Abstract

River conditions in Bandung City are currently in critical condition. This study aims to create an early warning system and monitoring of river water quality based on the Internet of Things in the hope that early warnings sent through the telegram application belonging to the Bandung City DLHK officer and the Twitter social media website, can inform the Bandung City DLHK officer that a river is in a polluted condition and the officer can immediately go to the location of river water to carry out mitigation, and give warnings to the community. The research method used using the waterfall method which consists of: needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance with sequential implementation. Data collection methods were carried out in several ways, namely: interviews, giving questionnaires, and literature studies used in this study sourced from books, journals, seminar presentations, and the internet as references in the research conducted. Based on the research that has been carried out, the following test results are obtained: black box testing is carried out in accordance with those contained in the test plan with the results of each test having valid results. The results obtained from the user acceptance test which are calculated using the Likert scale have an average value of 86.94% which fall into the category of strongly agree, and there are three guidelines which are a follow-up to the output of the early warning system that can be carried out either by the Environmental Service. and Cleanliness (DLHK) of Bandung City and the community.

Abstract

Sistem informasi akademik yang ada di Perguruan Tinggi XYZ telah diimplementasikan dan digunakan untuk memudahkan dalam mengelola akademik. Kurangnya kesadaran keamanan infomasi pengguna, pengelolaan hak akses yang tepat, pemeliharaan keamanan jaringan, keamanan fisik dan operasional menyebabkan resiko terganggunya sistem informasi akademik oleh orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Untuk melihat kelemahan-kelemahan yang ada pada sistem informasi akademik harus dilakukan audit dengan menggunakan standar ISO/IEC 27001:2013. Tahapan untuk melakukan audit yaitu: merencanakan, melaksanakan, menganalisis hasil temuan. Ruang lingkup yang akan diaudit adalah klausul keamanan sumber daya manusia, klausul keamanan kontrol akses, klausul keamanan fisik dan lingkungan, klausul keamanan operasional, klausul kemanan komunikasi, dengan tujuan dilakukan audit adalah untuk membuat perancangan kontrol keamanan pada sistem informasi akademik. Hasil dari audit kepatuhan terhadap ISO/IEC 27001:2013 untuk Klausul keamanan sumber daya manusia dengan nilai 14,3 % , klausul keamanan kendali akses dengan nilai 33.3 %, klausul keamanan  fisik dan lingkungan dengan nilai 46.6 %, klausul keamanan operasional dengan nilai 26.6 %,  dan klausul keamanan komunikasi dengan nilai 66.6%.

Abstract

Some sectors of the country industry including PT PLN (Persero) are one of the state's revenue support in the field of electricity. In this era of digitization PT PLN (Persero) has implemented electronic Data processing system (PDE) including in the use of centralized record Meter application (ACMT) and centralized customer service Application (AP2T) for the creation of customer accounts to be more accurate and timely. The research methodology used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques undertaken are observations, interviews and literature from the journal. The results showed that the use of electronic data processing system in PT PLN (Persero) is able to make process of customer account creation become more effective and efficient so that customer's account can be sent to PT PLN partner with Payment Point Online Bank (PPOB) in a timely manner.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in the digital era is pushing for changes in the way it works from conventional to computerized in the management of Clarification Minutes (BA) very helpful to companies, one of which is in the storage of BA through the Data Communication Network (Jarkomdat) application. The technology applied can provide benefits consisting of data security and cost savings. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of BA incoming letters, BA letter management, and BA Soft Copy (SC) letter storage using the Jarkomdat application. Besides, to find out how to report BA Hard Copy (HC). The method used in this research is qualitative research and descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used include observation, direct observation at PT Telkomsat Bogor for 310 hours, literature study by taking references from company documents, books, related journals, interviews with employees of PT Telkomsat's Dukcapil section, and documentation by recording audio, taking photos, looking for data in the form of notes. The results showed that the management of BA using the Jarkomdat application and reporting of BA letters conducted by PT Telkomsat Bogor in the digital era currently facilitates the work process so that it becomes more effective and efficient and the company's goals can run well.

