Abstract

Almost all regions in Indonesia are experiencing rapid growth in the development. Day by day the construction is growing rapidly, not an exception for North Bolaang Mongondow. Since inaugurated as a regional autonomy on 2 January 2007, the development of this area is developed rapidly. For example the opening of some land to be constructed of housing and offices and this tendency of development will be on and on along with the opening of new land in this area. By the increasing of public demand for furniture products then it will automatically increasing the number of companies engaged in this same field of industry. This research has the purpose to concerning MSMEs as the object of the research where furniture industry is chosen as the main object of it by considering its existence and prospect to grow ahead with the opportunity of both national and international issues such as the Asean Economic Community AEC) and any other global issues which these condition indirectly pushes the competitiveness among MSMEs become more tight and it is inevitably to be avoid. By doing strategic management process which is strategy formulation, then this could help the business that engaged in furniture industry to improving the performance so that they can survive and remain consistent to its goal in running the business. The research method used is the combination of descriptive qualitative and quantitative method where quantitative is used to facilitate the qualitative by using some of the analytical tools such as IE, SWOT,QSPM and TOPSIS .The result on QSPM and Fuzzy TOPSIS show that market development becomes the top preferred priority among other alternative strategies with the amount of weight is 3.697 in QSPM and 0.72124 in Fuzzy TOPSIS.Keywords: IE Matrix, QSPM, Strategy Formulation, Strategic Management, SWOT, TOPSIS Model

Abstract

Smartphone has been quite a phenomenon especially in Manado city when finding people own more than one is easy. There are so many company involves in Smartphone market one of them is Samsung a Korean company who has been selling many Smartphone despite of a raging battle of competitions, this has become a questions for many people. Marketing is needed for the process of buying and selling a product or service , marketing as a liaison to the process or it can be regarded as a market that meet the seller and the buyer in the transaction processing . In this study takes several variables, Brand , Advertising and Perceived price as variables that influence consumer purchase intention for research conducted on Samsung Smartphone with 100 questionnaire distributed to the users of Samsung. To Samsung Smartphone company based on this research about the influence of brand image, advertising, and perceived price toward consumer purchase intention are affect to customer, so they can make better smartphone product in future and be leader market for smartphone or other electronics product.Results from this study showed that there was significant of Brand Image , Perceived Price and Advertising Toward Consumer Purchase Intention . Abstract

Banking had a significant influence on the world to set circulation of money. Bank itself have a general function as a place to keeping the money and borrowing money. The things that make a bank can survive is the performance of the employees of the bank. factors that affect the performance of employees include the compensation and training. The objective of the study is to know the influence of the compensation and training toward employee performance at BNI 46 Manado branch. Data was analyzed quantitatively and through use of statistical package for social scientists (SPSS). The research method that used associative analysis with multiple regression analysis using saturated sampling with the sample of the respondents is 79 samples of all the employees at BNI 46 Cabang Manado. The result of this study shown that compensation and training have a significant influence on employee performance at BNI 46 Cabang Manado. For the company in this case BNI 46 Manado branch, it’s recommended to keep enhancing the training, because the variable have a significant influence to employee performance. And for the compensation have a influence but not significant to employee performance. So the compensation needs to improve, because the compensation also determine the performance from the employee to achieve their goal. Keywords: compensation, training, employee performance

Abstract

Persaingan untuk memberikan yang terbaik kepada nasabah yang dilakukan oleh masing-masing bank telah menempatkan nasabah sebagai salah satu faktor untuk menunjukkan kinerja pemasaran bagi perusahaan. Semakin banyaknya bank yang beroperasi dengan berbagai fasilitas dan kemudahan yang ditawarkan membuat masyarakat dapat menentukan pilihan sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan pemasaran, strategi pasar terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. BPR Prisma Dana Amurang. Populasi penelitian adalah nasabah PT. BPR Prisma Dana Amurang, dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden yang tinggal di Kec. Sinonsayang. Data yang dipergunakan adalah data primer yaitu data yang berdasarkan kuisioner hasil jawaban responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil analisis menunjukkan seluruh variabel lingkungan pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap strategi pasar maupun kinerja pemasaran yang dimediasi oleh strategi pasar. Pada BPR Prisma Dana, manajemen sebaiknya terus mempertahankan kinerja pemasaran dan lingkungan pemasaran agar komitmen utama PT. BPR Prisma Dana tetap selalu berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Kata kunci : strategi pasar, lingkungan pemasaran, kinerja pemasaran

Abstract

Globalization is a leading concept which has become the main factor in business life during the last few decades. This phenomenon affects the economy, business life, society and environment in different ways, and almost all corporations have been affected by these changes. On a local level, globalization has dramatically changed the nature of business. Many smaller, local companies have been pushed out of business by their TNC competitors. It is important to know the effects of globalization on local companies in order to create a management strategy the help the local company survive from the power of globalization. The research is conducted in qualitative research design and the data are gathered with unstructured interviews with four respondents. The data are analyzed and it is found that there are two kinds effects of globalization that affect the company. The positive effects and the negative effects and the company strategies to face the globalization. Keywords: globalization, local company, management strategy

Abstract

Consumption and investment are the two things are related because, delay consumption at a time could be interpreted as an investment that is used for future consumption. The investment is an investment for one or more assets owned and usually in a long period of time with the hope of obtaining a profit in the future. Investments can be classified into direct investment and indirect investment. Direct investment made by purchasing directly from a company's financial assets either through intermediaries or by any other means. One of which is included in direct investment. Fundamental and technical information can be used as a basis for investors to predict the return, risk or uncertainty, the amount, timing, and other factors associated with investment activities in the capital market. Based on the problem background above the purpose of this research is to analyze the effect ROA, CR, EPS, and NPM influence on stock returns, partially and simultaneously. Using a regression method as a data analysis tools, this research found that ROA, CR, EPS, and NPM has significant influence on stock returns, partially and simultaneously.   Keywords: investment, fundamental, technical, investors, stock returns
