Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang stressor akademik mahasiswa pada program studi bimbingan dan konseling FKIP UNTAN dalam pembelajaran online selama pandemic covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 100 mahasiswa dengan random sampling. Instrumen stressor akademik dalam penelitian ini diadaptasi dari alat ukur Gadzella’s Student-Life Stress Inventory dengan jumlah 25 butir soal. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase correction. Hasil penelitian menunjukan stressor akademik mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran online dalam kategori cukup tinggi dengan prosentase sebesar 60%. Stressor akademik mahasiswa ini meliputi: Frustrations dengan kategori “Rendah”; Conflicts dengan kategori “Cukup tinggi”; Pressures dengan kategori “Rendah sekali”; Changes dengan kategori “Cukup tinggi”; Self-imposed dengan kategori “Rendah sekali” Kata kunci: Stressor Akademik; Pembelajaran Online; Pandemi Covid-19 Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out about the academic stressors of students in the guidance and counseling study program of FKIP UNTAN in online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sample in the study amounted to 100 students with random sampling. The academic stressor instrument in this study was adapted from the Gadzella's Student-Life Stress Inventory measuring instrument with a total of 25 questions. The data analysis technique uses the percentage correction formula. The results showed that the academic stressor of students in online learning was in a fairly high category with a percentage of 60%. These student academic stressors include: Frustrations in the “Low” category; Conflicts with the category “High enough”; Pressures with the category “Very low”; Changes with the category “High enough”; Self-imposed with category “Very low”
