Abstract

Clean and healthy behavior (PBHS). washing hands with soap and wearing masks. Hand washing with soap (CTPS) is one of the output indicators of the STBM national strategy (Community-Based Total Sanitation), namely every household and public service facilities in a community (such as schools, offices, restaurants, health centers, markets, terminals, cottages). Islamic boarding schools) there are hand washing facilities (water, soap, hand washing facilities), so that everyone washes their hands properly. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge about PHBS and prevention of covid 19 transmission in Hujjaturrahmah Tanjung Pura Islamic Boarding School, Langkat Regency in 2021. This study using a descriptive correlation study, which is the type of research used to determine the relationship between a variable and other variables (Notoadmodjo, 2017). The population in this study was 40 people from the Hujjaturrahmah Islamic boarding school students and the sampling technique was total sampling. The variables identified were PHBS knowledge with covid 19 prevention. The results of the univariate analysis of knowledge obtained were 28 respondents (70%) good and not good enough as many as 12 respondents (30%), while regarding the prevention of covid 19 transmission, it was found that most of the covid-19 prevention was carried out well as many as 24 respondents (60%) ) and not good 16 respondents (40%).While the bivariate analysis using the chi square test obtained a p value of 0.003 (<0.05) so that it can be seen that there is a significant relationship betweenrespondent's knowledge about PHBSwith the prevention of COVID-19 at the Hujjaturrahmah Islamic Boarding School Tanjung Pura, Langkat Regency in 2021.

Abstract

The IUD is a device that is installed in the uterus. The function of this equipment is to change the atmosphere of the endometrial fluid so that there is an increase in macrophages, changes in endometrial fluid are not suitable for spermatozoa to pass through so that many die, many macrophages may kill spermatozoa. Leukorrhea is a fluid that is released from the genitals that is not blood, the fluid contains a lot of leukocytes and the color is slightly yellowish, often thicker and smells good. Able to carry out family planning midwifery care for IUD contraceptive acceptors with leukorrhea using the Varney midwifery management approach. This case study uses a descriptive method, the location is at Siti Kholijah Clinic, Medan Marelan, the subject of the case study is Mrs. T 20 years old P1 A0, this case study was conducted from 20 March – 28 April 2021, Data collection techniques using primary data include physical examination (inspection, palpation, percussion, auscultation), interviews, observations and secondary data including documentation and literature studies. After 6 weeks of care, the results showed that the vaginal discharge experienced by the mother had healed, and there were no potential diagnoses such as vaginal infections, vulvitis, vaginitis and vulvo vaginitis due to proper handling, the mother was willing to keep her genital area clean, the mother said she was happy because she could have intercourse having sexual intercourse with her husband, the mother is willing to re-check in 3 months, namely August 1 2015, the mother is still using the IUD contraception.

Abstract

Gestational age is considered normal if delivery occurs within 37 weeks to 42 weeks of gestation, exceeding this age limit is considered a post-term pregnancy. At a certain level, it can have a negative impact on both the mother and the baby being born, but it can also be fatal. Statistical data shows that the maternal mortality rate in term pregnancies is only 1-2%, while those in late pregnancy reach 5-7%. Objective: To carry out midwifery care for Mrs. A at 43 weeks and 3 days of gestation with serotinus using a 7-step Varney midwifery management approach. The method used is descriptive observation, the location of the case study is at the Maternity Clinic Helfylianta Besitang, the subject of the case study is Mrs. A. Pregnant women with serotinous pregnancy. The time of the case study was on December 3 – 5 2019 and data collection techniques through interviews, on the acceptor Observation physical examination, documentation study, literature study. After 3 days of midwifery care, starting from 3 – 5 December 2014 Mrs. A 21 years old with serotinous pregnancy at the Helfylianta Maternity Clinic, the results of the care obtained were serotinus with a gestation of 43 weeks 3 days with no signs of labor. collaboration with Dr. Obgyn recommending induction of labor.
