Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT. BJA Sidoarjo. This research includes quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 101 employees at PT. BJA Sidoarjo. The analytical tools used in this research are multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), multiple correlation coefficient (R), f test, t test, and classical assumption test using SPSS. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement was using a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability. The result of this research is that there is a simultaneous influence of leadership, motivation and work environment on employee performance. Partially, the variables of leadership, motivation and work environment have an influence on employee performance. and the work environment variable is the variable that has the most significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tourism product attributes, prices and promotions on the decision to visit tourists at the Pintu Langit Prigen Pasuruan tourist attraction. This research includes quantitative research with data collection techniques, namely by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are visitors to the Prigen Pasuruan Gate tour. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 18 for windows. The results of this study prove that the attribute variable of tourism products affects the decision to visit, the price variable affects the decision to visit, the promotion variable affects the decision to visit tourists at the Pintu Langit tourist attraction, Prigen Pasuruan.

Abstract

Tourism has an influence on social, economic and environmental life for the people of the tourism area, both from positive and negative sessions, from the economic sector, there are a lot of jobs that arise starting from the provision of accommodation services, restaurants, tourism services, to souvenir businesses. This development will also have an impact on State and Regional revenues from the tax sector. Priono (2011), on the other hand, also changes in social society and the environment The purpose of this study is to determine social, economic and environmental develop- ment of tourism objects. And examine social, economic and environmental development of tourist objects This type of research survives with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques using in-depth interviews or in-depth interviews with informants including residents around the area, tourism and tourist managers and key informants include community leaders, youth organizations. Data analysis techniques used data triangulation and the Miless Hubermen method. The results of the study show that: 1) the development of Delta Fishing tourism objects from social, economic and environmental studies on the area of tourism objects in gen- eral has a positive impact. 2). Social studies have shifted more openly to migrants. 3). An economic study shows medium business opportunities and provides economic activities such as food, rice stalls, parking lots. 4). Environmental studies have a negative impact on the environment due to tourist activities close to villages and access to village roads that cause pollution and are in the rice fields.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous influence between leadership, compensation and job satisfaction on the performance of UD Griya Pangan Bersama employees as well as the dominant variables between leadership variables, compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance of UD Griya Pangan Bersama, This research uses quantitative research methods. The results showed that Leadership had a positive and significant effect on the performance of UD Griya Pangan Bersama employees, as evidenced by the significance value of tcount of 0,000 <0,05; Compensation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of UD Griya Pangan Bersama employees, evidenced by the significance value of tcount of 0,002 <0,05; Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of UD Griya Pangan Bersama employees, as evidenced by the significance value of tcount of 0,000 <0,05; Leadership, compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of UD Griya Pangan Bersama employees, as evidenced by the Fcount significance value of 0,000 <0,05; and Leadership has the most dominant influence on the performance of UD Griya Pangan Bersama employees, evidenced by the highest tcount of 4,463.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentives, work discipline, and motivation partially and simultaneously on job satisfaction of PT Sentra Bumi Nirwana employees. This research uses descriptive quantitative type. The research sample was 61 employees. The data source of this research is a secondary data source. Data collection techniques are done by interview / questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis techniques using the help of SPSS 20.0. the results of this study indicate that incentives have a significant positive effect directly on job satisfaction of PT Sentra Bumi Nirwana employees, discipline has a significant positive effect directly on job satisfaction of PT Sentra Bumi Nirwana employees, motivation has a significant positive effect directly on job satisfaction of PT Sentra Bumi Nirwana employees, and incentives, discipline, and motivation have a significant positive effect together on the job satisfaction of PT Sentra Bumi Nirwana employees.

Abstract

In this era, the business world has experienced very rapid development. Sugar is one of the strategic commodities for the Indonesian economy, because it is one of the nine basic ingredients commonly consumed by the people of Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy and marketing strategy position of Sugar Dasa Manis products in increasing sales volume. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The research location chosen by the researcher is located at Jl. Red Bridge No.3-11, Krembangan Sel., Kec. Krembangan, Surabaya City, East Java. The type of data taken in this study uses qualitative data, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and observation. While the sampling technique used is the Non-Probability Sampling technique. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using Smart PLS 3.2.7 Software. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the quality of the products marketed must be maintained such as the color of sugar, attractive and dry packaging, always available when consumers need it, and determine the expected market segment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tourist attractiveness, destination image and accessibility on the interest in visiting the Bima Snake Island tourism. This research is a descriptive study using quantitative methods. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression, F test, t test, multiple correlation coefficient (R) test, and multiple determinant coefficient (R²) using the SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Science) version 18.0 for Windows. The results of this study were obtained based on the validity test of a valid questionnaire statement. It shows that the variable of tourist attractiveness affects visiting interest, the variable of destination image influences visiting interest, accessibility influences visiting interest, and variables of tourist attraction, destination image, accessibility simultaneously influence the interest in visiting the tourist interest of the snake island of Bima NTB.
