Abstract

This study examines public communication strategies to improve the school's image so that people believe and are interested in sending their children to the institution. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The type of research is a case study with the research location being at SMP Nurul Huda Peleyan Kapongan Situbondo. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and in-depth interviews and then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the research obtained are that the implementation of public communication at SMP Nurul Huda Peleyan Kapongan Situbondo is carried out by preparing a layered strategy which is then realized by conducting internal and external communication (publication to the wider community through print media and social media). The implication is that the public relations of educational institutions must establish communication and cooperation with internal and external parties so that school publications can be realized optimally.

Abstract

Updates Concept boarding school Curriculum must continue to improve it self as well as in developing innovative teaching and training Curriculum, in order to compete in this global era with other educational institutions in producing quality graduates. In addition, because the upkeep boarding school education curriculum has a harder task than the other educational institutions. Updates boarding school curriculum is required not only to produce graduates who are competent in the field of science and technology (IPTEK) but also to have faith and devotion (IMTAQ) quality so formed that boast private, skilled, creative in all things and be able to compete in the arena of real life. Konsep Kurikulum pendidikan Pesantren harus terus berbenah diri serta inovatif dalam mengembangkan sistem pendidikan dan pengajarannya, agar dapat bersaing di era global ini dengan lembaga pendidikan lainnya dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas. Selain itu juga karena sistem pendidikan Pesantren mempunyai tugas yang lebih berat dibandingkan dengan lembaga pendidikan lain. Pembaharuan sistem Pesantren dituntut bukan hanya menghasilkan lulusan yang berkompeten dibidang ilmu pengetahuan dan tekhnologi (IPTEK) namun juga mempunyai keimanan dan ketakwaan (IMTAQ) yang berkualitas sehingga terbentuk pribadi yang membanggakan, terampil, kreatif dalam segala hal serta mampu bersaing dalam kehidupan nyata.

Abstract

Berbagai penelitian dan karya ilmiah yang berhubungan dengan Konsep, metode, dan proses pelaksanaan pendidikan keagamaan di pesantren memang cukup banyak namun yang ansih membahas tentang pembelajaran kitab kuning melalui tradisi proses pembelajaran di pondok pesantren masih belum banyak, sehingga menjadi penting dan menarik untuk dibahas dan dipahami lebih konprehensif adapun karya tulis ilmiah tentang pesantren telah tersebar luas, baik dalam bentuk buku–buku, makalah, buletien dan majalah. Namun realitasnya masih banyak yang tersisa yang belum terungkap oleh sebagian pemerhati pendidikan tentang pondok pesantren, yang tidak ditemukan di luar pesantren atau pendidikan lain, yang jelas mereka sepakat dan berkesimpulan, bahwa di pesantren terdapat nilai-nilai yang sangat menarik dan spesifik untuk dikaji, salah satunya tentang model pembelajaran kitab kuning. Pembelajaran kitab kuning merupakan salah satu ciri khas tradisional yang masih dilestarikan di lembaga pondok pesantren, maka penulis banyak menemukan karya ilmiah yang mengkaji terhadap system pembelajaran kitab kuning di berbagai pondok pesantren. Jurnal konseptual ini diklasifikasikan menjadi dua hal yaitu sebagai berikut; pertama bagaimana implementasi pembelajaran kitab kuning sebagai upaya pengembangan kemampuan santri serta dampak dan urgensi pembelajaran kitab kuning dalam mengembangkan kompetensi santri

Abstract

Given the importance of understanding the holy book of the Qur'an in educational institutions such as Madrasah Ibtida'iyah (MI), an effective learning method is needed, because it is known that there are still many phenomena of MI level students whose reading of the Qur'an is not good and many are from those who focus more on general subjects. Therefore, the purpose of writing this article is to describe a number of theoretical studies by taking references from books, journals, and other literature. As the results of the discussion of this article provide an overview and concept of the literature on how the Qur'anic learning model must be applied, namely; 1. The basic conception of learning the Qur'an; 2. Various methods of learning the Qur'an; 3. The importance of the Qur'anic learning method; 4. Development of relevant Qur'anic learning methods to be applied for MI students. Based on a number of theoretical discussions in this article, it is hoped that significant changes will occur for the improvement of MI students' knowledge in learning the Qur'an and for MI level education staff to apply the Qur'anic learning method for their students.

Abstract

The increase in the use of social media during the Covid-19 period allows it to reduce the social sense of the community in the educational environment. So school principals have a tough task how to manage school units by implementing good education administration in the post-Covid-19 era. So the purpose of this paper is to examine various kinds of literature (books, journals) on how education administration is integrated with social intelligence from an Islamic perspective in order to find a good concept of maintaining public relations in the school environment after the pandemic. The results show that ; 1) Social intelligence from an Islamic perspective that can be integrated such as compassion for fellow human beings, sincerity, kindness, helping others, and friendship with fellow human beings; 2) The way the principal interacts must be based on indicators of social intelligence from an Islamic perspective (compassion for fellow human beings, sincerity, kindness, helping others, and friendship with fellow humans). The implementation of administration that is integrated with social intelligence from an Islamic perspective is not only to improve good relations between humans (Hablum Minannas), but also to seek the pleasure of Allah SWT (Hablum Minallah).
