Abstract

Taro Tourism Village which has natural potential as a supporting asset in tourism development is an activity to manage and develop a tourist attraction. The development of tourism in Taro village was carried out by the Tourism Awareness Group of the Taro Tourism Village which was formed by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy and gave birth to this Tourism Awareness Group. This Pokdarwis is a community-based volunteer organization with the hope of realizing Sapta Pesona in increasing tourism development in the village.The problem raised in this study is how the role of the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) in Taro Village in the development of tourism in the Taro Tourism Village. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by emphasizing the aspect of in-depth understanding of the Taro Tourism Village in the development of a tourist village even though it is still facing a pandemic situation but is more focused on maintaining its natural assets.

Abstract

Dari berapa pakar yang telah mengamati dan meneliti pelayanan publik,mereka memberikan kesimpulanya bahwa kualitas pelayanan publik di Indonesia masihsangat rendah. Secara umum penyebab dari kondisi rendahnya kualitas pelayanan publikmasih berkisar pada rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia, penguasaan dalam teknikmanajemen pelayanan publik yang kurang memadai serta masalah moral dan etika pelayananpublik yang belum mampu bersikap adil dan merata dalam member pelayananpada masyarakat diyakini menjadi penyebab kurang memadainya kualitas pelayananpublik. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik padaKantor Desa Candikuning, Kecamatan Baturiti, Kabupaten Tabanan. Metode penelitian yangdigunakan adalah menggunakan pendekatan penelitian survey dengan format penelitianDeskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh anggota masyarakat di lingkungan DesaCandikuning, Kecamatan Baturiti Kabupaten Tabanan yang membutuhkan pelayanan administrasiumum. Penetapan sampel dapat disajikan data jumlah kunjungan ke Kantor KepalaDesa Candikuning, Kecamatan Baturiti Kabupaten Tabanan Kecamatan. dalam 3 bulanberturut-turut. Teknik penelitian yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakananalisis deskriptif, yang dibantu dengan tabel tabulasi. Hasil penelitian dilihat dari variabelkualitas pelayanan publik di Kantor Kepala Desa Candikuning, Kecamatan Baturiti KabupatenTabanan dapat dikatakan telah memenuhi persyaratan sebagai pelayanan berkualitas. Dilihatdari variabel kepuasan masyarakat pelayanan publik di Kantor Kepala Desa Candikuningi,Kecamatan Baturiti Kabupaten Tabanan belum dapat memenuhi kepuasan masyarakatsebagai pengguna pelayanan. Adapun saran yang dapat disampaikan antara lain: Keterbukaaninformasi tentang persyaratan administrasi teknis dan administrasi keuangan dalam memberikanpelayanan masih perlu mendapatkan perhatian, Keterbukaan informasi tentang kepastianwaktu penyelesaian pada setiap urusan masih perlu mendapat perhatian.

Abstract

Every government agency, company, or other institution must have a PublicRelations and Protocol. Public Relations and Protocols have the duty and function totake responsibility and maintain a positive image that already exists in an agency orcompany and to better re-image where the agency or company is located, has the roleof delivering a policy or all information carried out by an agency or a company. Fromthe above background, the purpose of this study is to find out how the effectivenessof the implementation of the duties and functions of the Public Relations and ProtocolSection in Maintaining the Image of the Regional Head (Study in the Public Relationsand Protocol Section of the Jembrana Regency Regional Secretariat.The data in thisstudy are qualitative secondary data. The population was taken from employees in thePublic Relations and Protocol Section of the District Secretariat of Jembrana totaling35, the sample method used was the census method. The data analysis technique usedis descriptive qualitative analysis. Data collection methods used in this research areinterview and documentation study methods.The results of the study showed that theeffectiveness of the duties and functions of the Public Relations and Protocol sectionin maintaining the image of regional heads in the Regional Secretariat of JembranaDistrict had been going well, as seen from the indicators: Reception / hearing(domestic and foreign) was carried out in accordance with the specified standards.Guest visits (domestic and foreign) are carried out in accordance with applicableguidelines. Travel to the region / Overseas is carried out in accordance with specifiedguidelines. Meeting / session arrangements are well implemented. The holding of areception / banquet has been carried out well. The implementation of the ceremoniesis in accordance with the established rules. With the implementation of the duties andfunctions of the Public Relations and Protocol section, the image of the regional headcan be maintained properly, as seen from the indicators: Personality of the regionalhead increases with the implementation of public relations and protocol activitiesproperly. Reputation of Jembrana Regency has improved the implementation ofpublic relations and procolo activities. The value of Jembrana Regency increases withthe implementation of public relations and procolo activities properly. Identity or selfcan be seen by the implementation of public relations and protocol activities well.

