Abstract

Kabupaten Magetan sudah cukup dikenal oleh masyarakat nusantara sebagai daerah pengrajin bahan baku kulit mulai dari proses bahan mentah menjadi bahan jadi, berbagai jenis olahan kulit samakan banyak diproduksi di daerah ini. Yang menjadi produk unggulan, salah satunya adalah sepatu kulit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan tahap pembentukan dan elemen pembentukan destination branding wisata belanja di sentra industri kulit di  Kabupaten Magetan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori message production serta goals-plans-action model dari Dillard. Beberapa konsep yang digunakan adalah konsep mengenai identitas korporat, branding, destination branding meliputi tahapan dan elemen pembentukan destination branding. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan tahapan pembentukan sentra industri kulit sebagai destination branding Kabupaten Magetan, diawali dengan menentukan segmentasi pasar, lalu selanjutnya membangun identitas dan yang terakhir adalah mengimplementasikan keberadaan sentra industri kulit sebagai destination branding. Elemen pembentukan sentra industri kulit sebagai destination branding Kabupaten Magetan ada pada produk yang dimiliki oleh sentra industri kulit tersebut. Ciri khas dan kelebihan produk yang dimiliki oleh sentra industi kulit membentuk elemen brand identity dan brand essence serta brand image pada destination branding Kabupaten Magetan.   Kata kunci : Destination branding, Brand Identity, Brand Image, Sentra Industri Kulit, Kabupaten Magetan.

Abstract

Tourism planning and development should be adjusted based on regional characteristics and applicable policies, but over time, tourism planning often pays less attention to the carrying capacity of the region. So there is a need for an analytical study of tourism planning that is tailored to the characteristics of the region to create sustainable tourism. This research was conducted at the Pelang Regional Tourism Destination, Trenggalek Regency using Recreation Opportunity Spectrum Analysis and the concept of Attractions, Amenities, Access, Ancillary to see tourism potential. The research methodology used is Qualitative Description with the methods of collecting observation data, documentation studies and in-depth interviews. Tourism development in the Pelang Regional Tourism Destinations based on regional tourism development planning is included in the concept of natural tourism development with collaborative management between stakeholders, but in the current development implementation when viewed from the Recreation Opportunity Spectrum analysis there is no clear management system and the Pelang Tourism Destinations are classified as the characteristics of semi-primitive areas have not paid attention to aspects of appropriate land use functions, especially in the development of tourism supporting infrastructure.

Abstract

Hari Belanja Online Nasional atau yang disebut dengan HARBOLNAS merupakan hari dimana Shopee mengajak masyarakat mengenal kemudahan dalam berbelanja online. Fenomena Hari Belanja Online Nasional (HARBOLNAS) sangat digemari masyarakat luas. Hal tersebut dikarenakan Shopee mengadakan banyak promo gratis ongkos kirim dengan minimum belanja sehingga banyak mengubah presepsi masyarakat tentang belanja online. Namun dari fenomena tersebut masyarakat juga menganggap bahwa hal tersebut dapat membuat berperilaku konsumtif, karena dapat membuat masyarakat tergiur dengan adanya promo-promo menarik yang ditawarkan, dengan melibatkan Brand Ambasador ternama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi generasi milenial terhadap Hari Belanja Online Nasional pada e-commerce Shopee. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam (in depth interview) dan observasi menggunakan google form yang di bagikan melalui Instagram dan Whatsapp untuk mencari dan menyaring informasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis model interaktif Miles, Huberman dan Saldana, yaitu melalui tahap pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas informan berpersepsi positif dengan banyaknya promo, diskon, gratis ongkir, voucher, cashback, sistem pembayaran yang mudah, serta barang lengkap dan up to date. Berdasarkan presepsi tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa tampilan Shopee dan brand ambassador tidak memberikan pengaruh kepada informan. Kata Kunci: e-commerce, belanja online, generasi milenial, hari belanja online nasional, persepsi

