Abstract

Wireless networks are one of the best alternatives in building practical and flexible computer networks that have high mobility. Most of them use wireless networks to support existing cable networks, but on wireless networks, they still use cable media as a backbone of the access point, which supports communication users can access the internet and find information. The problem of using cables as backbone media can be a significant challenge in places that are difficult to reach by wires. Wireless networks provide convenience and convenience that is high enough to use. As long as they are in an area that is supported by a wireless network, users can access the internet at any time. To make the wireless network connected to the internet safe and easy to use, we can create a user authentication system based on Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) that can be used to authenticate and authorize. In general, each user can use existing wireless network services by verifying users based on Wifi Protected Access 2 Pre-Shared Key (WPA2-PSK). The purpose of this research is to develop a wireless network that uses Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) based user authentication to be able to connect to the wireless network to increase security and provide the use of existing wireless networks. The research method used in this study uses descriptive qualitative research methods, with data collection using literature study and observation techniques. After analysis and design, it can be concluded that user authentication is based on Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) in a safe and user-friendly manner that can determine the users who are allowed and not allowed to use wireless networks.

Abstract

AbstrakDalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di toko alat panah resmi CV.Vieneth Corp, maka dilakukan penelitian kualitas pelayanan di CV.Vieneth Corp Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan model Service Quality (Servqual) Parasuraman, data diambil berupa persepsi dan ekspektasi konsumen dan diolah melalui komputasi fuzzy. Analisis gap pada penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan Indeks Performance Analysis (IPA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pelayanan yang harus ditingkatkan lagi kualitasnya berdasarkan perbandingan persepsi dan harapan konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh kriteria mendapatkan gap negatif antara harapan dan persepsi konsumen. Gap yang kemudian dianalisis dengan IPA yang menunjukan dua belas atribut dalam kuadran II dan sepuluh atribut dalam kuadran III, hal ini berarti ada dua belas atribut harus ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja yang ada dan sepuluh atribut yang memiliki kelebihan efisiensi yang dapat meningkatkan semua atribut di kuadran II.Kata Kunci :Fuzzy, Service Quality dan Gap.AbstractIn the effort to improve the service quality of official store CV.Vieneth Corp that sells arrows, the research applied to analyze the services and to formulate the strategy. This research was approached by Parasuraman Service Quality (Servqual) model.The collected data were customers perseption and expectation to store service the data calculation was done by fuzzy methode computation.The gap analysis was done by using Indeks Perfomance Analyslis (IPA) method. This research purposed to identify services factors which has to be improved based on comparative study between customer perseption and excpectation. The result showed there was negative gap between customer perseption and expectation. This gap analysis result that analyzed by IPA that showed twelve attribute in quadrant II and ten at quadrant III, this mean there were twelve attributes had to be improved to increased existing performance and ten attributes which had excess resources that eficiently could be used to improve all atributtes all quadrant II.Keywords:Fuzzy, Service Quality and Gap

Abstract

Pelayanan dengan menggunakan kertas dan berbasis elektornik memang memiliki dampak yang berbeda, selain memberikan kemudahan dan kecepatan, layanan dengan elektornik lebih digemari oleh generasi saat ini[1],[2],[3]. Di RW 06 Cikutra kota Bandung, peneliti dengan paltform Google Sites, membuat website RW yang mengakomodir layanan warga, antara lain administrasi, posyandu, siskamling, hingga IKM[4],[5],[6]. Khusus pada layanan posyandu, tercantum info ketahanan pangan yang bisa membantu masyarakat dalam mencegah isu stunting[7],[8],[9],[10]. Selain memberikan informasi seputar kegiatan posyandu, feature ini juga bisa menampilkan data pangan yang dihasilkan oleh warga RW 06 Cikutra. Selain itu website ini menjadi informasi perihal kekuatan dan kekurangan pangan bagi warga agar bisa saling berbagi. Kendala yang dihadapi saat melakukan uji coba dan penerapan sistem keterbatasan layanan dari Google Sites karena bersifat free, serta warga yang belum terbiasa dengan penggunaan fasilitas elektonik[1],[2],[3].