Abstract

Telkom University merupakan institusi perguruan tinggi hasil dari merger 4 (empat) institusi yang berada dibawah naungan Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom (YPT), yaitu IT Telkom, IM Telkom, Politeknik Telkom dan STISI Telkom. Implementasi dari konsep merger ini tentu akan membuat suatu perubahan dinamika lingkungan dalam organisasi dan perkembangan teknologi. Proses merger dari lembaga-lembaga pada akhirnya mendorong pembangunan informasi akademik sistem yang dikenal IGracias (Sistem Informasi Akademik Terpadu). Pemanfaatan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi secara tidak langsung mengalami masalah baik dari pengelolaan informasi atau dari keamanan informasi itu sendiri, termasuk meliputi informasi yang dihasilkan. Proses manajemen keamanan informasi akan menentukan respon dari manajemen untuk melihat bahwa informasi ini merupakan aset yang tak ternilai jika tidak dikelola dengan baik.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa keamanan sistem informasi terintegrasi IGracias dengan objek sistem informasi akademik di lingkungan Universitas Telkom dengan mengacu pada standar framework DAMA DMBOK pada sub kajian Data Security Management.Dari hasil analisa keamanan informasi diperoleh suatu kesimpulan bahwa sistem informasi terintegrasi IGracias dengan objek sistem informasi akademik belum menerapkan keamanan formasi sehingga masih memiliki beberapa lubang keamanan, sehingga dari hasil penulisan jurnal ini dibuat kebijakan keamanan informasi yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan sistem informasi terintegrasi IGracias dengan objek sistem informasi akademik.

Abstract

In the success of the Electronic-Based Government System and Information Security Management System (SMKI), the West Java KPID must participate in it. West Java KPID has a monitoring application that functions to process recorded data and produce findings of violations of broadcast content in television broadcasts. In the monitoring application, there are national TV broadcasts that have networked main stations and local TV broadcasts. The monitoring application can only monitor television because there is a TV tuner that can make a computer capable of processing television signals and then recording them into and into the database and recording 24 hours of television viewing. Given the importance of information and the high risk of interference, the West Java KPID needs to carry out information security governance activities in the environment, especially in monitoring applications because there is data recording the contents of television broadcasts. There are frequent bugs and crashes in monitoring applications due to loss of voltage and not having a temporary power supply. The need for LAN network security to minimize the threat of attacks on monitoring applications. Risk assessment is needed to maintain the aspects of Confidentiality, Integrity, and availability and develop controls to minimize threats. This study carries out risk management monitoring applications using SNI ISO/IEC 27005: 2013 and carries out risk assessment controls based on SNI ISO/IEC 27001: 2013. The steps taken are identification of information assets, threats, vulnerabilities, risks, impacts and clause mapping based on risk assessment. Then do a maturity level analysis, gap analysis, recommendation of control objectives and information security. So that this study resulted in a risk assessment, proposed mapping of control and control objectives based on SNI ISO/IEC 27001: 2013, the level of maturity of information security, findings and recommendations.

Abstract

Sistem e-learning Universitas Langlangbuana Bandung merupakan platform pembelajaran berbasis web, yang proses kegiatan belajar mengajarnya dilakukan secara online dan memberi kemudahan layanan kepada dosen dan mahasiswa yang dapat diakses dimana saja dan kapan saja. Namun karena kemudahannya, layanan tersebut masih terdapat banyak beberapa masalah pada celah keamanan. Oleh karena itu peneliti melakukan identifikasi mengenai celah keamanan web elearning.unla.ac.id serta melakukan pengujian dan penilaian menggunakan metode STRIDE dan DREAD untuk meminimalisir risiko keamanan yang mungkin kembali terjadi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil security report yang berisikan tentang deskripsi ancaman, tingkat ancaman, target ancaman, jenis serangan yang terjadi, serta pencegahannya.

Abstract

PT PLN merupakan salah satu perusahaan penting bagi negara untuk kebutuhan kelistrikan masyarakat dan satu-satunya perusahaan listrik di Indonesia. PT PLN juga bekerja sama dengan beberapa vendor di daerah Bandung, Ujung Berung, dan Kopo. Untuk mempermudah proses administrasi kelistrikan, PT PLN mengeluarkan suatu aplikasi bernama SIPAT. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan pendekatan secara deskriptif. Dalam pengumpulan data-data yang diperoleh bersifat angka-angka dan data-data tersebut diperoleh dari penelitian yang dilakukan langsung dilapangan. Sedangkan metode kualitatif dilakukan dengan cara observasi wawancara dan studi literatur dari jurnal. Dengan penggunaan aplikasi SIPAT proses administrasi dalam menghasilkan jumlah anggaran hingga pembayaran menjadi lebih efektif.
