Abstract

The success or failure of every thing we do is often caused by the maximum or not optimal plan that has been carried out and how much time we sacrifice for the success of the plan. Not only investing in the form of money, but making the right decisions in using the best possible time will make life more planned through time management.Time management is done to manage or plan one's life goals or aspirations from the beginning until the goal is achieved. This service provides knowledge about how to manage time as effectively and efficiently as possible so that the time used can be used for better purposes. This service is carried out in Kotagajah sub-district, Central Lampung. The method used is to present the material through presentations. The achievement of this goal is that the general public, youth youth organizations and Women Farmer Groups in the Kotagajah sub-district have become even more productive in utilizing their time especially in using it for business purposes.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is the most important factor and plays an important role in the development of an area or village. To realize superior human resources, it can be started from food with balanced nutrition, Food ingredients with good nutrition can be found around us, can be through vegetables, fruits, and wild plants such as Moringa leaves. Moringa leaves contain Protein, Iron and Vitamin C which are good for the body, but because it has a fairly pungent smell, people rarely like this plant. For that, people need to know how to manage Moringa leaves into food with balanced nutrition, and become processed that is favored by people. Everyone who later eats Moringa leaves is expected to be able to realize superior human resources.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of community service observations that focus on the problem of managing UMKM  finances. To realize this, this study aims to enable UMKM actors to be able to run and maintain their businesses well under any circumstances and can optimize the financial management of UMKM. The research was conducted by a group of economics and management students of Malahayati University.  With the research method, the results show that students get experience because they are directly involved in UMKM. With this activity, students can learn how to manage finances well and effectively, and can be more familiar with the use of technology and simple financial applications that can help facilitate business financial management.

Abstract

Harga saham merupakan faktor yang sangat penting yang harus diperhatikan investor dalam berinvestasi, karena harga saham mencerminkan kinerja emiten, dan perubahan harga saham searah dengan kinerja emiten. Jika kinerja emiten lebih baik, maka operasi bisnis emiten dapat menghasilkan keuntungan lebih. Indikator untuk menilai harga saham dapat dilihat dari indeks saham. Indeks saham adalah indikator statistik yang mencerminkan keseluruhan pergerakan harga dari sekelompok saham yang dipilih dan dievaluasi secara teratur menurut standar dan metode tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja keuangan dan firm size terhadap harga saham indeks LQ45 dengan inflasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Objek dalam penelitian ini ialah perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam indeks LQ45 dari tahun 2020-2022. Populasi penelitian ini ialah perusahaan yang terdaftar secara konsisten dalam Indeks LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode Penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan nonprobability Sampling jenis purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Return on Equity (ROE) dan Variabel Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh terhadap Variabel Harga Saham dan yang terakhir Variabel Inflasi mampu memoderasi Variabel Earning Per Share terhadap Variabel Harga Saham.
