Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work stres through job satisfaction on KCP employee turnover intention Panin Bank in KCU Coffee Unit; to analyze the effect of compensation through job satisfaction on KCP employee turnover intention Panin Bank in KCU Coffee Unit and to analyze the influence of job satisfaction on KCP employee turnover intention Panin Bank in KCU Kopi Unit.The research method used is quantitative with an explanatory survey research approach or correlational design through data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population is all employees at KCP Panin Bank in KCU Coffee Unit West Jakarta totaling 206 people with a sample of more than 20%, amounting to 98 people. Data analysis techniques are used using path analysis using PLS.The results showed that work stres had a positive effect on turnover intention, compensation had a negative effect on turnover intention, work stres had a negative effect on job satisfaction, compensation had a positive effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction had a negative effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

Work family conflict is one of the problem that must be faced by employees. This conflict occurs because the working hours and workload which is owned by an employee is too dense, so that all the attention and mind too on one role only.which in turn leads to the employee turnover intention.This study aims to explore the effect of work-family conflict and Organizational commitment , job satisfaction and turnover intention PT. Tomo & Son. The sample in this study were 91 employees of the PT.Tomo & Son. The data collection technique used was questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS (Partial Least Squares).The results showed that: (1) work-family conflict have negative effects significantly to job satisfaction; (2) Organizational commitment have positive effects significantly to job satisfaction; 3) work-family conflict have positive effects significantly to turnover intention; 4) Organizational commitment no have negative effects significantly to turnover intention (5) job satisfaction have negative effects significantly to turnover intention

Abstract

Quality human resources are an important factor to increase the productivity of government agencies. High competence is required to be able to support the improvement of employee performance achievements. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual competence and work discipline on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The study population was an employee of planning, evaluation and organizational financial reporting analysts within the scope of the Serang City government with a total sample of 60 people. The data analysis technique used a structural equation model that was processed with the SmartPLS application. The results of the study prove that there is a significant influence with the direction of a positive relationship of intellectual competence on employee performance. There is no effect of intellectual competence on organizational commitment. There is a significant influence with the direction of the positive relationship of work discipline on organizational commitment. There is a significant influence with the direction of a positive relationship of work discipline on employee performance. There is a significant influence with the direction of a positive relationship of organizational commitment to employee performance.
