This study aims to explore the implementation of use English as an instructional language at school. School regulations made to train student discipline Regulations must be followed by students in the learning process as a benchmark for achieving goals of success. Students need to know positive things in getting used to communicating, writing, and slogans In the modern era it is required to have the ability to speak English. English is an International Language. Western countries play an important role in the development of science and technology. If want to be an expert scientist, linguist, and able to compete with other countries and people have skills in English. In Indonesia, English is also used as a graduation standard in schools, The National plus Schools are combining between The National Curriculum recommended by The National Education Standards Agency, it was adopted from The OECD Country Curriculum or ASEAN Countries. The language of instruction uses English. Schools have goal of creating superior individuals, globally competitive and international capacity.

The purpose of this research is to study an analysis of figurative language in poetry. People are interested in reading literary books because reading literary books makes them to understand about life, human and nature. Reading literary books can get pleasure. The language used in poetry make more complex. Figurative language can make create interesting poetry. It is important to know the meaning of poems. Sometimes people read poetry without understanding the meaning conveyed. Poetry is a collection of words that express emotions or ideas into a literary text. In poetry there are many elements of language. English poetry can help students to improve their vocabulary skills. Poetry improves skills in listening word for word conveyed from the reader of the poem. Poetry analysis examines the elements of language to understand literary works as a whole. Analyzing a poem line by line allows you to learn about its structure, form, language, metric patterns, and themes. Online learning is available in various ways and methods. To find out the difference between online communication and material presented, it must be appropriate so that it can be well received by students. For that, every university must prepare well. Learning online communication that is not ready can automatically disrupt the course of teaching and learning activities. Differences in Synchronous and Asynchronous Online Learning Communication. Synchronous communication is a learning communication carried out in a real time communication system. Lecturers can deliver material in class directly to students. Synchronous online, lecturers can still do virtual learning by online class media. Asynchronous communication is learning communication that is not limited in time. In the meaning lecturer provides material that can be used as a reference for students. The material can be learn by students in the form of PPT files, PDFs, and videos. The Covid-19 pandemic has affected almost all aspects of human life, to break the chain of virus transmission, Indonesian government take of health protocol regulations. Remaja masjid merupakan calon pemimpin di masa depan di tengah banyak tantangan mulai dari pandemi korona (Covid-19) hingga beragam krisis mulai ekonomi, moralitas, kepemimpinan, hingga pendidikan. Terutama di bidang pendidikan, banyak remaja masjid juga belum memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris dalam berkomunikasi yang baik. Dengan begitu, tujuan utama pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan bahasa Inggris terutama passive voice dalam menulis dan berbicara kepada remaja Masjid Jami’ Al Muttaqin di Jakarta. Selain proses pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk one day workshop, itu juga didukung dengan metode penelitian tindakan kelas dan prototipe model sosial. Proses pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk pembelajaran berlangsung online melalui Zoom. Kemudian, pengabdian masyarakat ini menghasilkan prototipe model sosial dalam revolusi pembelajaran berbasis digital yakni 4I dan CEGMA. Selain itu, pengabdian masyarakat ini juga mendorong generasi remaja masjid untuk mendorong transformasi remaja masjid di era pandemi berbasis digital, terutama di media sosial dan internet. Kemudian, posisi dan peran remaja masjid sebagai penggerak umat dengan pendekatan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris sebagai salah satu wahana.

The purpose of this study is to Analyze of The Main characters in Storyline The Film "Nanti Kita Cerita Tentang Hari Ini" directed by Angga Dwimas Sasongko. Before collecting data, first watched movies and read novels. This research method is descriptive qualitative. This film was adapted from novel by Marcella Febritrisia Putri. The first Indonesian to reach 2 million viewers in 2020. Film has won various awards. Storyline of this film tells the story of a family trying to maintain understanding and harmony. Conflicts in family are caused by in the past secrets that have not been revealed. This 121-minute film tells the story of a family of five, parents and three children. In my opinion interesting characters in this film are Narendra as father and Awan as youngest child. Narendra's character has endured traumatic feelings for years, making him seem overly possessive and indulgent to Awan, but on the other hand, Awan's character is actually disrespectful to her parents. Therefore, I conducted an analysis of two main characters. The approach is a literary study that has a big role for readers in accepting, experiencing and understanding literary works.

The purpose of this study is to analyze behavioral of the main character in the film. The main character Harry in the film Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. The main behavior is seen from actions and emotions that are based on environment. Harry's character is a genius, all problem he goes make him developing charge of character and mental psychology. Problems do not only come from oneself but also from the environment and mental condition. Behavior that affects people around him, including himself. The impact of Harry's character behavior leads to psychology and sociology, especially in mental psychology, Harry's character becomes main character of each problem and plays a major role in the development of his own behavior. The main character is always entangled with his complicated behavior which makes him weak with his friends and environment, in the end the main character can develop even better. The purpose of this study is to provide information about the behavior of the main character which has been analyzed from the point of view of psychology and sociology. The purpose of this research is to study English learning using nature-based learning methods to increase students' motivation in learning. In the minds of some students there is still a paradigm that assumes that success in learning English is due to talent. This assumption encourages students to be lazy to learn English. They tend to be more desperate and give up when they encounter difficulties in learning. However, learning English can be done anywhere and anytime using any method. The goal is that students can be motivated to develop learning that is more interesting and has a positive impact. The learning environment makes students broader in thinking and expression. The benefits of environment-based media allow students to better understand natural phenomena that occur in everyday life. Utilization of the environment makes the learning process more meaningful with the outdoor model. Students can explore the natural environment and learn practical skills to understand and appreciate aspects of environmental life. Learning activities will be more interesting for students. In addition, the use of the environment encourages an increase in student learning activities using nature-based learning methods
