Abstract

Khotbah di dalam ibadah Kristen adalah menjadi suatu yang terpenting dan terutama dari semua rangkaian ibadah. Baik di gereja maupun di persekutuan umat Kristen. Khotbah merupakan pusat dalam ibadah Kristen. Berkhotbah adalah sebuah tugas rohani yang penting dan mulia. Khotbah adalah suatu proses yang membangun pengkhotbah dan jemaat, tidak ada penjelasan yang seolah bisa menangkap kedinamisan ini. Untuk itu\seorang pengkhotbah adalah seorang yang dipanggil Tuhan dan dipercayai umat Tuhan untuk menjelaskan firman-Nya.

Abstract

Kompetensi yang seharusnya dimiliki seorang guru yakni kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi sosial maupun kompetensi kerohanian (spritual). Berkaitan dengan faktor guru yang begitu menentukan di dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, dalam bagian ini dibahas manfaat Kompetensi Guru bagi Kemajuan Prestasi Belajar Murid. Hal ini berarti kemampuan atau kecakapan, berkaitan dengan pemilikan, pengetahuan atau kecakapan maupun ketrampilan sebagai guru.

Abstract

Kinerja pendidik formal belum maximal di negara Indonesia. Masih menghadapi pekerjaan yang berat dan belum bisa dituntaskan oleh lembaga pendidikan yang menghasilkan guru.. Para guru lulusan Lembaga PendidikanTinggi Kependidikkan (LPTK). sudah banyak melakukan inovasi dalam meningkakan mutu guru, namun tidak dapat dihindari lulusan-lulusan lembaga yang menghasilkan guru, belum secara signifikan meningkatkan kwalitas pendidikan, bahkan kurang mampu bersaing dengan lulusan negara lain.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the philosophy of Christian education related to the vision and mission of Christian religious education teachers in the context of an independent curriculum. The main focus of this study is to introduce the basic concepts and principles of Christian education philosophy that are relevant to understanding the vision and mission of Christian religious education teachers. This study also identifies the contribution of Christian educational philosophy to the development of an independent Christian curriculum. This study uses a descriptive analysis method to study the relevant concepts and principles of Christian education philosophy. Various theoretical sources, such as Christian educational philosophy literature and the Bible, are used to support the analysis. This research reveals that the vision and mission of Christian religious education teachers emphasize the recognition of God's divinity, love as the main principle, the integration of faith and knowledge, the formation of Christian character, and the spiritual dimension of education. In implementing their vision and mission, Christian religious education teachers can use content selection that supports Christian values, integrated teaching strategies, and relevant assessments. In this way, they can create learning experiences that reflect their vision and mission and help students develop strong Christian character.
