Abstract

Kabupaten Purwakarta merupakan salah satu kota yang melaksanakan kegiatan transmigrasi. Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Purwakarta merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintah yang menangani perpindahan penduduk. kasus yang sering terjadi peserta yang mendaftar menjadi transmigran lebih banyak dari yang ditentukan. Sehingga membuat Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi kesulitan dalam menentukan calon peserta. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode Simple Adittive Weight dan metode Waterfall pengembangan perangkat lunak yang dapat memberikan pilihan alternatif dan mempermudah dalam menentukan calon peserta transmigrasi.

Abstract

The use of saved transaction data can provide a lot of knowledge that useful to the company in making policy and find the strategy in Alfamidi. In applying that goal, that is using Market Business Analysis. One of the techniques of Data Mining is Association Rule, which is the procedure of Market Basket Analysis to find the customer buying patterns. This pattern can be one of the ways in making policy and business strategy. One pattern determined by two parameters, they are support (support value) and confidence (certainly value). This analysis used algorithm Equivalence Class Transformation (ECLAT). One of the patterns resulted from analysis to the 30 transaction data with 12 category items. As an instance, if we buy strawberry jam then buy essence of bread with confidence value = 1%. The results obtained an also be used in helping the Alfamidi to help in determine the inventory decisions. So, the conclusion may be taken if consumers could buy strawberry jam then bought essence of bread simultaneously, then the Alfamidi should at least maintain the availability stock of both these items in order to remain the same.

Abstract

Creative industries such as the world of photography have their own color in the technical twists and turns that influence the development of the world of photography. There are many supporting elements in terms of tools and human resources that play a role in the world of photography, the tools needed such as cameras, lenses, tripods, lights, etc. Based on the subject shown, photographic works have different forms and are classified in three subdisciplines, namely the genres of commercial photography, journalism, and art/expression photography. User Interface (UI) is the way programs and users interact. The term user interface is sometimes used instead of the term Human Computer Interaction (HCI) where all aspects of user and computer interaction. User Experience (UX) is a person's perception and response from the use of a product, system, or service. User Experiece (UX) assesses how satisfied and comfortable a person is with a product, system, and service. The method used by the author to design the UI/UX Design of the Photography Reservation Application is the Design Science Research Methodology using the Heuristic Evaluation test. The purpose of this study is to design a UI/UX Design on a photography service reservation application that is integrated with a mobile application to facilitate the process that can be booked or reserved in advance for customers of photography services. Abstract

In this era, the need for technology is indispensable in various fields of need, inseparable from the economic field in the field of community welfare, one of which is work programs to facilitate achieving goals, one of which is the work carried out by the Ministry of PUPR, namely the program for flats, special houses, and stimulant assistance for self-help housing.based on pre-determined criteria. Electre is one of the methods used to rank and determine the best alternative. The basic concept of the electre method is to deal with outranking relationships by using pairwise comparisons between alternatives under each criterion separately. Which produces a computerized system that can automatically determine people who are eligible to receive public housing assistance, based on the criteria values entered. This decision support system is designed using the PHP programming language

Abstract

The cinema is a place to watch movies using the big screen. Various comments on the TIX ID application service can be used to reference the company's evaluation material in assessing the level of service quality that has been provided, so that later the TIX ID application can be used optimally by application users and the company, as for the purpose of this study to find out responses and find out the sentiment analysis stage on twitter social media using the vector machine support algorithm for the TIX ID application. This algorithm is commonly used for text mining by going through the data collection stage, cleaning and labelling data stage, training and testing data sharing stage with 3 comparison scenarios, namely 70:30, 80:20, and 90:10  using 3 kernels, namely dot, radial, and polynomial, then through the text preprocessing stage, the TF-IDF word weighting stage, the data modeling stage, and the evaluation stage. The preprocessing stage consists of transform case, tokenize, and stopwords filters.  The result of this study is that the support vector machine algorithm has an accuracy value of 74.17%. The research concludes that the support vector machine algorithm with a ratio of 80:20 training and testing data ratio scenario produces the highest accuracy.

