Abstract

A conception of the idea of Islamic economic thought which is implemented through the Islamic bankingsystem using the profit-sharing system applied to the interest-free banking system is one of the onlyelements of the Islamic economic system. Abstract

Maraknya ekonomi Islam, atau perbankan syari’ah, sudah tidak lagi dibendung-bendung lagi, apalagi konstitusi negara Indonesia terhadap pertumbuhan nilai ekonomi berdasrakan syari’ah sudah lama yang di telah diarah secara jelas tentang adanya jaminan pelaksanaan syari’at Islam. Bahkan secara teks-teks ayat-ayat al-quran sudah di yakini oleh umat Islam, bahwa ekonomi Islam berada dalam tataran ideal posisinya lebih tinggi dan lebih baik dari system konvensional saat ini. Fokus bahasan tulisan dalam makalah ini mencoba menyoroti ekonomi Islam dari segi hukum dan peraturan perundang-undangan( legislasi) yang telah ada yang mengatur dan memberi ruang gerak ekonomi Islam, peluang dan tantangan pada masa depan, dalam kaitannya upaya formalisasi penerapan hukum Islam secara umum dan khususnya ekonomiIslam di Indonesia, serta political will pemerintah Indonesia atas pemberlakuan dan penerapan hukum islam di bidang ekonomi Islam.Tulisan ini hanya membahas legislasi Perbankan Islam

Abstract

Tulisan ini merupakan penelurusan historis tokoh terhadap ulama perempuan di Cibeber, Cilegon. Ulama perempuan Cilegon yang berpengaruh di Banten, yaitu Nyi Hj. Madichah dari Pesantren Putri Bani Latief dan Pesantren Putri Al-Jauharotunnaqiyah Cibeber, Cilegon. Dilataribelakangi penjajahan Pemerintahan Hindia Belanda, keberadaan dan kedudukan Nyi Hj. Madichah menarik untuk digali dan dianalisis secara historis. Lalu, bagaimana keberadaan dan kedudukan kiprah Nyi Hj. Madichah di sebagai ulama perempuan di Cilegon? Dengan metode dokumentasi dan metode wawancara, dapat dijelaskan bahwa keberadaan dan kedudukan beliau melalui “kiprah di dalam” dan “kiprah ke keluar”. Karena itu, dapat dijelaskan bahwa beliau adalah ulama perempuan Cilegon yang nasionalis lewat Muslimat NU dan pelestari tradisi Maulid Fatimah sebagai khazanah Islam Nusantara.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the efforts of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten to build a brand (image) in dealing with the Fourth Industrial Revolution, as well as the potential and opportunities of Faculty. The method of this research used descriptive qualitative by guided interviews were conducted to the stakeholders and faculty users. It can be seen that the the efforts of the Faculty to build the brand (image) in dealing with the Fourth Industrial Revolution through five aspects such; aspects of department accreditation, aspects of student achievement, aspects of graduate quality, aspects of excellent activities, and aspects of relations with alumni. Meanwhile, in order to optimize all the potentials and opportunities to build the brand (image), the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business will implement an aggressive Grand Strategy with actively optimizing the strength to take advantages of all the opportunities. Furthermore, by carrying out this strategy, hopefully that the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business have the added value and selling points in dealing with the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The trend of Muslim friendly tourism is a new phenomenon in tourism. Judging from the principle of usefulness, the presence of Muslim friendly tourism provides a significant blessing to all parties involved in Muslim friendly tourism, especially in improving the economy. The demands of the Muslim community for a Muslim friendly tourism destination are not only limited to increasing the economy and the attractiveness of a tourist destination to Muslim friendly tourism, but also having an impact on the comfort factor and guarantees in carrying out worship are also part of Muslim friendly tourism which has basic value humanity. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the relationship between the principle of usefulness and humanitarian principles and their impact on Muslim friendly tourism. The research method used in this research is library research. The results of the study show that Muslim friendly tourism is a form of expression that the presence of Islamic law in the aspect of Muslim friendly tourism is rahmatan lil 'alamin which can provide the principle of benefit to stakeholders at large, and highly upholds the value of human principles and respects the existence of the form of human nature.

Abstract

This research aims to test the rupiah exchange rate and BI Rate variables on basic materials sector stock prices on IDX MES in the long term and short term using the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) analysis method in the Eviews 11 application. The data used is monthly in January 2021 -December 2023 sourced from Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The results obtained are in accordance with the VECM test, the rupiah exchange rate variable in the short term and long term has a significant negative effect on stock prices, while the BI Rate variable in the short term and long term has no significant effect on stock prices. Based on the causality test, the rupiah exchange rate and BI There is no two-way causal relationship between rates and share prices.
