Abstract

This study aims to know there is a relationship between job satisfaction with teacher OCB at Vocational High School Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta Administration. This research use quantitative with two variables there in, namely: (X) job satisfaction as independent variables and (Y) OCB as the dependent variable. The method used is survey method with the results of the analysis of correlational studies. The population in this study are teacher’s at vocational high school in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta there is 275 teachers. Samples were taken by using simple random sampling technique. The technique is based on the sample size used in this study as many as 73 teachers. Data collection for the variable (X) job satisfaction and variable (Y) OCB using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done using product moment correlation formula in can correlation coefficient (r) = 0,45283 and based on the results of hypothesis testing using t-test obtained t for 4.280 > 1.994 t-table. From this research, we get there’s positive relation between job satisfaction with OCB at Vocational High School Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta Administration. The contributions made by teachers job satisfaction on OCB, amounted to 20.51%.

Abstract

This study aims to know there is a relationship between headmastersinterpersonal communication with teachers performance at Vocational High SchoolNorth Bogor District, Bogor City. This research use quantitative with two variables therein, namely: (X) interpersonal communication as independent variable and (Y) teachersperformance as the dependent variable. The method used is survey method with theresults of the analysis of correlational studies. The population in this study are teachersat vocational high school in North Bogor District, Bogor City, there are 580 teachers.Samples were taken by using simple random sampling technique. The technique is basedon the sample size used in this study as many as 85 teachers. Data collection for thevariable (X) interpersonal communication and variable (Y) teachers performance using aquestionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done by using product moment correlation formulaand getting the correlation coefficient (r) value = 0,58892 and based on the results ofhypothesis testing by using t-test obtained t for 6,639 ˃ 1,671 t-tables. By this research,we get a positive relation between interpersonal communication with teachersperformance at Vocational High School North Bogor District, Bogor City.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the General Finance Training Center. Whichaims to identify training management Mastering Islamic Finance process. This researchwas done since october 2016 to january 2017. This research was using a qualitativeapproach with descriptive methods. Data collection is done through interview,observation and documentation study. Source of research data comes from keyinformants head of planning and development division, head of implementation division,and several informants supporters such as head of curriculum subdivision, currculumsubdivision and implementation subdivision staff.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Planning of Mastering Islamic FinanceTraining begins with training need analysis, preparing curriculum, materials, teachingmaterials, assign teachers, the requirements of the participants, the venue for training.Implementation of Mastering Islamic Finance Training at the general finance trainingcenter appropriate with the guidelines. (2) Implementation of the training activitiescarried out through several stages including methods independent study and face-to-face.The determination of participants Mastering Islamic Finance training based on therecommendation of General of Budget Financing and Risk Management

Abstract

This study aims to determine the introductory training management at Ministry ofManpower Training and Education Center. In research on training management trainingfocused on the planning and implementation of training. This research is a qualitativedescriptive study. Determining the subject of this study using snowball sampling. Datacollection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data wereanalyzed by descriptive qualitative.The results of the study indicate that the introductorytraining management Employees working in the Ministry of Employment Training Centerinclude: 1) Planning training in with AKD (Training Needs Analysis) tailored to theneeds on the ground. Formulate the curriculum, syllabus, teaching materials, methods,schedules, and lecturer. After conducting a needs analysis phase, 2) The training beginswith a letter calling the membership then process the results of field organizersformulation of curriculum, syllabus and schedule to be processed into a tentativeschedule. Next is a learning process begins with classical training and learning outsidethe classroom there are street vendors (Practice Field work) in order to train theparticipants in terms of skills. After the stage of the learning process of the next stage isthe end of the training seminar is the last stage of determining graduation trainingparticipants were announced at the closing. Then follow-up after the participants followthe training is coaching and empowerment of the participants returned to the horse'smouth each work unit. Employee Training Center and related Technical Unit shouldprepare earlier and more intensively communicate in detail in preparing the training. theneed for alternative plans or concepts implementation and submitted directly to therelevant parties prior to the implementation of the training in order to anticipate atechnical error or adjustment situation and conditions on the ground so it does not needto re-coordination.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to gain sufficient in formation on the effect of Job Design and Personality on the Teacher’s Work Justice in State Junior High School Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta.This study consisted of too exogenous variable, they are Job Design and Personality and endogenous variable is justice of the teacher jobs in State Junior High School Provincial of DKI Jakarta.This research conducted in Jakarta for six months, since January to June 2018.The population of this research was all of the teachers in state Junior high school Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta, they were respondents. The sample was taken by applying simple random sampling. The total sample of this research was 222 teachers. The result of research showed that ( 1 ) There is a significant direct effect of job design to work justice ( 2 ) There is a significant direct effect of personality to work justice ( 3 ) There is a significant direct effect of job design to personality. Based on the result of this research,the researcher suggested to the teacher in order to improve the organizational structure and personality in school organization so they could justice and finally they finding high motivation works and job high performance.

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of (1) trust, (2) job satisfaction, (3) turnover intention of teachers teaching at private Vocational High School (SMK) in North Cikarang District. Survey method with a quantitative-causal approach using path analyses is used to in this research. The survey was conducted from September to December 2017, involving 125 teachers in a District as randomly determined samples. The findings of this study show: first, there is a directly negative effect of trust on turnover intention. Second, there is a directly negative effect of job satisfaction on turn over intention. Third, there is a directly positive effect of trust on job satisfation. Based on the findings, it is suggested that the Principal whose position is also as a manager in the school be a good role model for the teachers in respecting and appreciating others.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap kinerja pegawai tata usaha SMP Negeri di Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis jalur (path analysis). Sampel penelitian ini adalah 86 pegawai tata usaha SMP Negeri di Jakarta Utara. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistika deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai tata usaha SMP Negeri di Jakarta Utara. Dengan demikian peningkatan kinerja pegawai tata usaha dapat tercapai dengan baik apabila terdapat pengaruh yang kuat dari karakteristik pekerjaan yang terbina dengan baik. Kata kunci: kinerja, karakteristik pekerjaan, pegawai tata usaha

Abstract

Kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah merupakan program yang dilakukan sekolah dalam  panduan untuk membimbing guru memahami tentang literasi digital berdasarkan pertimbangan pemahaman pembelajaran disekolah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan dampak dari kepemimpinan pembelajaran  kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi literasi digital guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Proses pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Proses analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan pembelajaran dalam literasi digital guru telah terpenuhi dengan baik tetapi dalam pelaksanaanya belum berjalan dengan baik terbukti masih kurang kualitas guru dalam menerapkan pemahaman literasi digital terutama terlihat  terhadap  dalam kebutuhan siswa. Rekomendasi peneliti ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam literasi digital yang didukung oleh sarana prasarana sekolah sehingga menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang menarik bagi siswa. Implikasi dari kepemimpinan pembelajararan dapat dilihat dari Inspirasi, motivasi, semangat. Sebagai sumber belajar dan panutan guru dalam peningkatan kompetensi literasi digital guru.