Abstract

Buleleng Regency is one of eight regencies in Bali that is known by foreign tourists as an attractive tourist destination, where the area has a variety of arts, culture and natural tour- ist attractions. Munduk Village has a variety of tourist attractions consisting of arts or culture and natural scenery, in the form of hills, rice fields, and waterfalls that are characteristic of the village. The concept of Tri Hita Karana is the basis for living the daily lives of local people in Munduk Village. Village tourism is a form of integration between attractions, accommodation and supporting facilities that are presented in a structure of community life that integrates with the prevailing procedures and traditions where tourists can stay in or close to the village to learn and enjoy life in the village.From the description of the background above, the formulation of the problem in this paper is: what is the role of tourism villages in the development of villages in Munduk Village, Banjar District, Buleleng Regency. The research method is done using interviews.Conclusions from the results of the study indicate that the role of the tourist village munduk in Munduk Village, Banjar Subdistrict, Buleleng Regency is as a source of income for the people in Munduk Village other than as farmers, considering the Munduk village area as a tourist vil- lage that is visited by many tourists which in turn can increase the income of the surrounding community. The suggestions that can be asked are: For the Munduk village government should be able to support tourism villages in Munduk by helping to provide funding facilities for devel- opment in order to develop. In addition, the community is given facilities for capital in order to build a business to support tourist villages in the village of Munduk, Banjar District, Buleleng Regency.

Abstract

Public services both at the central and regional levels still do not apply Ethical values due todiverse understanding, not supported by adequate policies, contrary to local cultural values, and nonbinding.For this reason, the government needs to establish a policy on public service ethics in anintegrated and more operational manner that is able to create an understanding of central and regionalgovernment officials regarding the form of Public Service Ethics policy and applies to officials directlyrelated to the community and does not apply to officials who are not directly related to society. Thegovernment needs to develop and socialize a strategy for developing operational and integrated PublicService Ethics that accommodates the content of local culture and involves all existing public servicestakeholders, both in government offices and in private institutions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi memperoleh informasi mengenai kendala proses belajar mengajar online di rumah akibat adanya pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus eksploratori dan pendekatan penelitiannya menggunakan metode studi kasus kualitatif yang digunakan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai kendala dan konsekuensi pandemi COVID-19 pada kegiatan belajar mengajar di Universitas Mahendradatta. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 6 (enam) responden yang terdiri dari mahasiswa, orang tua dan dosen. Untuk keperluan kerahasiaan, responden diberi inisial R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 dan R6. Wawancara semi-terstruktur dilakukan dan daftar pertanyaan yang dikumpulkan untuk wawancara dikembangkan berdasarkan literatur terkait. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di berbagai perguruan tinggi negeri / swasta di Bali. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat beberapa kendala yang dialami siswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar secara online yaitu penambahan biaya kuota internet yang meningkat hingga tiga kali lipat dari tarif biasanya, kemudian kendala sinyal internet mengakibatkan kegiatan belajar mengajar menjadi kurang efektif karena tersendat-sendatnya sinyal yang terkadang dapat memutus percakapan begitu saja, atau percakapan menjadi kurang jelas yang mengakibatkan salah komunikasi. Ada juga yang belum paham bagaimana cara menggunakan aplikasi tersebut, lalu kecanggihan atau type masing-masing hp atau laptop yang berbeda, yang menyebabkan perangkat elektronik tersebut terasa lebih berat pada memory atau ramnya. kemudian pada saat proses belajar mengajar berlangsung baterai lebih cepat habis, macet dan panas. Kemudian yang paling berbahaya adalah kesehatan mata yang bertahan lama di depan ponsel atau komputer atau laptop anda, akibat paparan radiasi yang tinggi dari layar atau LCD. Para orang tua juga mengeluhkan bahwa dengan belajar dari rumah, pengeluaran semakin meningkat, dan biaya UKT harus dibayar.

