creation Law only focuses on employment and investment and does not clearly emphasize the position of Ziswaf which should be used as other income apart from taxes. The actual Ziswaf potential is far greater than the tax itself. This study uses a descriptive analysis method, with common law legal theory which is trying to be applied in civil law countries. Indonesia should be able to learn from the countries of Malaysia and Singapore which have succeeded in making Ziswaf as another source of income apart from taxes. Even though their country is common law and the population is much less than Indonesia. The government is still looking at the use of cash waqf for investment rather than thinking about uniting all the strengths of LAZ in the Baznas body and managing it professionally. It is not impossible that with such management, Indonesia will achieve its target of 233 trillion zakat potential.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  Waqf is one of the practices that can be used as a charity. The use of waqf in a Muslim-majority country is still very minimal. On average, they only understand waqf in three sectors, namely madrasas, tombs and mosques. These three things are a form of traditional waqf, while cash waqf is still not widely known by the public. This study uses qualitative research with a sharia business management approach. The results showed thatWaqf has an important role and function in community development and the development of human civilization, because in it there is a continuity of benefits in waqf donations for the benefit of worship and to promote public welfare. The potential for cash waqf funds is very large, not only 3M but can be allocated for health facilities and activities, assistance to the poor, abandoned children, orphans, scholarships, economic progress and improvement of the people in accordance with sharia and statutory regulations. Bright has not been supported by many things including: low public literacy, less than optimal socialization and unprofessional management. Keywords: Cash Waqf, Empowerment of the People

Abstract

Halal Lifestyle merupakan kewajiban bagi setiap muslim yang memiliki iman dan kesalehan. Tidak cukup hanya mengatakannya, tetapi harus diwujudkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pesantren sebagai Lembaga Pendidikan Islam memiliki peran yang luar biasa untuk menjadikan Indonesia sebagai negara dengan industri halal terbesar di dunia. Indonesia di kancah dunia dikenal sebagai negara dengan mayoritas Muslim, namun menurut Indeks Ekonomi Global, industri halal lebih rendah dari Malaysia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitis, yaitu metode yang berfungsi untuk mendeskripsikan atau memberikan gambaran suatu objek yang sedang diteliti melalui data atau sampel yang telah dikumpulkan apa adanya. Pesantren dapat mengambil bagian dalam ekosistem halal value chain dengan mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki pesantren, seperti menggunakan perbankan syariah dalam transaksi keuangannya. Berpartisipasi dalam menghadirkan produk pangan halal dari pertanian dan peternakan terpadu serta dapat mengembangkan wisata religi. Selain itu, pemerintah Jawa Timur meluncurkan Program Satu Produk Satu Pesantren, sehingga pesantren memiliki sarana untuk bimbingan, monitoring dan evaluasi untuk mengembangkan kemandiriannya menjadi lebih baik. Hal ini sesuai dengan teori Ibnu Khaldun tentang negara yang baik adalah negara dengan produktivitas tinggi. Pesantren terbaik adalah sekolah dengan produktivitas tinggi yang mampu memberikan manfaat bagi siswa dan masyarakat sekitar

Abstract

Halal refers to the laws outlined by Allah in the Quran for permissible actions and practices based on Sharia principles.  As a Muslim-majority country, Indonesia aspires to be a global leader in the implementation of the Halal lifestyle, with higher education institutions acting as change agents. This research combined quantitative and qualitative methods. The results of the analysis revealed that all dependent variables have a significant relationship simultaneously with the independent variable, namely Lifestyle. There are two types of effects on lifestyle: positive and negative. Reference Group, Family, Personality, Perception, Motives, and Demographics are the factors that show a positive effect. Culture and Experience, on the other hand, have a negative effect. Overall, the academic community at Kediri's Islamic Religious College is very supportive of the halal industry.
