Abstract

Batam City is an industrial city that is on a strategic track, with locations bordering other countries, namely Malaysia and Singapore. Batam City also has a function as an international world shipping port, so that information technology, especially communication is very necessary and must be applied to the industrial world in Batam City. One of the factors of communication problems in Batam City, there are still many cellular cards that are used are not affordable for all locations because they are still using signals that have not been reached so that communication often has problems. The level of card usage by cellular customers is highly dominated by prepaid card customers. Prepaid card customers can easily move to another operator by re-registering the card. Prepaid SIM cards are now easily available everywhere at very affordable and low-cost prices. Offers from all cellular operators are as good as quality, price or service. Another challenge faced is that customers are more loyal to use cellular cards. The purpose of this study is to select celular cards in Batam City. Completion of this problem using Data mining with the Association method with a priori algorithm. With the implementation of the software using Tanagra 4.1 sorfware.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kalau berbicara masalah Microsoft Excel memang tidak akan pernah ada habisnya karena aplikasi yang satu ini memang multi fungsi dan banyak digunakan oleh berbagai kalangan masyrakat mulai dari pelajar, mahasiswa sampai kepada karyawan kantor. Seperti diketahui Microsoft Excel merupakan program spreadsheet pertama yang mengizinkan pengguna untuk mendefenisikan bagaimana tampilan dari spreadsheet seperti font, atribut karakter dan tampilan setiap sel. Microsoft Excel juga menawarkan perhitungan kembali terhadap sel-sel secara cerdas, dimana hanya sel yang berkaitan denga sel tersebut yang akan diperbarui nilainya. Selain itu, Microsoft Excel juga menawarkan fitur pengolahan grafik yang sangat baik. Dalam proses pengabdian yang telah dilakukan ini dengan topik mangelola data dengan dengan Microsoft Excel yang artinya dilakukan pemberdayaan dari Microsoft Excel itu sendiri untuk mengelola data-data murid dan guru-guru taman kanak-kanak yang tergabung kedalam himpunan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan anak usia dini Indonesia (HIMPAUDI) khusunya daerah sekupang kota Batam. Output yang diinginkan dari pengabdian ini adalah diharapkan kepada para guru untuk dapat memecahakan permasalahan dalam hal pengelolaan data siswa yang mana selama ini dikelola secara manual dan untuk tingkat lanjutnya nanti dapat mengelola data-data yang lebih besar seperti data –data sekolah dan data data lainnya secara terkomputerisasi.Abstract: When talking about Microsoft Excel problems, it will never end because this one application is indeed multi-functional and is widely used by various groups of people ranging from students, students to office employees. As is known Microsoft Excel is the first spreadsheet program that allows users to define how a spreadsheet looks like a font, character attributes and appearance of each cell. In addition, Microsoft Excel also offers excellent graphics processing features. In the process of service that has been carried out with the topic of managing data with Microsoft Excel, which means empowering from Microsoft Excel itself to manage the data of students and kindergarten teachers who are members of the association of educators and education personnel of early childhood Indonesia (HIMPAUDI) especially areas around the city of Batam. The desired output from this service is expected to teachers to be able to solve problems in terms of student data management which has been managed manually and for the advanced level can later manage larger data such as school data and other data data computerized.

Abstract

The use of gas in Indonesia is a more profitable alternative, one of which is the oil conversion program, LPG (liquefied petroleum gas). UD.Maju Bersama, which is a distribution agent for 3 Kg LPG gas for household needs, so far because of the many requests, of course LPG agents like this need to forecast the frequency of purchases to find out if the sales have been sold as optimally as possible and stocks can be provided well and supplies adequate for consumer demand. this problem can be solved by applying one of the Datamining techniques which is using the FP-Growth Algorithm method to find out the Frequency of Purchase of 3 Kg LPG Gas. Frequent Pattern Growth (FP-Growth) can be used to determine the set of data that most often appears (frequent itemset) in a data set. The results of data processing purchases at the Elpiji UD base. Forward Together the most sold or purchased values ​​at week 1 and 2 on each month with the highest value support 66.67% confidence 100.00%. the results can help base owners to make decisions on gas supply so that they can be used to increase the amount of supply from distributors to agents and increase profits with support and confidence.

