Abstract

The development of technological sophistication today, is needed in various fields, especially in the field of education. Technology is needed in the field of education to make it easier for schools to obtain data, provide teaching and assess the development of schools, teachers, and students to be more efficient, fast and effective. Schools are where students receive guidance and instruction from educators or teachers. The quality of an educator is needed in realizing smart, skilled, and creative students. Therefore, they are required to have their own advantages that will make them the best teachers. Teacher performance is needed to improve the quality and quality of an educator. With a good community assessment of the TK IT An-Nur, teachers have a responsibility to always improve the quality and quality. Kindergarten teachers are required to be creative in guiding students, not only introduce children to lessons but also introduce children about manners and moral daily life. TK IT An-nur still uses a manual and has not been computerized in the assessment of teacher performance, so in determining the best teacher in each year is still groping. With the best teacher decision support system with graphic rating scales method, it can facilitate principals and operators in the performance assessment process and get accurate results.

Abstract

Abstrak Sistem penilaian kinerja karyawan dan promosi jabatan merupakan hal penting dalam sebuah perusahaan, dan dalam mengetahui perkembangan kinerja karyawan perusahaan. Penilaian kinerja karyawan yang dilakukan secara manual menjadi permasalahan tersendiri bagi sebuah perusahaan. Hal ini juga dialami pada PT. Esensi Indonesia, dimana penilaian kinerja karyawan masih menggunakan cara manual. Penilaian dilakukan oleh team leader untuk mengetahui karyawan yang berpotensi bagus untuk dipromosikan kejenjang karier berikutnya, dan kemudian hasil penilaian diserahkan kepada superivor dan berlanjut ke manager dan terakhir ke HRD dalam bentuk yang masih kertas.Hal ini yang menyebabkan data dan penilaian menjadi lebih merepotkan karena harus ditulis dan dihitung secara manual dan memperlukan waktu yang panjang.. Proses penilaian kinerja karyawan dan promosi jabtan pada PT. Esensi Indonesia dilakukan setiap setahun sekali dan berdasarkan beberapa kriteria yang akan dinilai belum menggunakan metode yang khusus sehinggamasih terdapat kesalahandalam perhitungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menerapkan metde gauging absence of prerequistes (GAP) dalam proses penilaian kinerja karyawan dan promosi jabatan pada PT. Esensi Indonesia. Dengan metode GAP ini dapat membantu menilai seberapa besarnya jarak antara kinerja aktual dengan standar nilai kinerja yang diharapkan dan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan peningkatan kinerja yang diperlukan. Abstract

Technological developments in the modern era as it is today, there have been many innovations from scientists, communities and students to facilitate human activities. The results of this innovation are expected to help people's daily activities. However, there have not been many innovations that can facilitate human work, one of which is in the field of citizen services, such as the area of Rt 007 Rw 014 Kelurahan Pgilan, East Jakarta, which is currently trying to develop into a more developed and better area. The analytical method and technique used in this research is a SWOT analysis, by looking at the company's business needs and objectives. So the researcher aims to develop an Android-based application for the citizen service information system, because it will be very helpful in the citizen data storage system, as well as other citizen services directly in the citizen service application. And it can be directly accessed by the head of Rt 007. In making this Android-based application, the Java programming language is used as the Sharedpreferences database. With this citizen service application system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the people of Rt 007 who are involved in data management and the head of Rt 007 or other management can monitor the application of citizen services

Abstract

Along with technological developments, utilization in data processing both input and output become very important. Starting from inputting data manually, it proves that the use of technology is still not fully used. Data that has been processed conventionally sometimes encounters problems caused by human error. Not only that, when data must be entered into a computer, it requires additional time and when natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, landslides occur. Census files that are still in the conventional form are likely to be damaged and will take time to re-data. This is the main reason for RT 004 RW 008 to need an efficient data collection system. The application of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology in this study is expected to be a solution in increasing the efficiency of the data input process. In this study, the input process is carried out in real time using the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) method to scan data on e-KTP. The results of testing OCR technology with the LSTM method in this study for the three experiments carried out were 1) The e-KTP detection experiment resulted in an accuracy of 100%, 2) The trial of reading 19 attributes on the e-KTP resulted in an accuracy of 98.42%, 3) Testing the error reading of the e-KTP attribute resulted in an accuracy of 93.56%. Overall, the accuracy of the LSTM method in word detection on e-KTP results in an accuracy of 92.1%. These results indicate that the application of OCR technology with the LSTM method is one of the right solutions for the data input process.

Abstract

In the nomination of candidates for Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Pengawas (PKP), the Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kota Bekasi is still experiencing problems in determining the nominative to be dispatched. The impact of these problems is in the form of a mismatch of the nominations of potential participants with priorities that must be expedited. Therefore, it is necessary to have a system that uses a database so as to assist the leadership in making decisions to determine and determine the nominative priorities of prospective PKP participants. In this study, the authors propose the application of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The data collection method used is the method of observation and interviews. The criteria proposed from the interview results include Age (weight: 0.35), Echelon (weight: 0.25), Group (weight: 0.2), Service Period (weight: 0.15) and Employee Work Target Value (weight: 0.05). The system development method used is the Waterfall method. The system is built using the PHP programming language with MySQL as the database. System design using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and system testing using Black-box Testing. With this decision support system, the leadership will get the results of anyone who has the right to be proposed to take part in the Training.

