Abstract

Conversion of agricultural land resulted in socio-economic changes for farmers who do the conversion, which would then have an impact on the level of well-being of farmers. The methods used in the writing of this research is qualitative research methods. The result of the writing of this library study revealed that land conversion Conditions farmers ‘ livelihood before and after the existence of the land conversion is seen in terms of revenue is the amount of income of farmers after the land conversion there is increased and decreased from the amount of income before the existence of land conversion. The condition of the housing and kepemilikikan assets haven’t changed much both before and after the existence of land conversion. At this writing specified on conversion of agricultural land, livelihoods, economic conditions, the income of farmers, and its impact on the level of household well-being of farmers in the countryside. Abstract

Si Anti Ribet Innovation (Ready to Deliver Tickets to Home Quickly) is a staffing innovation based on website technology on mobile phones that is useful for verifying data regarding ticket cases to make it easier for people to deal with ticket problems. The Si Anti-Ribet program aimed at people who are ticketed, so they don't need to go to the Surabaya District Attorney's Office to collect a ticket document in the form of a vehicle registration certificate (STNK), but simply by accessing the provided link. The purpose of this study was to find out the application of service innovation as well as the inhibiting and supporting factors in the implementation of Si Anti-Ribet service innovation at the Surabaya District Attorney's Office. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the Anti-Ribet innovation service at the Surabaya City Public Prosecutor's Office has been going well. and helped the community a lot in solving ticket problems. the community can facilitate access to the latest information, accelerate the flow of information and greatly facilitate communication between individuals, both far and near.

Abstract

The service program policy through the SMART SOTO application is one of the programs initiated by the East Java Regional Police with several Polres ranks, one of which is the Lamongan Police which aims to improve the quality of police services at the Lamongan Police, one of which is the SIM service. The background to the launch of the SMART SOTO Lamongan application was the desire to provide the best service to the community and also to minimize cases of illegal levies during SIM services. The aims of this study were to describe and analyze data: 1) The performance of the SMART SOTO program's policies in improving the quality of police services to the people of Lamongan district and 2) What factors supported and hindered the implementation of the SMART SOTO program in Lamongan District. This study uses evaluation indicators from Willim N. Dunn. This study uses data collection techniques based on interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study show that the SMART SOTO program, especially SIM services, has demonstrated timeliness, service users, especially young people, are very high, but those aged 30-40 and above are still lacking. In addition, this program is supported by several agencies in Lamongan Regency. The benefits have been felt by the people of Lamongan Regency, this program has been socialized in various crowded places such as the Alun-alun and several sub-districts as well as outreach via Facebook. The SMART SOTO program has shown satisfaction. The SMART SOTO program has become the best choice for the people of Lamongan Regency. Suggestions from researchers should socialization be carried out per village or sub-district so that it reaches more people, the application is only available for the Android version, so it is better if it is upgraded with another version such as iOS, it is necessary to schedule an update for the SMART SOTO application.
