Abstract

Pembagian beasiswa dilakukan oleh beberapa lembaga yang bertujuan untuk membantu seseorang yang kurang mampu namun memiliki prestasi. Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Bhati Husada Mulia Madiun merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi yang memberikan beasiswa kepada mahasiswa. Proses seleksi secara manual membutuhkan ketelitian dan waktu yang cukup lama, hal ini mengakibatkan lamanya proses pengambilan keputusan penerima beasiswa. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK)  penentuan mahasiswa penerima beasiswa akan mengolah data kriteria penerima beasiswa dengan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).  Hasil analisa dari metode AHP akan menentukan urutan kandidat yang bisa menerima beasiswa berdasarkan besarnya bobot kriteria. SPK penentuan mahasiswa penerima besiswa ini dibangun dengan perangkat lunak PHP dan database MySQL. Perancangan sistem menggunakan  Object Oriented Design dengan UML tools.

Abstract

This research is a field study with the title Study on the Development of the Social Soul of Women's Child Labor using qualitative research approaches and inductive methods. The expected purpose of the research is to find out how the Development of Social Soul of Women child Labor Children and parenting patterns in Joho Village, Merchandise Subdistrict, Madiun Regency. The problem in this study is how is the development of Social Soul and childcare patterns of Women Workers in Joho Village, Merchandise Subdistrict, Madiun Regency?. Research data will be extracted from primary data sources and pseudo-data sources. While the methods used to collect data are methods of observation, interview and dukumentation. Based on the results of data collection, data analysis and discussion showed that the development of the Social Soul of Women's Child Labor is different from children who are always accompanied by their mothers. Childcare is better done by parents because the child's Social Soul Development will be able to develop more optimally in accordance with the rhythm of mental development and will lead the child to better growth, the child can be more independent and can socialize with the environment and be more responsible. While the development of the Social Soul of Women's Child Labor in general experiences psychological social barriers that will not interfere with their developmental tasks.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi tingginya angka kematian Ibu hamil adalah pengetahuan yang minim tentang proses persalinan. Data statistik menunjukkan bahwa angka kematian ibu hamil dari 100.000 kelahiran hidup adalah 305 kematian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode forward chaining pada pengembangan sistem pakar untuk diagnosis jenis persalinan pada ibu hamil. Metode pengembangan sistem pakar yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pemodelan Waterfall. Tahapan dalam metode waterfall adalah analisa, desain, dan implementasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan metode Forward Chaining dapat diterapkan pada pengembangan sistem pakar diagnosis prediksi jenis persalinan pada ibu hamil. sistem pakar yang dibangun dapat berjalan baik dengan menampilkan pertanyaan diagnosis dan hasil kesimpulan jenis persalinan. Hasil kesimpulan Solusi dapat  membantu ibu hamil dan tenaga kesehatan untuk memprediksi jenis persalinan yang akan dijalani sehingga ibu hamil dapat melakukan persiapan sejak dini.

Abstract

The availability of medical record files accurately and quickly when needed is one indicator of quality patient service so that patients feel well served. Correct and valid reports depend on the process of obtaining the data, therefore a management system is needed that is able to monitor the data processing process quickly and in real time. Currently the system running at the Sumbersari Community Health Center is implemented manually. The manual medical record system takes quite a long time plus the risk of being vulnerable to loss, damage and requires a large space to store the documents. Using a website-based medical record system is the right solution to solve this problem. So that all medical records personnel can quickly master the use of this system, assistance is needed in the form of socialization on the use of a website-based electronic medical records system
