Abstract

The potential for the development of halal tourism in Indonesia is considered very promising and will become a business that many tourism businesses are interested in. This is in line with the increase in halal tourism from year to year. Transportation has an important role in supporting sustainable halal tourism. This journal's literature review will explore the role of transportation in sustainable halal tourism, the concept of transportation mode planning in sustainable halal tourism and discuss transportation challenges and problems for sustainable halal tourism in Indonesia. This journal review literature research method is carried out by searching for published articles on Sage, Elsivier Science and Taylor & Francis with the selected keywords, namely transportation, halal sustainable tourism, and tourism and hospitality. The search was carried out by limiting publications from 2010 - 2020. From the results of the literature search, it can be seen that transportation has an important role for sustainable halal tourism, because the key characteristic of tourists is mobility. Challenges and problems in sustainable halal tourism transportation services in Indonesia in general are still faced with problems of increasing safety, increasing smooth mobility and problems of service accessibility. Key words : transportation, sustainable halal tourism.

Abstract

Halal tourism in Indonesia is becoming a hot topic of conversation because it raises pros and cons among the public. Many argue that the existence of halal tourism will kill local wisdom and turn an area into a religious area. Religious moderation is interpreted as a balanced religious attitude between the practice of one's own religion and respect for the religious practices of other people of different beliefs. This research uses a qualitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis. From the results of the study can be obtained conclusions that religious moderation is a middle way in an effort to bring harmony to differences in perceptions that occur in understanding religion. Management halal tourism has great potential in planning the creation of religious moderation in Indonesia, so the challenge contained in halal tourism is not become a barrier of the main actors to be able to sow the seeds of moderation in preventing the spread of the ideology of violence. Abstract

ABSTRACT The trend of Muslim friendly tourism is a new phenomenon in tourism. Judging from the principle of usefulness, the presence of Muslim friendly tourism provides a significant blessing to all parties involved in Muslim friendly tourism, especially in improving the economy. The demands of the Muslim community for a Muslim friendly tourism destination are not only limited to increasing the economy and the attractiveness of a tourist destination to Muslim friendly tourism, but also having an impact on the comfort factor and guarantees in carrying out worship are also part of Muslim friendly tourism which has basic value humanity. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the relationship between the principle of usefulness and humanitarian principles and their impact on Muslim friendly tourism. The research method used in this research is library research. The results of the study show that Muslim friendly tourism is a form of expression that the presence of Islamic law in the aspect of Muslim friendly tourism is rahmatan lil 'alamin which can provide the principle of benefit to stakeholders at large, and highly upholds the value of human principles and respects the existence of the form of human nature.

Abstract

The Qur'an and Hadith as sources of Muslim law have made it clear that halal products are very important to be used by Muslims in Indonesia, therefore halal nowadays, many Indonesian people are interested in using it so halal products in Indonesia have become a sector that contributes greatly to the Indonesian economy. In addition to providing halal products that are good for those who consume them, they also provide economic value to the people in Indonesia who have a halal product business. Halal does not only concern product content but also relates to the halal logistics system and the halal supply chain. Literature study is used as a research method to gather insights from various national and international sources. Method collection data through secondary data obtained from various scientific works such as journals, articles, e-books, and the internet. Based on the results of the study, halal logistics is a logistics system based on segregation between halal and non-halal products. The purpose of separating halal and non-halal products is to avoid contamination of goods, avoid errors in handling goods, and ensure the consistency of halal handling as expected by Muslims. In addition to product halalness, the development of halal logistics also includes policies, infrastructure, facilities, and institutions. In addition, competency in human resources is also required in each process and information technology for monitoring the halal product flow.