Abstract

In the construction project activities, planning is used as a reference for job implementers and becomes the standard of project implementation, including: documents, technical specifications, schedule and budget. Inappropriate planning, inaccurate project realization investigations, inadequate project management skills and lack of professional service providers, are closely related to the outcome of a construction project process. CV.XYZ Abadi which is a company engaged in construction consulting services. At the present time CV.XYZ Abadi has done many construction planning projects both from government and private, this research will discuss how data mining with algorithm C4.5 process data from budget plan consultant planner cost to predict company profit. Data mining is a technique for extracting new information from piles or data warehouses, as we know information is seen as something that is very important and valuable because by mastering information it is easy to achieve a desired goal, this makes everyone race to while C4.5 algorithm is one of induction algorithm of decision tree that is ID3 (Iterative Dichotomiser 3). ID3 was developed by J. Ross Quinlan. In the ID3 algorithm procedure, the inputs are training samples, training labels and attributes. which will illustrate the profit prediction, the results of this study will result in the rules of profit and loss decisions company.Keywords: Profit, Data Mining, Algorithm C4.5, Tree Decision.Dalam kegiatan proyek konstruksi, perencanaan dipergunakan sebagai bahan acuan bagi pelaksana pekerjaan dan menjadi standar pelaksanaan proyek, meliputi: dokumen, spesifikasi teknik, jadwal dan anggaran. Perencanaan yang tidak tepat, investigasi realisasi proyek yang tidak sempurna, kurang memadainya kemampuan pengelolaan proyek dan kurang profesionalnya penyedia jasa, berkaitan erat terhadap hasil suatu proses proyek konstruksi. CV.XYZ Abadi yang merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa konsultan kontruksi. Pada saat sekarang ini CV.XYZ Abadi telah banyak mengerjakan proyek perencanaan konstruksi baik dari pemerintah maupun swasta,penelitian ini akan membahas bagaimana data mining dengan algoritma C4.5 mengolah data-data dari rencana anggaran biaya konsultan perencana untuk memprediksi profit perusahaan. Data mining merupakan sebuah teknik untuk menggali informasi baru dari tumpukan atau gudang data, sebagaimaya yang kita ketahui informasi dipandang sebagai sesuatu hal yang sangat penting dan berharga karena dengan menguasai informasi maka dengan mudah untuk mencapai sebuah tujuan yang diinginkan, hal ini membuat setiap orang berlomba untuk memperoleh informasi.sedangkan algoritma C4.5 adalah salah satu algoritma induksi pohon keputusan yaitu ID3 (Iterative Dichotomiser 3). ID3 dikembangkan oleh J. Ross Quinlan. Dalam prosedur algoritma ID3, input berupa sampel training, label training dan atribut. yang akan menggambarkan prediksi profit, hasil dari penelitian ini akan menghasilkan rule-rule keputusan profit dan kerugian perusahaan.Kata kunci: Profit,Data Mining, Algoritma C4.5, Pohon Keputusan.

Abstract

There are approximately 95% of cases of unknown cause of hypertension, while the rest caused by other diseases such as coronary heart disease, impaired kidney function, and impaired cognitive function or stroke. RSUD Embung Fatimah is an Indonesian hospital located in Batam Island Riau Province. In 2015, the total number of inpatients for hospitalization reaches 10,317 inhabitants. With the large number of patients per year it causes patient data is increasing. To overcome the problem in tackling people with hypertension disease, it is necessary to analyze the existing disease data, to predict the patient's illness which must be handled based on the pattern of the disease. In data mining there is a model that can be used to predict a pattern in a condition that is predictive or prediction model. One of the algorithms that can be used to create a decision tree (decission tree) is the C4.5 algorithm. The C4.5 algorithm is a method used for predictive classification. Using C4.5 algorithm method, the researcher can classify the pattern of hypertension as a comorbid illness of heart failure, kidney failure, diabetes, stroke and hypoglycemia. In this study, researchers used WEKA (Waikato Environment for Knowledge Analysis) software as tools or tools used to perform testing in order to obtain the pattern of disease from hypertension. From the research findings in the find that in the prediction of hypertension disease as a disease, the attributes that are very influential to hypertension are heart failure.