Abstract

MTs HAUDHIYAH AL-WATHONIYAH 43 adalah salah satu sekolah yang bernaung dibawah Lembaga madrasah. Di sekolah tersebut belum memiliki website khusus sekolah, serta pembelajaran yang belum menggunakan teknologi digital. Maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang lebih baik dengan penerapan teknologi informasi, yang dapat membantu dalam pencatatan data guru, serta murid di sekolah ini. Pembuatan website dan aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pencatatan data serta pembelajaran yang sudah memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi. Website sekolah ini didalamnya terdapat aplikasi mengaji yang dikhususkan untuk seluruh siswa-siswi dan guru madrasah yang telah didaftarkan oleh admin. Sumber data yang digunakan website ini didapat dari pihak sekolah melalui tata usaha. Metode yang dilakukan untuk membuat website ini adalah dengan cara menganalisis kebutuhan fitur yang dibutuhkan oleh sekolah dan menganalisa cara belajar siswa-siswi disekolah, serta pengujian terhadap webiste itu sendiri. Website dan aplikasi yang dibuat sudah memenuhi kebutuhan fitur yang dibutuhkan oleh sekolah, serta tampilan yang cukup sederhana ternyata dapat memudahkan pengurus sekolah dalam mengelola data dan mendapatkan informasi karena system informasi ini menyediakan fitur yang lengkap dan mudah dimengerti. Cara atau metode tradisional atau secara langsung merupakan hal yang biasa dilakukan oleh para guru mengaji dalam belajar.Pentingannya belajar ilmu tajwid adalah supaya kitab isa memahami bagaimana hukum-hukum membaca Al-Quran yang baik dan benar.

Abstract

In the selection of the best teachers at TK Santo Andreas Jakarta there are still several obstacles, such as the assessment of each teacher is still done manually, namely the principal must fill out the assessment instrument form for each teacher that has been provided, which causes the assessment process to be less accurate and inefficient. In addition, to obtain or find out information on the results of the selection of the best teachers takes quite a long time, because the administrative section must re-enter the value of each teacher into Microsoft Excel and make pranking teacher scores manually. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation and literature study. The decision-making method used by the author is SAW, while the system development method used is the SDLC method with UML design tools. Implementation of the program using the PHP programming language with MySQL database. Decision support systems can be used to facilitate the school in managing data, presenting information, generating reports and reducing errors in calculating grades and getting accurate teacher ranking results and the application of the SAW method can improve the quality of decision making in selecting the best teachers. Based on the results of research conducted at the Santo Andreas Kindergarten, Jakarta, the best teacher scores according to the ranking, namely teacher Theresia Luan with a value of 1.00.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Directorate General of Customs and Excise, which is an agency under the Ministry of Finance which has the duties and strategic functions in carrying out supervision in the field of export imports. Submission of customs documents is self assessment because only company know about the goods imported so needs to be inspected by Customs and Excise Officials. In the event that the customs inspection result is found a wrong notification, the Customs and Excise Officer will make a correction and be stated in a letter called Surat Penetapan Tarif dan Nilai Pabean (SPTNP). Data mining is a term used to describe the discovery of knowledge in a database. Data mining classification method using CRISP-DM research model can be used to provide predictions in the determination of SPTNP. Classification process is done by comparing three classification algorithms, namely Decision Tree, Naive Bayes, and Logistic Regression. The results of the classification process are evaluated using Confusion Matrix and T-Test to get the best accuracy logarithms. This research also uses Correlation Matrix to determine the relationship between factors.Keyword: Data Mining, Classification, CRISP-DM

Abstract

Untuk mengetahui apakah aplikasi TPS Online berjalan sebagaimana mestinya, maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi kinerja aplikasi tersebut. Evaluasi dapat dilakukan dengan cara yang berbeda dan pada tingkat yang berbeda tergantung pada tujuan evaluasi. Dalam melakukan kegiatan analisis dan evaluasi sistem informasi terdapat beberapa metode atau model analisis yang dapat digunakan salah satunya adalah model analisis PIECES Framework. Untuk memfasilitasi evaluasi, kami menawarkan pendekatan analitik dengan kerangka PIECES yang menguraikan 6 fokus analisis kelemahan: Kinerja, Informasi dan Data, Ekonomi, Kontrol dan Keamanan, Efisiensi dan Layanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan dan kepentingan, mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan serta menganalisis komponen apa saja yang perlu ditingkatkan kualitas layanan yang terdapat pada aplikasi TPS Online. Data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuisioner kepada 18 pengguna aplikasi TPS Online untuk mengetahui tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna.

Abstract

Pregnancy is a very valuable thing for a mother, who certainly brings happiness to every family. But sometimes not all pregnancies go smoothly as expected. Sometimes there are pregnancy disorders that carry a high risk. To avoid these disorders, a pregnant woman should consult with a pregnancy expert. However, not all mothers can easily access consultations with doctors or midwives, many obstacles are faced such as limited time or high costs. This lack of information can bring disaster to pregnant women. Then made an application that can be easily accessed anywhere and anytime at a low cost, which can provide information to pregnant women about disorders in pregnancy. This application is like an expert who can answer complaints experienced during pregnancy. By using the forward chaining method, which is a forward flow by describing the symptoms experienced so that a diagnosis of the disease that might be suffered can be obtained, so that further action can be taken to reduce the risk even higher.
