Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan modifikasi sarana pembelajaran  dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar shooting permainan bola basket pada siswa kelas X MIA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Pujut, Kecamatan Pujut Kabupaten Lombok Tengah tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Pujut, Kecamatan Pujut Kabupaten Lombok Tengah tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 berjumlah 26 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes ketrampilan shooting bola basket dan observasi dari proses pembelajaran. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian inia dalahs ecara deskriptif yang didasarkan pada analisis kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian inia dalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan prosedur penelitian meliputi planning, acting, observation dan reflecting. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh simpulan bahwa penerapan modifikasi sarana pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar shooting permainan bola basket pada siswa kelas X MIA 1 SMA Negeri 1  Pujut, Kecamatan Pujut Kabupaten Lombok Tengah tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Dari hasil analisis yang diperoleh terdapat peningkatan kondisi dari observasi awal ke siklus I dan siklus II, baik dari peningkatan aktivitas dalam proses pembelajaran maupun hasil akhir kemampuan shooting bola basket. Dari pengukuran seluruhan pembelajaran diperoleh prosentasi ketuntasan hasil belajar shooting bola basket pada kondisi awal (38,89%), siklus I (63,89%), dan siklus II (83,33%), sehingga peningkatan dari ondisi awal ke siklus II sebesar (44,44%).

Abstract

So far, proof of a child's identity is only limited to a birth certificate, then through the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 2 of 2016the government issued a policy on KIA (Child Identity Card). Where through the KIA (Child Identity Card) the government hopes that there will beincreasing data collection, protection and public services to realize the best rights for children. Not only for data collection purposes, KIA (CardChild Identity) together with the birth certificate are expected to provide legal certainty and guarantee for the recognition of rights along with:his protection. With the formulation of the problem how to implement Permendagri No. 2 of 2016 concerning KIA (Child Identity Card) in the ServicePopulation and Civil Registration of Mojokerto Regency. This study aims to determine the implementation of Permendagri No. 2 of 2016About KIA (Child Identity Card) at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Mojokerto Regency.The theory used is the theory of Policy Implementation from Edward III which consists of 4 indicators, namely: Bureaucratic Structure, Resources,Disposition and Communication. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method that describes the phenomenonactually from events in the field. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations and documents related to research.The results of the study indicate that the community is the object of implementing the policies contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 2The year 2016 regarding Identity Cards is of course urged to realize that current population administration documents are very important andsupport its implementation. of this policy. The government – ??in this case the Department of Population and Civil Registry – has not made enough effortsto raise public awareness effectively.

Abstract

Implementation is an action or implementation of a plan that has been arranged sequentially. Usually done afterpolicy planning that is considered perfect. In accordance with policies that include rules containing elements of decisions in an effort toselection of alternatives in order to achieve certain goals and objectives. In relation to the law that regulates the elderly, such as clothing, boardsand food. in Mojokerto Regency there is an institution that oversees all Regency Elderly who receive assistance from the government.Therefore, the elderly who have no family or are neglected will be put in a nursing home under the auspices of the Social Service which will provide services for the elderlyget protection and social security from the government. There is a budget from the APBD for every elderly in the nursing home. Destinationof this study is to determine the implementation of the welfare of the elderly according to the Law on the Elderly Number 13 of 1998. The results of the studyThe welfare of the elderly in nursing homes is measured by using 6 aspects, namely influencing interests, types of benefits,degree of change, location of decision making, program implementers and resources used.