Abstract

Population census is an important moment of the realization of the unification of data from registration data generated by the Population and Civil Registry Office and projection data from the Central Statistics Agency. Based on the description above, the following problems can be formulated: How Important is the Population Administration Regarding One Line Population Census in Pertima Village, Karangasem District, Karangasem Regency? What are the obstacles and efforts to implement an online census in Pertima Village, Karangasem District, Karangasem Regency? In this study, the research method used was interviews, literature study by reading literature related to population censuses, observations and field research, where research was conducted by jumping directly into Pertima Village. The results showed that online population administration is very important, namely: providing data on the number, composition, distribu- tion, and characteristics of Pertima Village residents according to de facto and de jure towards the Indonesian Population Data. Second, namely providing demographic parameters and population projections (fertility, mortality, and migration), as well as other population characteristics for the purposes of population projection and various indicators of Sustainable Development Targets (SDGs). The obstacle faced in population data collection is the difficulty of logging online popu- lation censuses, internet network constraints, people who are still technologically unfamiliar. To overcome this problem is done by giving socialization to village officials so that they can guide their citizens to the online census. Utilizing a cellphone that has Androi facilities so that it can access the internet with speed.

Abstract

Tourism in Indonesia has grown and developed into one of the country’s foreignexchange earnings. Seeing Bali’s potential from natural beauty, people’s hospitality, culturalarts and distinctive customs, making the tourism sector receive special and serious attentionfrom the local government of Bali Province. Serangan Village is a sub-district and sub-districtlocated in Wialyah, South Denpasar District, Denpasar City, Bali Province, Indonesia,which has considerable tourism potential, such as Bugis village, fishing village, turtle parkand temples. Based on the description above, the problem can be formulated as follows:how is the development of tourist villages in Serangan Village in improving the welfare ofthe surrounding community. In this study, the research method was carried out by libraryresearch by reading literature relating to the development of tourism objects, observationand field research, where research was carried out by visiting tourism objects in Seranganand interviewing communities around tourism objects in Serangan Village. The results ofthe study indicate that from the results of the research conducted it can be concluded that thedevelopment of Serangan village tourism can improve welfare and development which canbe seen from the economic side, it can be seen a number of positive examples of the impactof tourism development in Serangan village, including; the life of the village communitySerangan is becoming more advanced because access to urban areas is becoming increasinglysmooth. In addition to the development of Serangan island, there is financial inclusion asvillage treasury. The financial income mainly comes from the entrance ticket that is charged to everyone who enters Serangan island with a fare of Rp. 1,000, for motorbike riders andRp. 2000, - for motorists The entry from the entrance ticket is quite large, where the funds areused to support village development and the need for maintenance of worship facilities andinfrastructure in Serangan village

Abstract

Pelayanan publik di Indonesia belum menunjukan kinerja yang efektif, hal ini dipicu oleh beberapa hal yang kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui apa saja dampak Kebijakan Publik  terhadap Reformsi Birokrasi Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Tabanan (2) Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh pada Reformasi Birokrasi (3) Untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah hasil analisis dari kebijakan publik tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Dampak Kebijakan Publik terhadap Reformasi Birokrasi Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Tabanan, antara lain: mencegah timbulnya berbagai tindak penyimpangan seperti korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme, memberikan dampak kerja positif kepada masyarakat dan mampu menjalankan tugas dengan cepat, cermat, berdayaguna dan tepat guna (hemat waktu, tenaga, dan biaya), masyarakat memperoleh informasi yang benar dan tidak diskriminatif, masyarakat mendapatkan pelayanan yang prima, DPMPTSP bisa menyelenggarakan pengawasan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Reformasi Birokrasi, antara lain: Adanya komitmen dan kemauan yang kuat dimulai dari pimpinan tertinggi sampai dengan level pimpinan terendah, Adanya rasa kepemilikan terhadap program-program pembaruan DPMPTSP Kabupaten Tabanan, Adanya persamaan persepsi, bahwa Reformasi Birokrasi harus dijalanan demi peningkatan kualitas hidup seluruh pegawai,  dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan pegawai, adanya dukungan dana untuk melaksanakan kegiatan reformasi,  adanya dukungan dan partisipasi masyarakat, Adanya komunikasi yang terpadu baik itu komunikasi internal maupun eksternal. (3) Efktifitas dari kebijakan, yaitu kebijakan sudah disampaikan melalui media online dan juga sosialisasi-sosialisasi yang telah dilakukan sedangkan penyelenggaraannya sudah sesuai dengan norma yang ada di masyarakat.
