Abstract

Customers PLN Batam continues to increase, so it is necessary technological tools to assist the process of improving customer service, poor quality of their services led to many customers complaining against PLN Batam services. Customers expect satisfaction with service PLN Batam quality products provided to customers are not in accordance with the wishes of the customer, so that customers feel aggrieved, it is necessary to apply information technology, the quality of service that the company's goal is achieved, Managed poorly, it can lead to miscommunication occurred between the PLN and the Government, because PLN is a limited liability company. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the implementation of Informat technology in providing information needed for customer PT. PLN Batam, and gain an overview of the services provided to the customer PT. PLN Batam. To obtain an overview of customer satisfaction with PT. PLN Batam, to memperolehgambaran implementation of Information Technology to customer satisfaction PT. PLN Batam. To find out how much the level of quality services that include Tangible, realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy towards customer satisfaction PT. PLN Batam. Methods The study design using descriptive and correlation. Descriptive method is a type of research that provides an overview or description of a situation as clearly as possible without any treatment of the studied projects. While the study design korelasil, useful for understanding behavior, whether it is human behavior or other living things, or it could be the behavior of objects that are the objects of research, can be done by looking at whether a particular variable on the object to be examined relating to certain other variables. The findings of this study to get the results that the implementation of information technology to provide accurate information to customers PT. PLN, as well as the quality of services provided by PT. PLN Batam to qualified customers at this time, if eligible implementation of Information Technology. And if all the independent variables are met it will increase customer satisfaction PT. PT. PLN Batam according to the value of contributions, so the customer PT. PLN Batam are satisfied with the implementation of information technology and quality services applied in PLN Batam.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the use of the image of the website provider Telkomsel Telkomsel. Telkomsel provider imagery can be interpreted as a result of the company or individual in carrying out its work effectively, efficiently and legally controlled undertaken in order to achieve the mission and vision of the company At the beginning of the PT. Telkomsel is a joint venture between PT. Telkom and PT. Indosat engaged in telecommunications. By name in November 1993 Telkomsel PT. Telkom implement the Pilot Project on the island of Batam and Bintan islands by using the system of the European digital technology, known as GSM. Treading December 1993 PT. Telkom officially registered as a member of the GSM MOU and the beginning of the first telecommunications between phones on the island of Batam and Bintan islands. The project succeeded in building a mobile telecommunications network from scratch in a relatively short period of time is just over two months. Telkomsel is the leading mobile telecommunications operator in Indonesia that provides a variety of technology-based services with GSM network Dual Band (900 & 1800), GPRS, Wi - Fi, EDGE, 3G, HSDPA and HSPA in Indonesia. For international network, Telkomsel collaborate with 362 roaming partners in 196 countries. State-owned company between PT. Telkom and PT. Indosat finally formed in November 1994. The project evolved into other provinces in Indonesia which eventually led to the establishment of PT. Telkomsel on May 26, 1995 as one of three national license holders GSM operators in Indonesia. After a tender process open and transparent for approximately one year, entry of new shareholders, namely PT. Telecom Netherlands and PT. SETCO Megacell Asia. Until now the final composition of PT. Telkomsel held by two companies, namely PT. Telkom and PT by 65%. SingTel (Singapore Telecom) by 35%. With the shareholding structure of the PT. Telkomsel will be very easy to access and continuity of political, global communications, total quality control and GSM access between countries, as well as promotion and others.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to also learn how where efktivitas system used in the company, from this study are expected to provide benefits for the company in Batam, especially PT Shimano Batam, regarding the effectiveness of information systems RVMS PT Shimano Batam For Employees in doing their job. This study attempts to examine how the Effectiveness of Information Systems Employee Motivation RVMS influence on Shimano PT Batam. This study uses one independent variable and one dependent variable. The impact of the independent variables was analyzed by simple regression model. The results showed that there is a relationship of mutual dependence between variables significantly related.

Abstract

PT PLN Batam as one of the companies that provide electric power to serve customers in Batam Island and the surrounding areas can not be separated from the competitive climate despite allegedly monopolistic factor is still a force to compel customers to receive services provided by PT PLN Batam. But in fact the competition has taken place in Batam Island, among others, the utilization of electricity for a specific area such as Tunas Industrial Area, Industrial Area Batamindo, and Panbil Industrial Area, and in allowing some companies to manage their own electrical such as Mega Mall, which has a gas plant for its own sake . This shows that competition in the electricity business in Batam has occurred and for the PT PLN Batam should improve service if do not want to be left by customers. The process of sending the bill could use that email can be generated'automatically 'directly to the customer. Means that PT PLN have to create a process that will directly send the bill to the customer when the final email service usage period for example the 1st of each month. In addition to the delivery process (obviously) much faster than the way 'manual', the reduction of paper consumption (and its cost) will be considerably increased. Corporate image is a psychological impression and overview of the various activities of a company in the eyes of the public audience that is based on knowledge, responses and experiences that have been received. Specific assessment of the company's image can be shaped by the public image of good, average and poor.

