Abstract

Cows are one of the livestock that we often encounter. Meat and milk that produced by cows are used by humans as food. Garongan village, also utilizes cattle as one of the village's potential which is also a livelihood for the villagers. The large number of cattle in Garongan village also produces a lot of waste. However, there are still many of us who do not know that the waste from cows can be used as biogas energy which can be useful for daily life and of course reduce the existing waste. Besides the cattle, the villagers also use the sandy soil for farming. However, not all plants can grow well in sandy soil. Therefore, villagers only plant one type of plant on sandy soil, which is chili plants that are used for agriculture. However, besides chili, there are many alternative crops that can grow well on sandy soil and can be used as agriculture.

Abstract

Social enterprise is a typical organization in the social economy. Social enterprise has two purposes: meeting the principle of profit maximization and addressing social and environmental purposes, which includes reinvesting in the community. These two purposes are aimed to be fulfilled simultaneously, as social enterprises seek to balance activities that provide economic benefits with social goals. Lingkar Organik is a social company located in Yogyakarta that continues to grow and develop. To develop a business entity, growth in organizational performance is needed, both in terms of financial performance and service quality. Employees in social companies come from various cultural backgrounds, education, social conditions, and generational gaps become a significant challenge in managing human resources to explore their talents. Another challenge is the lack of understanding of the social vision and objectives that are the main foundation. Therefore, it is important to have employee development and internal branding for Lingkar Organik.

Abstract

Community Service Program is an action taken by students to go directly to the community in implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The activities carried out are in the form of community service and counseling involving students, lecturers, and the community. This Community Service Program has the aim of increasing knowledge, feeling, and social awareness by providing advice and services at the location of the KKN implementation. With the Real Work Lecture, it is hoped that every student will implement the knowledge they have learned during their studies at the university. The purpose of writing this journal is to explain the village's potential program, namely in developing processed peanut products. This product is later expected to increase income for Cerme Village residents, provide education about the benefits of peanuts, provide additional knowledge about profits, profits, and gross profit in managing product sales. The COVID-19 pandemic is also not an obstacle because digital marketing can work and actually increases the marketing reach for these products.

Abstract

The implementation of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) held by Atma Jaya University Yogyakarta is carried out online. This is due to a pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV2 virus, where everyone is asked to carry out their activities from home because the SARS-CoV2 virus will spread more quickly when in a crowd. The purpose of this KKN activity is to develop the social spirit and dedication of students and students to the community. Students and college students are expected to be able to increase empathy and concern. In addition, KKN is a form of university involvement in the development of an area from various sectors, especially in Kanoman Village, Panjatan, Kulon Progo Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data was collected using literature study techniques which will be analyzed further. Group 95 has a work program in the form of E-books and Videos regarding the development of the potential of Kanoman village, namely coconut into Virgin Cocount Oil, with the hope that Kanoman village can become a developed, prosperous and prosperous village.

Abstract

In KKN 80 UAJY, Group 94’s designated KKN location is located in Gotakan Village. Gotakan is one of the villages located in Panjatan District, Kulon Progo Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The group programs that must be carried out are; to seek the Potential of the Village (Potensi Desa) and to make Pocket Books (Buku Saku) out of the village’s potential. In working on the two group programs, Group 94 collected data through the website. From the data collected, Group 94 saw the phenomena or problems faced by Gotakan Village. For the village's potential, there are two potentials, which are potentials in the arts and agriculture. The potentials in the arts sector are in the form of kenthongan, jathilan, and macapat; as well as the potentials for agriculture are shallots and coconuts. Looking at the potential of the village, problems were found, these problems are the lack of art preservation and product development of the village’s agricultural products. Therefore, Group 94 suggested the people of Gotakan to be able to better preserve their arts and develop their agricultural products. Regarding the development of agricultural products, Group 94 has made a pocket book containing coconut processing into coconut jam and gandos cake.

Abstract

Abstract — The Integrated Business Service Center functions as a training ground for MSMEs who want to develop their business. Through this service center, MSMEs can be helped by being given training that complements the various skills needed to manage their business. The Integrated Business Service Center in Semarang said that currently MSMEs need practical training, especially training related to business governance and digital marketing. The method used as a solution to overcome this problem is in the form of management training, especially on the production floor using SCORE analysis and digital marketing training through social networks, as well as online assistance in 3 meetings. After training and mentoring, assisted MSMEs can manage production areas in a cleaner and more orderly manner for more efficient movement of workers. Meanwhile, efforts are starting to be seen in managing social media, separating social media between business marketing and social media for private owners and preparing attractive social media content plans. Keywords — MSME, business service center, kaizen, production, digital marketing Abstrak— Pusat Layanan Usaha Terpadu (PLUT) berfungsi sebagai tempat pelatihan bagi para pelaku UMKM yang ingin mengembangkan usahanya. Dengan adanya PLUT ini diharapkan para pelaku UMKM dapat terbantu dengan diberi pelatihan yang melengkapi berbagai keterampilan yang dibutuhkan untuk mengelola usahanya. PLUT Kabupaten Semarang menyampaikan bahwa saat ini UMKM membutuhkan pelatihan-pelatihan praktis, khususnya pelatihan terkait pengelolaan tata kelola usaha dan pemasaran digital. Metode yang digunakan sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut berupa pelatihan tata kelola khususnya di lantai produksi menggunakan analisis SCORE dan pelatihan pemasaran digital melalui jejaring sosial, serta pendampingan jarak jauh dalam 3 pertemuan. Setelah dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan, UMKM binaan dapat mengelola area produksi dengan lebih bersih dan teratur untuk pergerakan pekerja yang lebih efisien. Sementara itu, upaya sudah mulai terlihat pada pengelolaan media sosial, memisahkan media sosial antara pemasaran usaha dan media sosial untuk pemilik serta menyiapkan rencana konten media sosial yang menarik.
