Abstract

PAI learning in early childhood still shows various problems that are less encouraging. The learning process of Islamic Education is only limited to the process of transfer of knowledge of Islamic Religion so that it is less able to convert it into "meaning" and "value". PAI puts more emphasis on the knowing and doing aspects and has not yet addressed the aspects of being. The failure to organize PAI so far is due to malpractice in education only paying attention to cognitive aspects and neglecting the development of affective aspects. To be able to overcome and solve these problems, a PAI learning process is needed that is in accordance with the needs of students. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Islamic religious education in RA is carried out by teaching morals to children, praying fardhu properly and correctly, training children to learn Alquran with Iqro. Inhibiting factors in implementing early childhood religious education there is no awareness and understanding from each child's parent to guide children in carrying out religious teachings, such as praying five times a day, learning to read the Koran and doing good to others and the influence interaction in the surrounding community. Efforts to overcome obstacles in implementing early childhood religious education are to provide exemplary and attention and affection for children, so that they can follow what parents and teachers instruct

Abstract

Children are the trust and grace of God Almighty, which have values as a whole person. Children also have human right that appreciates by people of the world. In physical and mental growth period, children need care, special protection, and legal protection both before and after birth. It should be admitted that the family is a natural environment for the growth and welfare of children. The protection of children's rights receives less attention from various parties, including concrete steps to protect children's rights. Labuhan Ratu Sub-district of Lampung Timur Regency is one of East Lampung Regency with juvenile delinquency data which is 3 (three) MTs and 1 (MA). In MTs and MA in Labuhan Ratu sub-district, Lampung Timur District, there are various types of juvenile delinquency (Juvenile Delinquency) caused by the child's own condition, physical and social. Increasing the number of violations for child offenders in conflict with the law is also evident from the data held by Unit PPA (Protection of Women and Children) Lampung Timur Police. During the year 2016, there were 57 children in Labuhan Ratu sub-district who had problems with the law both as perpetrators and as victims Juvenile delinquency cases, ranging from immorality, Persecution, Pornography, theft, violence, etc. that occurred in MTs and MA in Labuhan Ratu sub-districts are still largely handled by schools, involving parents, and communities. But also not a few who finally proceed with the reporting process to the police. Associated with the child's capacity as a perpetrator generally end up thrown into jail or prison house. Whereas the Prison Crime should be the last alternative (Ultimum Remedium). It can be argued that 90% of children facing the judicial process were sentenced to a conviction (jail).

Abstract

Domestic violence is a form of violence based on the usual assumptions about gender regarding the relationship between men and women. Domestic violence stems from a wrong perspective, namely that human dignity and standardization of gender roles in a person are underestimated. Violence against women and children is not only found in physical violence but psychological and economic violence. The purpose of this service is to provide information to the public, especially in Labuhan Ratu IX Village, Labuhan Ratu District, East Lampung Regency, Lampung Province that women and children have been given protection to the state through legislation, one of which is Law no. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence and Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection. The method used in this service is PAR (Participatory Action Research) which emphasizes the problems faced by the community by providing assistance, Mentoring, Counseling, Advocacy and Socialization on the Law on criminal acts of domestic violence and protection of minors. The result of this service activity is to provide an understanding to the community about domestic violence. The purpose of this service is so that the community can prevent the occurrence of domestic violence in the future.

Abstract

Improving the competitiveness of village government is the main pillar in achieving SDGs as a form of commitment and mainstreaming village development that guarantees justice and village governance that is able to improve the quality of life from one generation to the next. Consideration of providing assistance to increase the capacity of village apparatus and the community of Labuhan Ratu IX Village, Labuhan Ratu District, East Lampung Regency towards optimizing the national SDGs program, namely to support and increase the various potentials possessed by the Village towards achieving SDGs. With the Assistance, Counseling, and Training provided to Village Apparatuses and Communities such as Legal Product Making Training, Capacity Building for Village Apparatuses in the Field of Information and Technology, MSME Training and Assistance, Legal Consultation and Religious Guidance, it is hoped that this can realize Optimization of the Sustainable Development Program National SDGs, so that they can increase the human resource capacity of the Village Apparatus and improve the Economy and Food Security of the Community of Labuhan Ratu IX Village.

Abstract

Household integrity is the dream of every husband and wife. Building a family that is full of love, comfort and security is a manifestation of a happy family life. Violence that occurs in the household is indicated as a violation of human rights. Domestic violence is also a form of crime against human dignity. This is because domestic violence tends to lead to discriminatory behavior, where all forms of domestic violence cannot be justified. Thus, domestic violence behavior in any form can result in criminal charges and be processed legally. Community Service Activities carried out by the PKM STAI Darussalam Lampung Team were carried out in Braja Harjosari Village, Braja Selebah District, East Lampung Regency, is a service in the form of Assistance, Legal and Psychological Assistance for the KPM PKH Community, Braja Harjosari Village, Braja Selebah District, East Lampung Regency Against Internal Violence Household (KDRT). Based on the implementation of the service that has been carried out, it can be concluded that all participants participated in this activity enthusiastically. The knowledge they have is increasing. Both about the meaning of domestic violence, the impact of domestic violence and the legal umbrella for victims of domestic violence. Participants no longer consider domestic violence to be a disgrace to the victim's family. So that victims no longer feel afraid and embarrassed to report the violence they experience to people they trust.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengekplorasi perkembangan wakaf dari masa ke masa, baik dari sejarah Islam dan sejarah wakaf diindonesia, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif pustaka.wakaf selain berfungsi ibadah juga berfungsi sosial, Fungsi ibadahnya bertujuan mencari pahala dari Allah dan fungsi social untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan umat Islam, sesuai UU no 41 tahun 2004 tentang wakaf dan pelaksanaanya, manajemen nazir wakaf harus lebih professional dalam pengelolaannya demi tercapainya tujuan, fungsi dan peruntukan wakaf tersebut. Sesuai hukum Islam wakaf diera sekarang mengacu kepada kesejahteraan umat dalam pengembagan dan pengelolaannya.
