Abstract

Handling this issue for SMEs remains piecemeal and not comprehensive, comprehensive and simultaneous. Lack of coordination between agencies related to SME development led to many SMEs entangled bad credit and even go out of business. While the existence of SMEs is very important in supporting the national economy and create jobs and prosperity. This study is based on the problems faced by SMEs over the years, both the problems associated with the condition of internal and external conditions, among others, field operations, processing, marketing, capital, human resources, technology, business climate or competition . This research can generally be concluded that based on the results obtained support the hypothesis testing positive and significant that reinforce the concept that SME performance improvement can be achieved through internal factors, external factors, barriers to innovation and partnership capabilities. Although the magnitude of the effect is not the same but overall indicate a significant influence. Keywords : Internal and External Factors, Capability, Obstacles, Performance of SMEs.

Abstract

Leaders as the top management plays crucial role in assuring the success of every organizationprograms aimed at achieving the excellence of marketing performance. To get prominent marketingperformance it required an organization culture which allowing implementing marketing concept toachieve the excellence of marketing performance as a market orientation. Nevertheless, it appearsan assumption that only market orientation is not sufficient so requiring firms to learn faster thantheir competitors. It needs also organization characteristics that are able to develop learning abilitywithin organization that is learning-oriented led to improve understanding toward markets and as awhole would imply customer’s response in line with firms’ expectation. In this context, it is proposed aresearch model to analyze the relation between leaders’ characteristics and market orientation, marketorientation and marketing performance, and learning orientation and marketing performance. Thisstudy used 62 sample managers or company leader of statue and relief in industry centric MulyoharjoJepara through purposive sampling technique. Data collection was undertaken by way of personallyadministered questionnaires which the analyzed with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). From theresearch, it is concluded that learning orientation has a positive effect on organization marketingperformance, market orientation has a positive effect on organization marketing performance, andleaders’ characteristic has a positive effect on market orientation.Keywords: Leaders Characteristic, Market Orientation, Learning Orientation, MarketingPerformance

Abstract

There are many types of investments to make money, one of which is in the form of shares. Shares is a trading company dealing with securities in the global capital markets. Stock Exchange or also called stock market is actually the activities of private companies in the form of buying and selling investments. To avoid losses in investing, we need a model of predictive analysis with high accuracy and supported by data - lots of data and accurately. The correct techniques in the analysis will be able to reduce the risk for investors in investing. There are many models used in the analysis of stock price movement prediction, in this study the researchers used models of neural networks (NN) and a model of support vector machine (SVM). Based on the background of the problems that have been mentioned in the previous description it can be formulated the problem as follows: need an algorithm that can predict stock prices, and need a high accuracy rate by adding a data set on the prediction, two algorithms will be investigated expected results last researchers can deduce where the algorithm accuracy rate predictions are the highest or accurate, then the purpose of this study was to mengkomparasi or compare between the two algorithms are algorithms Neural Network algorithm and Support Vector Machine which later on the end result has an accuracy rate forecast stock prices highest to see the error value RMSEnya. After doing research using the model of neural network and model of support vector machine (SVM) to predict the stock using the data value of the shares on the stock index hongkong dated July 20, 2016 at 16:26 pm until the date of 15 September 2016 at 17:40 pm as many as 729 data sets within an interval of 5 minute through a process of training, learning, and then continue the process of testing so the result is that by using a neural network model of the prediction accuracy of 0.503 +/- 0.009 (micro 503) while using the model of support vector machine (SVM) accuracy of the predictions for 0477 + / - 0.008 (micro: 0477) so that after a comparison can be concluded that the neural network models have trend prediction accuracy higher than the model of support vector machine (SVM).

