Abstract

To find out how much influence the performance measurement system, work motivation and organizational commitment can improve managerial performance at Disnakertrans of Banten Province.This type of research is classified as qualitative research. The population in this study were employees at Disnakertrans of Banten Province. The sample was determined based on the non-probability sampling technique, with a total sample of 80 samples with online distribution. The analysis technique is Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study found the effect of performance measurement systems, work motivation and organizational commitment that can improve managerial performance at the Disnakertrans of Banten Province so as to improve excellent public services for the people of Banten.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze managerial performance in increasing the value or ranking of an organization as seen from the influence of total quality management, performance measurement systems, reward systems and organizational culture in type D hospitals in Lampung Province. Research methodology: Based on online hospital data there are 18 type D hospitals in Lampung Province. Using nonprobability sampling techniques, so that 90 samples were obtained through questionnaires. And data analysis techniques with partial least square (PLS) using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. Results: The results of the analysis concluded that total quality management has a significant effect on performance measurement systems and organizational culture has a significant effect on managerial performance. While the reward system, performance measurement system and total quality management through performance measurement systems do not have a significant effect on managerial performance. Limitations: The limitation of the research is only the variable total quality management, performance measurement systems, reward systems, organizational culture and managerial performance. And the object of research is only in one particular type and location. Contribution: The results of this study are expected to provide information, thoughts and references for future researchers, as well as evaluating and driving managerial performance in increasing the value of type D hospitals that are still low. So that the provision of excellent health services especially for people who are far from the city center is well facilitated. Abstract

The purpose of the study is to identify the role of education in disseminating social and economic values. The assessment is a field research that uses a qualitative approach to obtain information about programs developed by millennials, as well as their application in educational units which include targets and are instilled in educational units, most of them still focus on environmental perspectives and various program objectives, most of the program targets are educators, students and school principals; strategies for instilling various values, namely through integration into subjects, through local content, extracurriculars, habituation and acculturation, as well as other activities, which are mostly carried out, namely through integration and habituation and acculturation.

Abstract

The success or failure of every thing we do is often caused by the maximum or not optimal plan that has been carried out and how much time we sacrifice for the success of the plan. Not only investing in the form of money, but making the right decisions in using the best possible time will make life more planned through time management.Time management is done to manage or plan one's life goals or aspirations from the beginning until the goal is achieved. This service provides knowledge about how to manage time as effectively and efficiently as possible so that the time used can be used for better purposes. This service is carried out in Kotagajah sub-district, Central Lampung. The method used is to present the material through presentations. The achievement of this goal is that the general public, youth youth organizations and Women Farmer Groups in the Kotagajah sub-district have become even more productive in utilizing their time especially in using it for business purposes.