Abstract

Data mining is a technique to extract new information from the data warehouse, information is considered very important and valuable because by mastering the information so easily to achieve a goal, this makes everyone competing to obtain information, as well as on trading businesses such as minimarket Ayu in Kota Batam. Minimarket is located close to the home of the population, this certainly affects the level of sales, with the daily sales activities, sales transaction data will continue to grow, causing data storage is greater. Sales transaction data is only used as an archive without being put to good use. Basically the data set has very useful information. The analysis of market basket with Apriori Algorithm is one method of data mining which aims to find the pattern of association based on consumer spending pattern, so that it can be known what items are purchased simultaneously. The result of this research found that the highest support and confidence value is Oil and Milk with a support value of 42.85% and confidence of 85.71%.

Abstract

Batam City is the largest city in the RIAU archipelago, the population is also included in the island with the largest population when compared to other islands. According to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Batam City recorded the projected population growth in Batam in 2019 as many as 1,376,009 people. The development of the increasing population will gradually start to cause new problems, namely the problem of housing or housing. When viewed from the incident so far, the factors or reasons for choosing a residential place to live are not understood by the community so that when they buy, problems often occur, such as not matching the price or problems with developers such as difficult mortgage management and an unsuitable environment and many problems. other. This study will analyze the choice of residential housing with the C4.5 datamining technique and rapid mining as data testing tools, the results of this study show that the main factors for housing selection are clean water sanitation, accessibility, accessibility and price after testing the accuracy of C4.5 data. 25 sample data obtained 88.00% accuracy of the performance of this algorithm.

Abstract

MAKING WEB-BASED PROMOTION MEDIA, ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM, AND MARKETING MANAGEMENT IN JOINT BUSINESS GROUP OF FISHERMANS IN PULAU TEMOYONG VILLAGE, BATAM. Batam City is a municipality which has a strategic location directly adjacent to Singapore which is included in the Riau Islands Province. The current reality is that the contribution of the fisheries sector to the regional treasury of Batam is relatively small and is still dominated by other sectors. Some obstacles faced are the lack of knowledge in the field of Information Technology (ICT), especially how to promote aquaculture and catches that are less than the maximum, resulting in a decrease in sales turnover for fishermen. This is felt by the Fishermen Joint Business Group (KUB). This KUB is spread in six villages in the Bulang Sub-District, Batam. Each village is approximately 20 KUB consisting of 10 members. This KUB certainly regulates production and coordinates with regard to the development of fisheries and capture aquaculture products. In the process of cultivation and capture there are no problems, resulting in decreased sales turnover, decreased sales turnover ranging from 10% to 20%, according to interviews with the service team, that one of the consequences is due to the lack of ICT-based promotional media (E-commerce Website), lack of computer-based administrative system management and lack of knowledge in the field of marketing. To avoid ongoing problems, web design training with MDA models and participant satisfaction analysis have been carried out involving 30 participants who are members of a fishing business group. The overall result in the implementation of the training to the community was that 79.58% of participants were satisfied with the training, and there were some inputs that the material provided was too difficult and the training time was also limited.

Abstract

Data mining is a technique for producing information from a data warehouse into new knowledge. Information is very important and useful to achieve a goal, therefore many people who use information, as well as those carried out in sales businesses such as 212 Mart. 212 Mart is located with a residential complex of residents, of course, will affect the level of sales every day, this causes data storage is increasingly growing, besides that the laying of goods is also not following consumer behavior. The association rule analysis with apriori algorithm is the right method to find the association pattern based on consumer shopping patterns so that it can be known the goods purchased at the same time. The results of this study found the highest support and confidence values ​​are Eggs and Noodles, with a support value of 40% and a confidence value of 85.71%.