Abstract

Kabupaten Jepara dikenal sebagai kota ukir dengan produk unggulan daerahnya adalah mebel. Persebaran industri ukir dan mebel hampir menyeluruh di daerah Jepara terutama di Kecamatan Tahunan. Hasil mebel Jepara banyak diminati orang Indonesia dan luar negeri karena kualitas dan model yang custom. Oleh sebab itu, pasar industri mebel mengarah ke domestik dan ekspor. Seiring perkembangan teknologi dan revolusi industri 4.0, di Jepara mulai bermunculan penanaman modal asing (PMA) khususnya di bidang mebel, sehingga karyawan industri mebel mulai berkurang dengan penggunaan teknologi. Adanya krisis covid-19 secara global berpengaruh pada perekonomian Indonesia salah satunya industri mebel. Media Online menjadi alternatif media promosi selain media pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut di masa pandemi. Para IKM dituntut bisa menggunakannya untuk keberlangsungan usahanya. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pelatihan internet marketing melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, monitoring, dan evaluasi. Capaian luaran kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan keterampilan mitra dalam pembuatan akun media sosial dan pembuatan konten, dan peningkatan aset yang semula 18 alat menjadi 20 alat sehingga bisa meningkatkan kapasitas produksi.

Abstract

PENDAHULUAN Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan produksi, kesalahan-kesalahan yang telah dihindari masih sering terjadi dalam proses pelaksanaannya, seperti yang penulis amati saat melakukan praktek kerja lapangan pada PT. TALENTA JAVA DESIGN Jepara, melihat adanya penumpukan barang yang menganggurdan menunggu untuk digunakan atau dikirim kembali. Hal ini disebabkankarena adanya kesalahan dalampenjumlahan barang yang tidak sesuai dengan daya tampung pada volume muatan container saat pengiriman.

Abstract

Abstract Growth of small and middle furniture and carving industry represent a commitment which need to be placed forward in framework to race growth and generalization of economics in all subprovince region ofJepara as especial encoding materialization of economics base on nationality. Identify potency resource, problem, opportunity, and challenge faced need to be conducted by a systematic and consistent, and framework compiles a direction and policy of growth of small and medium furniture and carving industry in sub-prdvince of Jepara. Area autonomy becomes activator to compile pattern growth of small and medium furniture and carving industry according to society aspiration. Globalization is viewed as well-balanced opportunity to set Jepara as supplier commodity of furniture and carving industry becomes bigger part product of small and middle industry. The growth Pattern content covers direction, planning program, strategic and also consistent policy with riel requirement and materialization of economics base on nationality. The activities are begun with by descriptive research about quantitative and qualitative condition middle and small furniture and carving industry in sub-province region ofJepara. Portrait small and middle Industrial will be identified by key factor and success with analysis of SWOT (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Treats)

Abstract

Pendidikan mempunyai peran penting dalam pembangunan suatu bangsa. Selain pendidikan informal pendidikan formal juga mempunyai peran yang signifikan untuk membekali siswa di dunia pendidikan. Terutama untuk  pre elementery school yaitu tahapan peralihan sebelum masuk ke sekolah dasar. Mitra yang akan kami ajak kerjasama dalam pengabdian ini adalah KB-TK Al Hikmah Mulyoharjo. Berdiri tahun 2010 dipimpin oleh Ibu Nurma Diana. Permasalahan yang muncul pada mitra selama ini pihak sekolah melakukan promosi sekolah dari mulut ke mulut dan menginfokan ke orang tua lulusan melalui grup WhatsApp sehingga kurang optimal. Segi manajemen, selama ini pelaporan administrasi keuangan masih seadanya dengan format yang sederhana dan manajemen pengalokasian dana masih belum tertata dengan baik. Permasalahan ini perlu dicarikan solusinya agar tidak mengganggu untuk di masa yang akan datang. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah media pemasaran dengan menggunakan media digital seperti website sekolah, dan Pelatihan pengelolaan administrasi keuangan sekolah yang terintegrasi dengan website sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan ipteks, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Output dari kegiatan yaitu peningkatan keterampilan mitra dalam mengelola website sekolah dan WhatsApp sebagai media promosi dan keterampilan dalam pembuatan laporan pengelolaan administrasi sekolah dengan Google Spreadsheet yang terintegrasi dengan website sekolah.
