Abstract

Kepuasan konsumen adalah tingkat perasaan konsumen setelah membandingkan antara apa yang dia terima dan harapannya. Seorang pelanggan, jika merasa puas dengan nilai yang diberikan oleh produk atau jasa, sangat besar kemungkinannya menjadi pelanggan dalam waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui analisis tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap pengguna kartu kuota Three (3) yang terdapat di Kota Makassar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian ini melalui data yang telah diperoleh dari wawancara dengan menggunakan 14 pertanyaan kepada 20 informan yang menggunakan kartu kuota Three di Kota Makassar, dengan tempat yang berbeda yaitu Timur,Barat, Selatan dan Utara, untuk melihat seberapa besar respon dari ke 4 arah tersebut terhadap pengguna kartu kuota Three (3). Kemudian penulis menyatukan data wawancara yang telah dikumpulkan hasil jawaban beberapa informan mengenai kepuasan pengguna kartu kuota Three (3) di Kota Makassar. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Konsumen dan Pengguna Kartu Kuota Three

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between virtual communities variabel on consumer purchase decision with brand equity as mediating vaiable. The sample in this study was selected with the  100 respondent with Snowball sampling and data colletion with survey. This study uses the PLS method. Next is a hypothesis to test whether there is a relationship between virtual communities, brand equity, and purchasing decisions at PT. Hadji Kalla  Toyota Makassar. The analytical tool used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). Research using WarpPLS 6.0 program. The result of this study state Virtual communities are established to significantly affect purchasing decisions; Virtual communities are proven to have a significant positive effect on brand equity; The Virtual Communities variable shows a solid and dominant influence on brand equity compared to other variables; This study has provided findings on the effect of Virtual Communities on purchasing decisions through brand equity. Virtual Communities will have a role in delivering information that can produce word of mouth and become a choice for prospective buyers to see reviews and the advantages of products. That can be a consideration for companies in developing their marketing strategies, especially in building customer loyalty to the brand.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the strategies used to bounce back after the Covid-19 pandemic carried out by MSME players in the city of Makassar. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis and uses a SWOT analysis, namely Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. SWOT analysis is an analysis used to evaluate strengths and weaknesses in the internal environment and evaluate opportunities and threats in the external environment of MSMEs. The results of this study indicate that the total IFAS score is 3.57 which indicates a good internal position and the total EFAS score is 3.44 which indicates a moderate external position. This position indicates that MSMEs are increasingly strategic even though they still face quite tough challenges. Based on the results of the SWOT matrix analysis, the strategy adopted is as follows: maintaining customer trust by improving the quality and quality of the food menu and forming a reliable sales team that prioritizes service so that they can compete.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi yang digunakan oleh para nelayan di Kabupaten Merauke dalam menghadapi dampak kenaikan BBM dan menilai efektivitas strategi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan nelayan, pemangku kepentingan terkait, serta observasi langsung di lapangan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan induktif, di mana data-data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara tematis untuk mengidentifikasi strategi-strategi yang telah diterapkan oleh para nelayan dalam menghadapi kenaikan harga BBM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen strategi dalam menghadapi dampak kenaikan BBM berada pada total skor faktor internal (IFAS) 2,85 dan total skor faktor eksternal (EFAS) 2,78, sehingga kondisi manajemen strategi dalam menghadapi dampak kenaikan BBM saat ini termasuk kategori “cukup baik” dan masih bisa diupayakan untuk lebih baik lagi mengingat keadaan atau jumlah nelayan di Kabupaten Merauke yang cukup potensial untuk diberdayakan. Nelayan di Kabupaten Merauke telah mengadopsi berbagai strategi dalam menghadapi dampak kenaikan BBM. Beberapa strategi yang diidentifikasi termasuk efisiensi penggunaan bahan bakar, diversifikasi sumber pendapatan, kolaborasi dengan nelayan lain untuk berbagi biaya operasional, dan penggunaan teknologi dan alat tangkap yang lebih efisien. Selain itu, faktor-faktor eksternal seperti kebijakan pemerintah dan akses terhadap pasar juga berperan penting dalam keberhasilan strategi yang diterapkan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada badan penanggulangan bencana daerah kabupaten Soppeng. (2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada badan penanggulangan bencana daerah kabupaten Soppeng. (3) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kompetensi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada badan penanggulangan bencana daerah kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada badan penanggulangan bencana daerah kabupaten Soppeng dengan populasi seluruh badan penanggulangan bencana daerah kabupaten Soppeng, dengan mengambil sampel 45 orang responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah secara deskriftif untuk menjelaskan karakteristik responden dan deskripsi penelitian, sedangkan untuk menganalisis data kuantitatif menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berupa pendidikan, keterampilan dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada badan penanggulangan bencana daerah kabupaten Soppeng. Sedangkan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variable disiplin kerja merupakan variabel yang tidak berpengaruh secara dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.283. yang menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 16,4 % dan sisanya sebesar 83,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The result of the calculation using the software SPSS version 17.0 Fhitung result 10 277 . In Table Model Summary (b) is known by 3 DF1 and DF2 of 96. With α level of 5% , then it can be known Ftabel of 2.33. Therefore Fhitung greater than Ftable (10 277 > 2.33) , then Ho is rejected . This implies that the independent variable ( X1-3 ) jointly have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Y) . In other words that characteristic , direct marketing , and word of mouth are analyzed simultaneously have a significant influence on the improvement of the performance of SMEs . The coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square of 0.571 means that 57.10 % of variation of the variable performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs ) can be explained by the characteristic variable (X1), direct marketing (X2) , and word of mouth (X3). While 57.10 % is explained by other variables not included in the model

