Abstract

In Indonesia, the role of women in the political world is not statistically arguably contributing massively, due to several resistance that must be considered. Women's participation in politics should be balanced with men who are massively dominant in political positions. Because the rights between men and women's rights have the same recognition in state life in Indonesia based on the 1945 Constitution. The Islamic view is to always pay attention to the concepts of justice, wholeness, harmony, the balance of fellow human beings with nature. The purpose of this study is to determine women's participation in politics in Indonesia and to be a reference for women to participate in politics (executive and legislative). This type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The analysis used from this paper is descriptive analyzes. Analyzes were performed using the Nvivo 12 plus software. The results of the study are the lack of women's education on politics, regeneration of political parties, issues of permission from spouses, financial capital, descendants of political figures, patriarchal beliefs and culture that are still thick. This is an obstacle for women in participating in politics.

Abstract

Social media Twitter as a means of providing information at this time, during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Government's announcement, in this case, the Twitter account from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, will become a public reference. This study uses the Nvivo12 Plus technology application to obtain data. This study reveals the use of social media Twitter about spreading social media information on Twitter with (hashtag) # COVID19, # Covid19Indonesia, and Twitter accounts from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. Qualitative methods are used to find a social media model that is used as a mass communication channel. The data results show that many intense social media campaigns discuss all the impacts of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) and discussions about selling masks and hand sanitizer at relatively high prices. The Ministry of Health's Twitter account provides information related to prevention and motivates the public always to implement social distancing, physical distancing, large-scale social distancing (PSBB), stay at home, don't return home, stay clean, and always wash their hands with soap and hand sanitizer, and use the face mask

Abstract

Information technology must be utilized by the Government in establishing communication and transparency of data. Both things are very important when pandemic as they are today. Considering that the platform that can be used for communication and presentation of data is very diverse, so there is no reason not to open to the community especially in terms of data serving Covid-19. Qualitative method of descriptive by doing a search on the Twitter account of the Ministry of Health and National agency handling Bencara RI. During the period of 3 March 2020 to 31 May 2020. The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia has been doing all activities based on the call to encourage people to stay alert on the Covid-19 which has transmitted to most countries around the world. However, the interaction efforts on the Twitter platform did not decrease as the Covid-19 grew. The Twitter interaction of the National Disaster Management Agency of the Republic of Indonesia at the beginning of pandemic in March year 2020 has a tweet interaction value of 11.36%, in April by 18.72%, and there may be 17.69% that provides information related to the pandemic Covid-19, various aspects in a pandemic situation such as countermeasures, prevention, to the confirmation of Covid-19 in Indonesia.
