Abstract

Background: Occupational injuries in Indonesia increase every year where one of the causes is fatigue. Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) is the most common occupational injuries that happen. This problem can be caused by ergonomic factors such as standing position for long periods of time. Purpose: Safety shoes can be personal protective equipment to prevent MSDs complaints on the feet. Method: Additional designs and features are needed to increase the effectiveness of safety shoes. Smart Safety Shoes are shoes equipped with anti-fatigue sensors where there is a pulse detector and a heating sensor and apply Internet of Things technology by focusing attention to ergonomic concepts. The sensor system in the shoes is connected to the android application via wifi network. The application displays pulse rate, temperature, oxygen saturation, warning and recommendation information, as well as heating sensor control. Result: From the results of trials using a random sample, the levels of comfort and safety of these shoes are 83,3% and 83,3%, so they are quite effective to use. Conclusion: Foot fatigue can be relieved by turning on the heating sensor for about 5-10 minutes for maximum comfort so that MSDs can be prevented as early as possible.

Abstract

Intention of buying product or service is very important thing on purchasing stage. It depends on alternatives evaluation process on pre purchasing stage. K4 Pregnant woman has to decide the place to birth. The objective of this study is to create recommendation to increase Normal Labour on K4 Pregnant Women using Brand Image Analysis dan Three Stage Model of Service Consumption in Klinik Pratama Rawat Inap Rumah Bersalin Gratis Rumah Zakat. This research uses observasional analytic and prospective cohort. The primary data is collected two times, before and after delivery process. There are 54 respondents, whether all of K4 pregnant women with pregnancy age are more than 32 weeks. The samples were taken from March to August 2014. The result shows that some characteristics have relationship with purchasing decision. The recommendations consist of product, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. Overall, the head of branch needs to fix the service for mother and child evaluation soon. Abstract

Heat Strain merupakan respon fisiologi terhadap beban panas dimana tubuh berusaha untuk menghilangkan panas ke lingkungan untuk memelihara kestabilan suhu tubuh. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh kenyaman termal, beban kerja fisik, usia, masa kerja, status gizi, status aklimatisasi, kondisi kesehatan, konsumsi obat-obatan, dan konsumsi air terhadap heat strain dan memberikan rekomendasi. Penelitian ini mengunakan teknik total sampling yaitu sebanyak 36 pekerja. Metode analisis menggunakan uji regresi logistik ordinal dan kejadian heat strain menggunakan kuisioner HSSI (Heat Strain Score Index). Hasil pengujian regresi logistik ordinal diperoleh bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap heat strain yaitu kondisi kesehatan p-value 0,010 (α<0,05), konsumsi obat-obatan p-value 0,004 (α<0,05) dan untuk konsumsi air p-value 0,023 (α<0,05). Sedangkan untuk variabel usia, masa kerja, status gizi tidak memiliki hubungan (p-value > 0,05). Rekomendasi yang dilakukan secara hierarki pengendalian adminstratif yaitu dengan melakukan penambahan ventilasi mekanik berupa blower, rolling pekerja, sosialisasi, penambahan air galon, dan penyesuaian pakaian kerja.

Abstract

The problem of hospital services, one of which is queuing, is important because it affects hospital productivity. Hospital queues can be caused by the large number of patients and the length of patient treatment. According to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 30 of 2022, the standard of patient satisfaction with health services must reach ≥ 90% where one of the indicators is the long waiting time. Long waiting times or queues can cause medical services to be less than optimal, especially for patients who have emergency complaints (Prabowo, 2019). Therefore, to increase the productivity of hospital services, a human health diagnosis system is designed through a desktop application-based digital screening using the forward chaining and neural network methods to make it easier for doctors to diagnose patient diseases. This innovation is also equipped with severity detection and treatment recommendations for patients. The purpose of this study is to create a knowledge model that can predict patient disease. The results of this study were obtained that the accuracy of testing the diagnosis of patient disease reached 86.6% with the functional ability of the designed diagnostic application to function 100%. With this innovation, the diagnosis of symptoms of human disease can be carried out precisely and precisely so that hospital productivity and health status in every community in Indonesia increase.

Abstract

Pneumonia yang disebabkan oleh infeksi sindrom pernapasan akut parah virus corona 2 (SARS-CoV-2) muncul di Kota Wuhan bulan Desember 2019. Pada 11 Februari 2020, Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) secara resmi menyebut penyakit akibat infeksi SARS-CoV-2 itu sebagai penyakit virus corona 2019 (COVID-19). COVID-19 mewakili spektrum manifestasi klinis yang biasanya mencakup demam, batuk kering, dan kelelahan dengan keterlibatan paru. SARS-CoV-2 sangat menular dan sebagian besar individu dalam populasi besar juga menularkannya rentan terhadap infeksi. Sejak wabah tersebut, pemerintah dan masyarakat telah bertindak cepat untuk melakukan langkah-langkah untuk mengendalikan epidemi. Terutama aspek kesehatan umum di institusi pendidikan yang harus selalu diperhatikan. Dalam rangka program Kesehatan holistik pemantauan Kesehatan dilakukan secara simultan. Melalui proses hybrid semua dilakukan dengan 350 pegawai mendapat cakupan. Hal ini dilakukan pemantauan 7x24 jam dengan shift online.

Abstract

Fenomena wabah baru bernama Covid-19 yang berasal dari Wuhan, Tiongkok terus menerus bertambah korbannya. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penjelasan tentang wabah baru serta menganalisis manajemen perencanaan mengenai peran penting kebijakan pemerintah yang harus bersinergis dengan masyarakat oleh 4 strategi dari pemerintah, yaitu strategi promotif, preventif, kuratif beserta jaring pengaman sosial yang nanti nya akan berdampak pada strategi – strategi yang dapat pemerintah terapkan dalam melewati musibah pandemi. Peran pemerintah tak henti-hentinya mengingatkan dan meminta peran serta masyarakat untuk pencapaian hasil kebijakan yang maksimal diperlukannya peran masyarakat dalam upaya menangulangi pandemi. Untuk melakukan semua kebijakan yang ada agar adanya kesinergisan untuk tujuan memutuskan rantai penyebaran virus COVID-19. Masjid sebagai salah satu pusat komunitas menjalin sinergi dengan Ketua Takmir. Hal ini merupakan salah satu jalan yang dapat membantu pemerintah dalam menjalankan sinergitas pengendalian covid berbasis Masjid dengan Masyarakat.