Abstract

This research focuses on four tourist destinations in North Penajam Paser Regency: Istana Amal Beach, Nipah-Nipah Beach, Tanjung Jumlai Beach, and D’Wish Gunung Mulia. Attractions, amenities, and accessibility are considered key factors influencing repeat visits. Based on data analysis, attractions, especially natural beauty and environmental cleanliness, have a significant influence on repeat visits by tourists. Thus, the hypothesis stating a positive influence between Attractions and repeat visits by tourists to the four tourist destinations in North Penajam Paser Regency is partially accepted. However, amenities such as accommodation and dining places do not significantly affect repeat visits. Therefore, the hypothesis stating a positive influence between amenities and repeat visits by tourists to the four tourist destinations in North Penajam Paser Regency is partially rejected. On the other hand, accessibility such as ease of road access and clear signage has a positive influence on repeat visits. Thus, the hypothesis stating a positive influence between Accessibility and repeat visits by tourists to the four tourist destinations in North Penajam Paser Regency is partially accepted.Overall, Attractions, Amenities, and Accessibility collectively influence tourist repeat visits. This indicates that the management and development of tourist destinations need to consider these factors. Although Amenities have less significant influence, it is important to continue improving and enhancing supporting facilities at tourist destinations. The findings of this research provide valuable insights for tourism managers and policymakers to improve the quality and attractiveness of destinations and strengthen the position of North Penajam Paser Regency as an appealing tourist destination for local tourists.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership on the Performance of Regional Government Employees in North Penajam Paser Regency, determine and analyze the influence of Work Motivation on the Performance of Village Employees in Penajam sub-district, North Penajam Paser Regency and determine and analyze the Influence of leadership and Work Motivation on the Performance of Village Employees in Penajam sub-district, North Penajam Paser Regency. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research using Multiple Linear Regression data analysis using SPSS software. Primary data was obtained from respondents, namely Pegawai sub-district, Penajam sub-district, North Penajam Paser Regency. The population was 395 ASN and through sampling using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 5%, a sample of 199 respondents was obtained. The results of the research show that partially there is a positive influence between Leadership and Work Motivation on the Performance of Village Employees in Penajam District, North Penajam Paser Regency. Together, leadership and work motivation also have a positive influence on the performance of village employees in Penajam District, North Penajam Paser Regency.

Abstract

In this research, quantitative methods were used to measure the influence of competency and social support on employee performance at the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) Office of Penajam District, North Penajam Paser Regency. This research aims to determine and analyze the impact of Human Resource Competency on Employee Performance. Second, this research aims to understand and analyze the Effect of Social Support on Employee Performance and third, this research also aims to evaluate the simultaneous impact of Human Resource Competency and Social Support on Employee Performance in Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) Penajam District, Penajam Regency North Paser. The research results show that employee competency has a positive and significant impact on their performance in the Penajam District OPD. This illustrates that the higher the level of competency, the more optimal the employee's performance, in line with the concept that skills and abilities directly influence work results. Additionally, social support also plays an important role, with the finding that support from colleagues and superiors creates a conducive work environment, increases motivation, and reduces stress levels, contributing to improved overall performance. Simultaneously, the combination of competence and social support also has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in the Penajam District OPD, emphasizing the importance of having adequate skills and social support in creating optimal conditions for improving performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi pemasaran Wisata berbasis budaya lokal di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Jenis penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deksriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Strategi Pemasaran Wisata Berbasisbudaya lokal ritual Nondoi untuk menarik wisatawan berkunjung Ke Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara adalah dengan pengembangan paket wisata berbasis budaya, penggunaan media sosial dan pemasaran digital, penguatan keamanan dan keselamatan, kemitraan dengan instansi pariwisata, penguatan keamanan dan keselamatan, kemitraan dengan instansi pariwisata, manajemen krisis dan keberlanjutan dan diversifikasi sumber pendapatan.