Abstract

The research aimed to elaborate on the common value represented by Bancakan Salak of Gelengdowo Village. Qualitative phenomenology was used to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the research problem. The data collection techniques used in this research is observation of both preparation and due day process. The semi-structured interview was conducted with the chief of the committee, local government representation, local youth figure, and two elders while checking the previous studies to get a comprehensive picture. The finding consists of three-part: (1) the preparation stage has substantial collectivism value, (2) the word bancakan finds its intrinsic value in the long tradition of bancakan practice by the community to express their gratitude upon God blessing, (3) the culture of almsgiving reflected in the tumpeng-shaped salak. The community has been practicing those three values since the beginning. Therefore it inspires and reflected in the creation of Bancakan Salak.Keywords: bancakan salak, Galengdowo, local wisdom, social practice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggambarkan persepsi masyarakat Surabaya mengenai isi pemberitaan persyaratan perjalanan dalam negeri pada masa pandemi di media online. Berdasarkan pantauan pemerintah pada akhir tahun 2021 bahswasannya gerakan vaksinasi telah memenuhi target dan kasus penyebaran Covid-19 sudah terkontrol. Sehingga terjadi pelonggaran mobilitas yang dimanfatakan masyarakat untuk melakukan kegiatan bepergian ke luar kota, mengingat sebelumnya pemerintah melanggar masyarakatnya untuk bepergian. Agar penyebaran kasus tetap terkontrol, pemerintah memperketat aturan atau syarat yang harus dipenuhi masyarakat sebelum bepergian yang tercantum melalui Surat Edaran Satgas Covid-19 Nomor 21 Tahun 2021. Selang beberapa hari kemudian, pemerintah kembali memperbarui persyartan perjalanan melalui Surat Edaran Menteri Perhubungan No. 90, lalu adanya pembaruan kembali melalui Surat Edaran Satgas Covid-19 Nomor 22 Tahun 2021. Perubahan kebijakan yang beberapa kali terjadi dalam waktu dekat tersebut menjadi fenomena sosial yang mengundang pro dan kontra sehingga menarik untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini menggambarkan persepsi masyrakat Surabaya dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriktif. Data primer didapatkan dengan mewawancarai delapan informan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan enam dari delapan informan tergolong persepsi negatif karena menyatakan ketidakefektifan persyartan, sedangkan dua informan lainnya tergolong persepsi positif karena berpendapat persyartan tersebut efektif.

Abstract

Conservation tourism was developed as an alternative to large-scale tourism activities that operate in nature without paying attention to ecological sustainability through natural resources. Conservation management in tourism is a form of concern for the damage to the life of natural resource ecosystems, both caused by human activities and global climate change. Analyzing the relevance of establishing the Taman Kili - Kili Coastal Turtle Ecosystem Reserve as a tourist destination, while prioritizing natural ecosystems and providing benefits for the livelihoods of the local community. The approach in this research is a descriptive qualitative method, describing the results of the study and relating each research data found. The data instrument used involved observation and in-depth interviews with the Kili - Kili beach turtle conservation local community. Conservation tourism activities at Kili – Kili Beach prioritize educating visitors regarding turtle habitats and ecosystems, besides that the purpose of conservation tourism on the Kili – Kili coast is as one of the limited uses of natural resources and natural resources owned without having to exploit turtles. Conservation tourism is carried out in accordance with the provisions in the management of conservation areas and also essential ecosystem areas, while still paying attention to the socio-cultural environment of the surrounding community so that the purpose of the function of utilizing the essential turtle ecosystem area can also be felt by the surrounding community. Abstract

Isu terkait dengan kesetaraan gender dan maskulinitas yang melekat para perempuan masih menjadi topik yang krusial di masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana representasi maskulinitas Disney Princess dalam Film Live Action Mulan. Tidak hanya sebagai film Disney sederhana seperti pada umumnya yang menceritakan kehidupan seorang princess dengan ciri feminism lainnya, tetapi dalam film ini ada cerita yang lebih besar dan lebih dalam bahwa Film Live Action Mulan ingin mendobrak dominasi laki – laki di Tiongkok di mana laki-laki selalu dianggap lebih unggul dari perempuan dengan menghadirkan sisi maskulinitas dalam salah satu sosok karakter Disney princess. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode semiotika Roland Barthes. Hasil penelitian ditemukan representasi maskulinitas Disney princess dapat dilihat dari unsur penampilan, pakaian atau kostum, make up, lingkungan, gesture, dan ekspresi. Tokoh Mulan digambarkan sebagai sosok princess yang pandai menunggang kuda, dapat memimpin jalannya perang, menggunakan senjata dengan baik, dan dapat melindungi serta menyelamatkan rekan prajurit, Kaisar, dan dinasti. Mulan tidak membutuhkan sosok pangeran seperti princess pada umumnya karena Mulan dapat menjadi sosok seorang princess yang dapat diandalkan. Telah terjadi pergeseran moderat dalam penggambaran tokoh princess klasik ke princess kontemporer dengan sosok perempuan yang cantik dan superior yang diwakilkan oleh tokoh Mulan.

Abstract

One of the sectors that had stopped due to the Covid-19 pandemic was the wedding organizer service sector. Nikahmu Wedding Organizers are starting to rebuild their name by developing a post-Covid-19 social media marketing strategy through their Instagram account @nikahmuweddingorganizer. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how the social media strategy carried out by Nikahmu Wedding Organizer through Instagram after being hit by the Covid-19 pandemic used a qualitative descriptive method. Researchers use descriptive qualitative because the method is intended and can be used to gain an understanding of the meaning of human problems and social phenomena. Nikahmu Wedding Organizer uses Instagram as a platform for social media marketing through the account @nikahmuweddingorganizer. The Instagram account @nikahmuweddingorganizer utilizes Instagram's features for marketing and increasing brand awareness. The features used include feeds, reels, highlights, and stories. Nikahmu Wedding Organizer in its Instagram also implements four of the five promotional mixes, namely advertising through Instagram Ads, uploading sales promotions, conducting public relations and publication activities, and direct marketing through Instagram. Nikahmu Wedding Organizer does not make personal sales through its Instagram account because it is considered less effective if it is done online.