Abstract

The Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) is one of the government's programs as Poor Student Assistance (BSM). The government program is in the form of cash assistance given to children aged 6-21 years who are still in the world of education. Currently, pip selection at SDN 4 Cisalada from the school is less targeted to have problems in determining potential beneficiaries of assistance where not all students who come from poor families can receive the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP). for this resulting in the injustice of students who should be entitled to PIP funding assistance. To avoid existing problems for the selection of prospective recipients of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) requires a Decision Support System (SPK). The Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method is a quantitative comparison method that usually combines measurements of different risk and profit costs. Design and Build using the Waterfall method in the process of working on it, the design is made using a flowmap and modeling using Unified Model Language (UML) including Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and Class Diagrams. As for programming, it uses PHP and the database uses MySQL. The results of the research that has been carried out by the researcher, it can be concluded by the application of the Decision Support System in determining the determination of PIP assistance in schools using the Multy Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method, for the school can be more objective in assessing the determination of PIP recipients, so as to minimize the risk of misuse and distribution of PIP funds to students not appropriately receiving them. Which is in the nature of providing recommendations for decisions to the school.

Abstract

Abstract—The decreasing sheep population has raised serious concerns regarding its impact on both the livestock industry and export opportunities. One of the main factors contributing to this decline is the prevalence of diseases among sheep. These illnesses present a significant problem as they can lead to reduced meat production, animal fatalities, and economic losses. The limited knowledge among farmers regarding these diseases and sheep care makes it challenging to diagnose and treat the conditions effectively. To address this issue and aid farmers in easily diagnosing diseases, a web-based expert system utilizing the fuzzy Mamdani method was developed. The selection of the fuzzy Mamdani method was based on its ability to handle uncertainty in disease diagnosis, providing reasonably accurate results by evaluating symptoms, determining disease severity, and recommending appropriate treatments. Through the fuzzy Mamdani method and the web-based platform, this system offers convenient access for farmers to diagnose diseases in their sheep online. According to the analysis results, reproductive health disorders are the primary cause of the decline in the sheep population. Consequently, the expert system for diagnosing sheep diseases serves as an alternative for early prevention and suitable treatment. System testing indicates an accuracy rate of 80%, signifying the system's capability to provide reasonably accurate diagnoses. The main goal of this research is to support the livestock and fisheries department in Purwakarta in diagnosing sheep diseases, preventing epidemic outbreaks, and implementing proper measures to mitigate the negative impacts on the livestock industry while promoting sustainable growth of the sheep population

Abstract

YOGYA Group memiliki media informasi berupa aplikasi MyYOGYA, Aplikasi MyYOGYA perlu memperhatikan aspek usability untuk mengetahui aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai yang diharapkan. MyYOGYA masih memiliki beberapa masalah seperti aktivasi akun harus dilakukan di kasir, penyebaran phamphlet promo yang masih menggunakan kertas dan memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama pada saat akan menggunakan aplikasi. Metode Cognitive walkthrough dapat memprediksi seberapa mudah tugas yang diberikan elevator untuk dimengerti oleh pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi. Sedangkan metode System usability scale digunakan karena dapat mengukur akngka usability dengan cepat dan mudah dengan jumlah responden atau sampel yang sedikit. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil evaluasi terhadap aplikasi MyYOGYA, evaluasi yang didapatkan dari metode Cognitive walkthrough yaitu rata-rata completion rate sebesar 94% responden yang berhasil menyelesaikan skenario tugas dan berdasarkan hasil time base didapatkan nilai rata-rata jumlah waktu yang dibutuhkan responden sebesar 5,155 detik. Sedangkan hasil dari metode System usability scale yaitu 61,113 yang menunjukkan aplikasi MyYOGYA dinyatakan Acceptable dengan masuk ke dalam grade D dan rating GOOD. Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi MyYOGYA dapat dijadikan alat bantu informasi seputar YOGYA dalam aplikasi MyYOGYA.

Abstract

Muslims occupy first place in Indonesia. There are 223 million Indonesian Muslims spread throughout the archipelago, among them there are 153.8 million or around 65% of the Indonesian Muslim population who cannot read the Qur'an, this is a matter of concern for the Indonesian Muslim population in learning the Qur'an. Many factors that affect people are difficult to learn the reading of the Qur'an, and from various observations, the Ummi method is applied as a method that is easy to apply and is a method that is starting to be widely used today. The current technological developments certainly support the ease of learning the Ummi method anywhere, anytime, and by anyone. An important factor of mobile applications is the user interface to provide convenience and comfort for application users. The design thinking method is used in this research, this method solves problems by approaching users, there are 5 stages in this method: The mobile application prototype produced in this study is called "Ngaji Ummi", and testing is carried out using the system usability scale method. The average SUS value obtained is 81.071, it can be concluded that the "Ngaji Ummi" application meets the acceptable category or can be accepted by users. With the "Ngaji Ummi" mobile application, it is hoped that it will help the community to learn the Qur'an easily and pleasantly.Keywords – Al-Qur’an, Ummi Method, Ngaji Ummi, Design Thinking, System Usability Scale.