Abstract

Mobile marketing secara luas dapat didefinisikan sebagai “penggunaan media seluler sebagai alat komunikasi pemasaran” atau “distribusi dari setiap jenis pesan promosi atau iklan kepada pelanggan melalui jaringan nirkabel”. Smartphone BlackBerry adalah merupakan ponsel pintar dengan beberapa keunggulan fitur. Namun BlackBerry tetaplah barang elektronik yang memiliki resiko kerusakan dan gangguan seperti halnya ponsel-ponsel/handphone lainnya. Komunikasi interpersonal merupakan alat penghubung dalam menyampaikan atau memberikan informasi kepada orang lain. Tanpa adanya komunikasi, semua aktifitas yang dilakukan tidak akan berjalan efektif. Peranan komunikasi interpersonal dapat meningkatkan Kepercayaan pelanggan, karena tingkat kepercayaan merupakan pendorong atau penggerak dari dalam diri seseorang untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya serta mencapai tujuan tertentu dan dapat bekerja lebih baik. Kepercayaan adalah kemauan seseorang untuk bertumpu pada orang lain dimana seseorang tersebut telah memiliki keyakinan. Kepercayaan merupakan kondisi mental yang di dasarkan oleh situasi seseorang dan konteks sosialnya. Namun kendala dalam kepercayaan seorang pelanggan adalah kurangnya pertukaran interpersonal dan sifat satu kali transaksi bisnis yang khas di internet membuat kepercayaan konsumen menjadi unik, karena kepercayaan berhubungan dengan orang lain dan dipelihara melalui suatu interaksi.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi yang semakin lama semakin maju dan setiap saat selalu ada perkembangan sangatlah mempunyai peranan penting dalam segala aspek kehidupan, salah satu aspek yang tidak bisa lepas dari teknologi informasi adalah aspek perekonomian terutama dalam sistem penjualan produk. Perlu sebuah kreativitas dan inovasi dari produsen agar penjualan produknya bisa ditingkatkan, apalagi melihat masyarakat sekarang yang mempunyai tingkat konsumtif tinggi terhadap barang-barang baru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan algoritma apriori pada penjualan tiket pesawa dan untuk Penetuan penjualan tiket pesawat yang paling banyak terjual berdasarkan jenis dari maskapainya .Metode yang digunakan mencari melalui proses yang metodis untuk menambahkan pengetahuan itu sendiri dan dengan yang lainnya, oleh penemuan fakta dan wawasan tidak biasa. Hasil dari penelitian ini Penerapkan algoritma apriori pada penjualan tiket pesawat efektiv untuk melihat pola pembelian konsumen dimana pada saat pengolahan data dapat kita ketahui tiket yang sering di pesan oleh pembeli yaitu tiket Garuda, Sriwijaya dan Lion sehingga pihak pemilik travel dapat mengatur strategi pemasarannya, seperti mengadakan promo untuk meningkatkan penjualan tiket pesawat tersebut. Penggunakan data mining algoritma apriori untuk menemukan pola kombinasi itemset dan association rules pada Terminal Tiket Batam, dengan penjualan yaitu dengan support dan confidence tertinggi adalah Lion dan Sriwijaya serta Garuda dan Sriwijaya dengan nilai support 50% dan confidence 70%

Abstract

The development of information technology and its relationship with the business world is something that is always interconnected today. Economic principles adopted in the business world require full support for technological developments in order to face increasingly complex global competition, as well as increasingly dynamic market and consumer demands. HR Training Dept. PT. Shimano Batam is one of the many departments that operate under the management of PT. Shimano Batam. This department is fully responsible for employee training before entering the work area, refreshment, and other training that is more specific in accordance with the work program implemented by the company. The design method used in this study is to use the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall model. The results obtained in the form of web-based Deptement e-Training application design at PT Shimano Batam, where the application can facilitate the company in obtaining training information provided by employees quickly and accurately and makes it easy for employees to submit training data reports to the company. This application also means very helpful in the work process, both in terms of quality of work and improving employee morale, so that maximum results are achieved by utilizing resources that can be reduced as little as possible.

Abstract

The development of information technology has created convenience and accuracy in decision making within government agencies and companies. The problem that often arises in a company is about the payroll system, this is a lot we see in electronic and print media there are employees who do demos to demand an increase in salary and no transparency in payroll. The use of computers in any company is very common and ordinary, because there are already many and even all companies use computers as a medium for storing data and controlling data. But the data storage system is still manual for example with Ms. Excell is still lacking in data storage systems. Where so far the recording of the salary of employees is still using the manual system. Given the payroll in a company is an important thing and requires proper handling so that there are no errors in the calculation of employee work hours or extra hours / overtime hours, so we need a system that can overcome these problems. Using VB.Net 2008 Programming can help in making reports that are fast, accurate, timely and also eliminate the constraints that exist in making salary data reports.
